Biggest issue was the TV did not function due to the HDMI cable being disconnected. Called the service desk and was informed the maintenance staff had left for the day. That being said I was satisfied with the stay overall due to staff offering us the option to move to a different room, which we opted to not take her up on.

The only complaint I had was that breakfast took over an hour in the restraunt and was gross. $60 for a breakfast that is served cold and gross plus waiting over an hour when we were the only party present is really disappointing. The rest of the stay was great. Skip the breakfast and you will be just fine!

Booked for SIX nights. Management did a very poor job accommodating me with my laundry since the guest laundry only had two machines, one was already broken and while washing my girls uniform, that one broke while using it. The maintenance worker helped me more than the general manager and allowed me to use the commercial dryers to attempt to dry them at 10pm. He even offered for me to use the other hotels guest laundry while management did Nothing!! I didnt even mentioned that my bed was broke and furniture was broken in our room. I was told we had complimentary breakfast, and that wasn't true. Even after having all the issues with laundry, my girls tried to get breakfast and was denied without a voucher. We ended up leaving one day before and I didnt even attempt to ask for a refund for my last night since the guy was still working. The other ladies working the front desk were great but the gentlemen, should not be in hospitality.

Sheraton OK City Shitshow!!

This property is a mess!! They overbooked their rooms, and didn’t have any procedures on plans in place to “walk” guests to another hotel at their cost! All the front desk offered was a cancellation of our room. They refused to contact a manager. All while accepting airline request to house displaced people while having NO rooms for anyone!

I have stayed at Four points before and I have never had nothing bad to say until now. There was only two staff members that I met and the were both very nice the only problem I had was the fitted sheet had a huge stain on it. I went to front desk she offered a room change but my husband was already in the shower and baby was asleep so I just asked for linen. She gave me the mattress cover and a comforter. The second issue I had was there were only two towels. Everywhere I been we get at least 4. At this point I was just frustrated. But I have no complaints about the rest of stay.

Excellent Stay

This was my first time staying at a Four Points Hotels and I was impressed. Both exterior and interior of facility, to include rooms, was modern. Hotel also has a bar and grill connected via lobby access.

Our room was a single king bed room. It was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The small “living” space was nice for sitting and relaxing. Thermostat/HVAC systems for room worked well.


We brought our dog for the trip and the hotel was very accommodating and had a large sized grass area to walk her.


The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and helpful with information.

Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area. Bricktown, botanical garden, Scissortail park, and PayCom center is just a quick 10 minute drive away.

I would absolutely stay again. The staff were great and the venue was nice.

I really enjoyed this hotel....very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, except for the bed. I was so bummed with the bed! It felt like there was a spring sticking out of the mattress. Other than that, it was great!

Rooms need a major updating and renovation. Multiple items did not work: air conditioning, drain in bathroom sink, coffee maker. Fitted sheets too small, kept coming up. Lamps were old and barely worked. The \"restaurant\" was merely a bar with a few food items on a menu. Took quite a while to get our food. At 8:00 in the evening, there was still breakfast food (waffles, eggs) on the \"restaurant\" floor. I will not be staying here again. The only good thing was when I checked out, I told the front desk about our issues and she wrote them down. So I appreciate that she listened.

The location was not difficult to find. The property itself looks nice from the outside and also the lobby area is nice. The room has poor lighting, looks very shoddily put together, the entry door had a huge gap where you could see the shoes of people walking by. The front desk staff is obviously owners or family of. They lack warmth and customer service.

We had a view of an abandoned lot with homeless tent with tenants. the hotel was ratty and unkept. the blinds were torn, no refrigerator, grout coming out of shower tiles and room floor was dirty. The pool was full of floating hair and oily.

Good night’s sleep near the airport

PROS: Well-appointed rooms. Nice bedding & comfortable pillows. Friendly staff. Good food choices at the lobby restaurant. Very close to the airport with minimal airplane and road noise.
CONS: The room needed a little maintenance. The sink faucet was loose. The grout in the floor and shower was cracked and coming loose. I had to sleep in the center of the bed because there were valleys on each side.

AC didn’t work day 2. Returned from work, called to have it repaired. Too late to pack and move rooms. Requested to be fixed nex day during my work day and returned to an 83 degree room. Also too late to move as I was departing early next morning. Room 223

One star out of ten

There were to many issues with hotel. The hotel door could not close without me lefting up on the door and slamming it. The bathroom door was extremely hard to close. The water pressure was not good. I asked the front desk staff for a chair, and I was told that because it maybe a fire hazard. I saw several rooms that had chairs in it. When i brought it up to the front desk, he acted surprised. The restaurant in the hotel had terrible customer service. The food was cold, and one of the servers was rude. So rude we walked to Ihop and got some great customer service.

A little shabby, but I would probably stay again.

The cleanliness of this hotel was below my usual standard. Three of the four pillows looked as if they hadn't been washed, with some obvious stains on the pillowcases. The carpet in the room that surrounds the bed was torn in one corner, as if a dog had chewed it up during a previous visit. In all, the room was just a little bit shabby.

Broken bed

We got 2 queen beds and 1 of them was broken. I told the attendant and all she said sorry about that. Unfortunately she didn’t offer to give us a credit or anything. It was very uncomfortable night. The attendant had very limited English. I don’t know if she didn’t understand me.

The staff is excellent! Vijay was extremely attentive and helpful. The entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous, personable. I had family needing a place to stay while traveling on the road. Vijay went above and beyond to help me book them a hotel in a city 2 hours away. The shuttle service is more than just to the airport and back, they give rides to restaurants and WalMart, family’s house etc. within a radius of the hotel. Top Notch!!!

We had requested two queen beds and when we arrived we were given a king room with a pull out sofa. We all know the sofa beds are not that comfortable. Had others in our group that had requested two queens also and were not given the correct room.

The staff went out of their way to provide good service. Shuttle transportation was prompt, friendly and helpful. They even took us to a restaurant and picked us up after dinner - exemplary service. Hotel clerk allowed us to store our bags in a secure area for a few hours after our stay.

What was unique in this property was that there are 2 hotels connected with a restaurant being the connecting factor. On the downside is the signage of which hotel is on which side should be on a eye level not 4 stories up. We came in after dark and had been snowing and we started checking in on the wrong side. The receptionist was great to walk us to the other side and he said he has done this many times. Put signage on the lower drivethue and it would be very helpful. This is really the only ding I give to the rating.

Hotel was dirtier and in worse condition than the Super 8 we stayed in :-(. Torn carpet, scratched and broken furniture, inattentive service in their “restaurant”. We have stayed at 10 hotels on a 15 day road trip and this one was definitely the worst.

The property was clean and the staff was great! Our room had a sink faucet that was very close to falling off, our towels had holes in them, there was no toilet paper holder the paper was sitting on the back of the toilet and the shower door rolled partially open! Small repairs that could easily be fixed! But it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Very disappointing, especially for a Sheraton

Advertise an airport shuttle, but it was not available at night when my flight arrived, nor was it available at 8am the next day. It was a windy night, and somehow the wind was blowing through the window (even though it could not be opened) and knocking the blinds around causing a lot of noise. The furniture was uncomfortable. The staff did nothing to help the situation.

We checked in got to our room & it wasn't completely put together. The bed was not made, so i came back down to talk to the front desk, because the phone in the room wouldn't ring down to the desk. So they moved us to another room. Then we find out late at night there was no soap, or body wash. We wete also under the impression that breakfast. But it was not.

I intially got to my room and everything was fine expect it did not contain a remote for the tv. Upon calling down to the front desk I was given another room next door. The new room was not fully up to par. The floors did not look swept. The toilet did not look clean. The tissue box had a handful of balled up tissues inside. This room lacked a microwave. The air condition was blowing air but the room was very muggy and humid. At this point in the night i was way too exhausted to call down and request another room change. It would have been much easier to just pull the remote from an empty room. Very disappointing.
