The hotel is falling apart, with all respect , the rooms had holes scratches, unpainted wallas, the ac was briken(but it worked) the bathroom towel golees were broken, the bed frame paint was falling off from being old, we got a room with Non smoking and the whole time it smelt like marijuana, lobby and pool were filled with homeless , the roof on the outside was all undone and shingles were off. The ice machine was filled with bugs . We had no other option available to stay or else we would’ve left.

It’s not a bad place for the price wouldn’t pay over $55 to stay. Walls in the hallway were dirty and in the room the walls had a few stains. Beds were small but made nicely and comfortable. The lamp was broken and the plugins behind the dresser by the beds wouldn’t keep anything plugged in fully. A few stray hairs on the bathroom floor, very stained bath mat, and the sink looks like it’s about to fall off the wall. TV remote barely worked. The headboards above the beds are old and scratched we also didn’t get any trash bags in our trash cans.
Staff was friendly and the room was clean besides the few stray hairs.

The room smelled bad. The main door did not close completely. The curtain sheers were shredded. The patio door only locked with drop pin and chain. The pin lock did not line up with out heavy manual closing. The swimming pool wasn’t clear and several lounge chairs were broken. I’ve not had any major complaints on frequent previous stays, but I did not feel relaxed or comfortable on this trip. I will only stay in rooms 220-224, or I will not stay there again.

Unfortunately, this location did not honor the official ESA documents provided for both of our dogs and insisted on charging a fee for one of them anyway. This puts them completely out of compliance with established ESA accessibility laws. To make matters worse, when we got into the room, the bed sheets literally had blood on them. Charging illegal fees while failing basic health and cleanliness standards is completely unacceptable. We will not be staying here again.

I had a smoking room with a sliding glass door that led to the back parking lot. That glass door was Janky and difficult to work with not to mention the Tweaker that decided to knock on that door in the middle of the night after screaming at the top of her lungs at the other person in her room. I had to get my key card reactivated twice and the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. There was even someone living in their car in the back parking lot where my room window was.

You get what you pay for. The area was sketchy. People asked you for money at their parking. The outside didn’t look bad. The room has a lot to desire. Their wall socket was taped on with scotch tape, the head board had scratches, the wall and faucet moved when you try to turn on the shower, their soup bar got very thin very quickly after washing hands a few times, we also found a tiny roach in the bathroom.

Pros-Hot breakfast if you get there before 8:30am of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, juice, coffee and tea. If you get there around 8:45am all hot items are gone. They don't stop you from taking it to your room you paid for to eat it.
Hot water in showers.Old school balconies to sit outside. Bed was pretty comfortable and linens were clean. If you are there more than one day they will do room service. Checkout time is 12:00noon instead of 11am. Plenty of free parking and restaurants near by. Television worked well.
Cons- You must provide your own trash bags for trash cans. They will pickup your trash but you must sit it outside your door if you don't have room service. AC wouldn't stay below 68-70 even if you change it. So it's wasn't as cold as I liked it but not too warm. It is some sort of setting they have. This location has a few homeless people hanging out. But no incidents they keep to themselves. But the Dollar tree store closes at 7:00pm. There is a Walmart store that is open until 11pm nearby. Just FYI some places close early and homeless people will panhandle you coming in or out of the stores. There is also a $50-100 deposit. And no elevator. I booked at the last minute for a family trip and didn't realize that. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and decent for the budget stay. If you have issues with sketchy areas and need fancy stuff this isn't the hotel for you.

The room was beautiful, very clean and up-to-date. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. For some reason they maid staff would leave trash in the hallways. That was hard to understand because they would come service the room very nicely each day.

It is kind of a rough area where the hotel is located and some rough looking people hanging around, but they did not bother us or say anything at all. The exterior of the hotel is no example at all of how nice the rooms are.

This hotel is good value for money. It's very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were lots of towels and they have the famous Wyndham full breakfast. The location of this hotel is a little sketchy, but there's really nothing they can do about it and they have staff employed at the desk 24/7. Having said that, we had absolutely no problems and all doors were very secure.
The only complaint I have is that the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Would definitely stay here again for an overnight.

We picked this location as it has an 8 rating and a pool. Upon arrival it was not clear how this property received that rating. It smelled of smoke and air freshener and was not well cleaned. After check in, I went to the lobby to ask a question only to find out that the pool chemicals had been tested and it was unsuitable for swimming and would be closing immediately. My daughter was currently in the pool. It was very frustrating to find out the only reason we chose that hotel was no longer suitable for swimming and she had been in a pool that was not safe.

First words from the receptionist were “we have a problem with your room, unfortunately we have to give you a smoking room and we cannot change you to anywhere else.” Our group could not use a smoking room for health related reasons. We asked for a refund before we even saw the room or checked in so we could go somewhere else and were denied even a partial refund. We chose the pay at the hotel option and the hotel charged us anyway even though we never used the room.

The staff are amazing though, they are really nice and not rude at all. My complaint about the rooms is the walls are really dirty, and it's just really run down. It needs a remodel. What I can say, I liked a lot about the room was every room Has a patio with a sliding glass door I really liked that. Fyi even if you get a non smoking room, the hallways smell like cigarette smoke really badly.

Stay as far away from this place as possible. It’s in a very rough part of OKC and felt unsafe from the moment I arrived. The reception area smelled strongly of weed, and while I was checking in, someone was literally being arrested out front.

Guests had BBQ grills and lawn chairs set up outside their rooms like a parking lot party scene. I left immediately and booked somewhere else. After leaving, staff at another nearby hotel told me this property also has a reputation for bed bugs. Absolutely would not recommend.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were helpful and kind. With the exception of one night shift character that gets a little irritable and inconvenienced when you bother her because of letting your laundry go a little late by accident or needing to get through a different door. Everyone else was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable in the rooms are nice and updated. Excellent place to stay in not the greatest area! If you need to be in the area for closeness to the airport and want to have a deal this is a good place to stay to get the best bang for your buck and also be comfortable, well fed, treated excellent, and not pay near the price as some other places that are of equal quality.
