Excellent breakfast, spotless rooms, and a prime, walkable location. Although the surrounding area has some street activity, the hotel remains secure and well-managed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Clean room, breakfast was decent, lots of places to eat around the location. Several homeless people around the area though. As soon as we parked we were asked for change.

My husband went to walk our dog about 8am on our check out day. Upon arriving back at our room, neither key card would work. As check out time is 12n, this is highly inconvenient. And no, the key cards were not near our phones or other cards. There is no reason that they should have been deactivated.

Our room had a musty odor, which made us not want to spend much time there. This was surprising, as we typically stay at Springhill properties around the country and haven’t experienced this issue before. As others have mentioned, the pool was quite cold and there was no hot tub.

The highlight of our stay was breakfast, it offered good quality and a nice variety of options.

Hotel was great but...

This was a decent hotel for a family of 4 to stay at for the price. We had a suite and had no issues with anything. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was courteous.

The only thing I didn't like (which the hotel has no control of) was the area was congested almost at all times. The street that the hotel is at was full of traffic no matter the time of the day. even getting off on the exit was bumper to bumper. It can be difficult getting in and out of the hotel so just prepare for that.

Took the kids to the pool Friday night. It was disgusting paint coming off the wall had a toddler there trying to pick up pieces of paint. Looks like they just tried to cover up stuff. Hot tub is now full concrete. Rust all over the bathroom just you can tell it’s not clean good and they haven’t took pride in their property. Pull up to check in. check in with a bunch of black bags gathered up by the front door.

Business trip

The service and staff was very nice. The breakfast was great.

Facilities were nice. My only hesitation is that the homeless population in this area is significant which makes things a tad bit uncomfortable, but that is no fault of the hotel and the hotel has security on site so that helps some too.

The staff was nice. The room we were in had inches of dust, a hair clip and peanuts visible under the tv stand that looked like it was never moved, you could clearly see all of this with the sun coming in the window. ’the room smelled very musty or possibly like urine; off putting for sure. The shower head wasn’t even a stream but dripped, zero water pressure. We used the gym and the cable machine was broken and it appears some dumbbells weights were missing.

Our \"go to\" place!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, as a couple (just husband and I), with our adult daughter, or when traveling with grandchildren. We have never had a bad experience, not with the staff (always super friendly, always smiling!) not with the room, (comfortable beds, separate area with sofa, mini fridge, microwave, even a mini kitchen sink!) our room has always been SUPER CLEAN, important when traveling with little ones who seem to be able to find every missed crumb or dropped chip!! Breakfast is always fresh, hot. This property is near several restaurants, Starbucks, a Walmart as well as the OKC Outlet Mall with even MORE RESTARAUNTS!!!! The hotel has a nice indoor pool (NEVER trust Oklahoma weather!!) as well as a nice gym. As the title says, this is our \"go to\" place to stay when visiting OKC!

The mattresses were beyond used and need replacement in rm214 including the couch hide-a-bed. Wet mopping the 1st floor bathroom at 9am during breakfast hours is not good timing. The rolled up carpet in the stairwell means improvements are being made, however. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, rooms were clean. OKC surely needs to address the homeless community, but this statement DOES NOT reflect this hotel but should be said hopefully reaching the needed ears.

Pool unusable

We booked there specifically so we had a hotel with an indoor pool for the kids and a hot tub for my husband. The property photos show a hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub had been filled in so there was no hot tub. We were going to just swim instead, but the water was so cold we couldn’t even get in. We tried for a couple of minutes but everyone as miserable and freezing so we left. I asked the staff to adjust the temperature but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We had planned to spend time at the pool each day with our kids and were very disappointed. I would never have stayed there if I knew the pool was unusable.

We were so disappointed in this hotel. Called before booking to see if pool was open. Told pool was good. Got there, it had been closed for a long time. Couch in room had stains all over it. I told our daughter it was prob food stains but it looked like someone had sex on the couch and made a mess. Asked for room to be cleaned daily. Was told that they could do that. We had to make our own beds and go get towels daily since the cleaning is apparently limited to every few days. Shower leaks all over the floor. Credit card also had $220 charge put as pending the first night. Was told i would get a 20 night incidental charge and apparently they charged me for the first night and a couple days of incidentals. Overall, we were very disappointed and would not recommend this for anyone. Only good part was breakfast.

Mid point- meet up

We were transporting relatives to a midway point so they could visit with other family.
We chose to stay in a suite with the little living area. It was great and provided ample room to spread out and relax while we waited for the other family members to do pick up.

It would have been nice to have an armless chair in the bedroom area near the closet for dressing and putting on shoes.

Overall excellent stay.
