The room was a 3/10. Staff. The guy who checked me in was great. The young lady \"Honey\" that's what she said her name was. Was terrible!!!! She endangered my saftey!! I wrote a message to her \"Honey\" on a small piece of paper, asking her, is it always this busy out in the parking lot? Meaning, there where guys out selling drugs, smoking Marijuana, drinking, arguing, girls about to fight. Ladies appearing to be prostituting. Sadly, a lot of homless people with their poor puppies!!! The cops came a few times. I pulled in one evening after work and was slow to get out off the car because of how many people where out in the parking lot. You would think someone was having a gathering. I told the lady \"Honey\" that i checked in alone, what room i was in and that i was terrified and if she would keep and eye out. I gave her the note and just walked off to my room. Three days later a guy who cleans the property for residency asked me what room i was in. I told him and he say, oh, you're who wrote that note!!!? I just walked off.
How dare she share that with anyone other than management!!!! That place is like those guys territory and f9r them to know how i felt! That could have cause some danger. When i later thought about why she would do that. I realize, that company of people are the only people who are going to book with them and, they want the money so the allow the activities!!! This place is run down and for the money i spent for six days was a disgrace!! NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY

Property was in absolute complete disrepair. Floors were greasy, walls were covered in slime and crusty goop. All surfaces were dusty. Missing drawer bedside table, broken drawer hanging off dresser. Arm chair was ripped up. Socks, playdough, comb from previous guests stuffed in the chair. All outlets are rusted through and missing fixtures with wires hanging out of holes in the ceiling. In addition, the property has become a hangout for addicts and unhoused individuals.

Dirty. Trashy. Not family friendly. More like the place you take a prostitute. The bed were made but the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Stains on the walls and cabinets, and I've seen much cleaner bathrooms at gas stations. There waa a lot of chais at check in with folks coming and going and being loud and rude to the front desk staff. The whole vibe waa sketchy, dirty, and unsafe. We did NOT stay. We sucked up that we were going to get stuck paying twice and found another hotel to stay at.

I had to switch rooms twice due issues with the rooms, finally went with the 3rd one and then found out there was a leak from either the tub or toilet. The outside of the refrigerator was dirty, holes and poor attempts of patching in the rooms. It's like almost no effort was given other than making the beds.

Room had nothing two towels and 1 wash cloth , make sure bring your own dishes , cups,silverware , cleaner stuff to wash dishes , bleach perhaps , it was at best under par for what it looks like outside , there were random people in hallways super quiet tho I guess we were in 333 and some random guy knocked on our door looking for a Jamaican guy but no clue , also trash in elevators it stated there 3 days the got picked up , there's security on the weekends , I give this hotel a 1out of 5 considering that it's in a bad area , trash everywhere , wouldn't let us get new towels and trade ours out mind you we were there a week also worst toilet paper ever ever ever

Room was nice. Friendly staff. Heater in room didn't work properly, so, staff moved us to one that did. Beds are comfy, kitchens are nice. Just bring your own dishes and silverware. None provided in the rooms anymore, you have to ask at the front desk.

I show up to check in after driving 3 hours and the women at the desk tells me they are not taking any reservations and are having everyone leave because the hotel was sold??? ]Tje room had a bit of a smell... Not super nasty or anything, but not the clean smell you look forward to when you first enter your room.
The neighborhood is not great. If you are driving, beware, for Reno Ave is a traffic mess during rush hour.
Though it looks like a business hotel, the patrons seem to be just a few travelers, plus some full time residents on relief and a few methheads. I cannot verify they were methheads, but something about the way they took their argument into the hallway and yelled at full voice, so that we all could enjoy it, hinted that it was the case.
Wifi is very amateur. You get a very week signal, and if you would rather have a signal that isn't awful, you have to pay extra.

When we walked into the lobby it immediately smelled of Marijuana. The front lobby attendant was spraying for odor. There was a very large dog barking down the hall. When we went our room i immediately checked the beds. They were so dark and discolored by urine, blood amd God knows wjat else we immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a differant room. The next room had new mattresses. Floor was gross. But did appreciate the nicer a nicer bed to sleep on. Will not stay here again.

I did notify the Managing Director for Extended Stay America; however, I have received no response from Extended Stay America in that the matter would be handled. Also, no response from Extended Stay America to my notifications message through Expedia. That is why I'm posting:

\"I was in a room on the 3rd floor from December 6, 2024 through December 9, 2024 at the Extended Stay America Airport location 4820 W Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73127.
At night roaches crawled out in the kitchen and bathroom area. I was scared. I am 45 years old and I have never seen roaches in a hotel or motel includes motel 6. Also, I worked front desk at 2 airport hotels on South Meridian and one has full kitchenettes (Towneplace Suites by Marriott). I had to iron my clothes without an iron board. The room did not have an ironing board in it. The Extended Stay America Airport location definitely should not have roaches. Also, the rooms need ironing boards. The side road off of Meridian leading up to the Extended Stay America needs maintenance. There was dried blood on the bathroom cabinet.

I was scared. It caused me to have PTSD. I was illegally kept in the Oklahoma County Jail and Court House from June 24, 2024 through September 6, 2024. The State Of Oklahoma, Oklahoma County Jail and Court House employees including Turn Key Health medical personnel intentionally attacked and tortured me also with/using bed bugs. They were trying to kill me and cover their crimes up. They still are.

There are some homeless people tent's on the road near the hotel. Because of this, the hotel locks the doors so the homeless people don't come in. Unfortunately, some of the keys to get into the hotel do not work; therefore, you can't come and go as you please. You have constantly bang on the door for someone to let you in. This waste your time and is a real inconvenience. If you are too late or too early, it may take forever for someone to help you when you could have already been in your room. THIS IS NON-SENSE!!!

The staff is very nice. My room had cockroaches, but that was not the worst part of my stay. The hallways and property wreaked of marijuana 24/7. The parking lot was patrolled by homeless people all night, and they would sit in the parked car shadows and under the trees during the day. Sometimes they would catch the stairwell doors and sit inside in the air during the days. There was hooting and hollering in the halls at night, and sometimes there were fights in the halls. Prostitutes line the streets that surround the property, and some reside inside the hotel. There is a homeless encampment 30 feet from the parking lot right in front of the building, and one around back right on the property. Too bad Expedia doesn't allow me to post photos, but I did post them on my Google review. The \"grab-n-go\" breakfast was usually not stocked, and when it was stocked it was sad. Most days there was no coffee. Some days it was a lone pre-packaged muffin and an air pot of hot water. I have no idea what a person is supposed to do with a muffin and hot water. Muffin soup to go, maybe? The dining options around the hotel are actually very good. There is everything from McD's to Schlotsky's to On The Border within a mile. Hundreds of food options extremely close. If you like junkies, homeless persons laying under your car, prostitutes strolling by and muffin soup with cockroaches, this is your spot.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unsafe, dirty property, filthy mess throughout the halls. Smells terrible of smoke, people smoking down the halls. Rooms so smelly and dirty stained sheets. We left the hotel the night we checked in, could not sleep. Our reservation was for 4 nights, had to book a different hotel at our expense because Expedia would not assist us with booking another hotel. The property is very unsafe and too many illegal activities happening on premise. Management does not care and allows it.

The manager on duty was very patient and helpful trying to resolve Hotels.com screw-up on my reservation. It took approximately one hour to resolve with Hotels.com not forwarding my reservation to the property. Trying to communicate with Hotels.com was most of the problem. Even the manager was having difficulty resolving the issue with hotels.com not providing the correct information. The situation was poorly handled by Hotels.com and I may never use them again.

Stayed for 2 days with my fiancée. Not the best ESA I’ve stayed in, but, not the worst either. Room was comfortable, however, coffee pots are not provided anymore, and you have to request the dishes you need from the front desk. COVID has apparently changed things. Did see a roach on the wall, but, not sure if it was already there or brought in by someone else. Even with the few disappointments, it was a nice stay in OKC for the weekend.

I was scared to go to sleep. I believe they rent rooms by the hour. There was plenty of people you could choose from, that were hanging around the entrance. There was so much noise from other guests. Kids running up and down the hallway. I couldn't get coffee or muffin. All the kids were there getting all the muffins. Staff was rude. I had to wait at the door to be let in while the employee and another man were working out a deal for the man to rent a room for a couple of hours.

First walked up to the front where group of guys were smoking under the NO Smoking sign (property employee was with them). Front desk employee was nice. Room was dirty (I mean nasty) and in bad condition. Literally had screws sticking out of the wall (the sharp end)! One of the only times I’ve ever taken pictures just to make sure I didn’t get charged for the preexisting damages. Honestly would have left but couldn’t find another option.

I arrived at this location at 10:00 am and they refused to honor the room the manager said i can't check in now i have to come back at 3:30 since they don't have any room available even expedia sent me email with confirmation i can check in at 7:00 am and i showed that to the manager but he still deny and said this is a glitch. I have to wait for more than 5 hours that was not a good service also this location is filthy with crockroches.
Expedia did not do anything to help so i would not use Expedia any more.

I hated this place. I had much higher expectations. When i checked in I saw two hookers leaving the building. Ironically and sadly, there were human trafficking posters all over the place.

There was a mold smell stench and when I turned in the lights I saw about three roaches scurry in the kitchen and one crawling on the bath tub.

I was repulsed and will NEVER pick this company again. If you are considering it, DON’T DO IT! It’s worth it to pay more for better.

The only positive was the front desk staff who seemed courteous yet, in my opinion, clueless.

I booked a nonsmoking room. When I got to my room, it had the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. There were burn marks on the bathroom floor, the exterior of the fridge was yellow and disgusting. The carpet and floors were sticky. The sheets, bathroom and counters were clean though. When I spoke to the front about the smell in my room, the attendant gave me a can of deodorizer to spray. Also, There were multiple people wandering around the exterior of the hotel, it smelled like weed, and they had an armed security guard in the property. This guard had to break up a fight on my floor the second evening. After consideration of my two year old and the room/hotel conditions, I checked out early and booked another hotel.

This hotel is super sketch. You need a key card to get into the lobby. There were 3 guys in ski masks in the field next to the hotel the night we stayed. The whole place is grimey. There was trash under the bed. The refrigerator was broken, and there were no dishes or pots and pans (in a room with a kitchenette! What's the point!) I felt unsafe having my kid there. We left after the first night, instead of staying for the 3 nights we had planned.

Full of bums and homeless people...this property shouldnt even b listed on this site...the grossest conditions and most horrendous bed bug infestation ive even seen...major disappointment and ill never patron here again

very unsafe. crime. cops on property once. several potholes on the road leading to the property. outdated interior. old fridge. list goes on.
