OK, so I only stay in hotels not motels and this was a hotel so I thought we would be fine and boy was I wrong. When you enter the lobby, it smells so horrible, like BO and Marijuana. The panel door where the elevator buttons are inside the elevator was wide open, exposing all kinds of wires and fuses. The hallway carpets were dirty and un vacuumed with debris everywhere. The toilet seat in our room was not screwed on properly and was ready to fall off there was rust all over the shower. We changed into our bathing suit to go to the pool and oh my God I wish I couldn’t attach photos, but the pool was so dirty that you couldn’t see your feet on the bottom standing I should’ve known better than to book this “hotel” when I saw the price was only $75 and that’s including tax. So beware you were warned. Lol

Check in took close to 20 minutes. Had to wait at the front desk for staff to return and start check-in. The lobby thermostat read 80F, after a long tiring day, there’s nothing like waiting 20 minutes in a hot lobby. Rented two rooms, one was clean and the other wasn’t. It had the previous tenants food in the mini fridge and their used bar soap was still in the tub. It wasn’t all bad though. Breakfast was great considering the room rate. The water pressure is top tier.

The hotel wasn't worth the price of the room, the pool was occupied by the kids of the owners the doors to the outside was left open and was hotter and more humid then it was outside the room windows were screwed shut and the remote that was left in the room only worked 1 of the televisions the other one I couldn't get to work with that remote they left in the room.

And I'm pretty sure that there was an abundance of hookers with their pimps staying there because if you sat outside for any amount of time you would see the car ever really left but people would pull up next to it they would get out a girl would get out of another car and then both of them would go into the building and not much time would pass the girl and the man would come back out of the building the girl would get in the car and sit there and the other person was a man always would get in their car and then pull out and drive away and then a little bit later a different car was doing the same thing so I'm pretty sure that was a couple of pimps with prostitutes doing their business.
Would not recommend at all for anyone with children.
Or anybody that wants a sense of security when you're staying at a hotel.

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever step foot in. Hot, dingy, dirty. The bed was full of hair and stains. The room was hot dark and smelled bad. Other customers were at the desk with problems such as: blood on the sofa bed, roaches, and being given rooms that weren’t cleaned and didn’t have the bed made. The will not give a refund once you get there and realize how nasty it is. DO NOT BOOK HERE! A complete waste of money. Should be closed down.

Overall, the hotel was mediocre a 1-2 star the furniture (Couch) in the room was filthy I had to put a towel on it to sit, I was on the 4th floor, and I could not connect to the WIFI, so no WIFI as advertised. the refrigerator had a small freezer and in it was a solid block of ice needed to be defrosted which show management is clueless. The towels provided were small and rough as sandpaper, the nightstand top was dirty and sticky. There were a few decent things like the shower and bathroom were okay good water pressure poor towels as mentioned, good air conditioner, and TV with plenty of channels two-night stay and no maid service the second day to at least takeout the trash. Outside parking lot was dark towards the back of hotel and the area is a bit sketchy with homeless. I will not being staying here in the future. Breakfast was okay no meat; coffee tasted burnt but other than that decent for a continental breakfast. This is my opinion others may feel different, I would recommend stay next door at the Garden it's another Wyndam not a five-star hotel but nice plush towels no questionable foam on the swimming pool surface either, and WIFI.

My one positive is that the airport transport was on time at 2:30 am. The bed was hard and worn. The sheets were stained. the carpets were stained and frayed. The bathroom floor was slick, like it was covered in a thin layer of oil. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the floors because they looked dirty. I needed to leave my vehicle in the parking lot for a few hours (I left at 2:30 am) until my son could pick it up. They wouldn't allow it without paying a special parking fee. I saw several of the other people staying in the hotel, and it honestly looked like it could be a homeless encampment - rough looking crowd. I purchased a nonrefundable night, so I couldn't get a refund. It was rated as a 3 star hotel. The rating should be a 1. This hotel needs a serious remodel. I wouldn't recomend.

They charge a $7 daily fee and place a $50 incidental hold on your card. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during my three-day stay, so I had to head to Starbucks to get work done. On the bright side, the hotel staff was fantastic, and the shuttle drivers were great. My main concerns were the poor internet service, suspicious homeless people in the area, the hot water being excessively hot. The highlights included the friendly staff, a functional swimming pool, proximity to bus line EMBARK #11 that goes to Walmart, restaurants, and Downtown OKC, a clean room, and wonderfully cold air conditioning. Plus, there’s a Sonic, Subway, Chili’s, and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

DO NOT COME HERE ! Horrible horrible horrible. We came as two mates doing route 66. We had a sofa bed and normal bed which is fine. Came in room and sofa bed had blood covered on it and so did the sheet, photos attached. Asked for another room. Went there and had no sheets, pillows or blanket. Had to go back downstairs (from the top floor) to as for this. In the meantime there were random public people walking in and out swearing, with spliffs and all sorts (you get the jist). Got given the sheets and then find out we don’t even have any towels for a shower ! We had to use face towels. Horrible horrible. Went downstairs and said I’d like to make a complaint, she said okay and get a pen and back of a leaflet. I said is there no official eat for this ? She just blanked me and didn’t even try to explain and resolve anything. Breakfast was awful, every ring looked dirty, our if dare and tasted like dust. The room was nasty and we found a bed bug in the bathroom. We went to the front desk and they said complaints about the room need to be made within 30 minutes after check in to receive a refund or get moved to another room. We checked out then and left. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. If I could give negative stars, I would.

For starters it was a relatively cheap stay, but I got what I paid for. The hotel was very clean and appealing. The hotel has a pool and hot tub. The rack that is supposed to hold clean towels was always empty. Not a single person filled it the four days I stayed there. I always had to ask for towels and got a pretty judgy response when I asked. I asked for house keeping three times. It wasnt till the last time I asked that the receptionist asked if I could just put my towels in a bag and bring them to the front. She said the same for the trash. I didn't get my sheets changed till Wednesday evening. I stayed there from Sunday at 3 till Thursday at 10. The location was in the middle of a lot of restaurants and shops. The parking was decent and the hotel was easy to get to.

The Motel was budget friendly and relatively close to restaurants as well as stores for shopping.

The building appears to be in need of some repairs. The handicapped door opener did not work. There was a safe in the room as advertised. It was locked, and when the staff was asked to open the safe so I could utilize it, they said they did not know the code to open the safes therefore we were unable to utilize them.
The building was equipped with two elevators, but only one was operational.
There was a pool and hot tub, however, the pool had a lot of hair and seemed to have pieces of material floating around in it. We asked for towels to dry off at the pool, the staff seemed to be upset they had to give out towels to dry off with.

I guess if you are not expecting a lot and just are needing somewhere to take a shower and rest overnight, it’s a budget friendly place to rent.

We had 3 adults in the rooms, that was stated when I rented the room in advance. We had 2 toilets, 2 wash clothes, no hand towels and 2 cups. When I asked the housekeeper outside my room for more wash clothes she rudely said no. I just locked at her shocked and she said something to another housekeeper and again rudely said no. Nothing else. No reason why. Then when I went downstairs I was told if I need or want anything I need to call the front desk before 11am but I was given the wash clothes. We did try later to call for something but no one answered the phone. We tried multiple times.
There was one, ONE, very small trash can in the bathroom. That was it for the whole room.
It says on the bathroom mirror they will change the sheets every 3 days. I was supposed to be there 5 and they never came in the room. If they don't do that anymore, remove that sign. False advertisement.
Breakfast one day the waffle mix was watery. Im not sure why it wasn't mixed up but you couldn't make waffles which was bad because there was no biscuits or eggs. They don't do meat either.
The pool/hot tub the pool had some white stuff floating all up in it. The hot tub was worse. There was black stuff on the walls and stuff floating in it and started to get in and turned around and left. My main reasons for choosing here was the Breakfast and hot tub and I was very let down. I will not return to this location.

Upon arrival in our room we found the AC wasnt working and after 3 hours they finally removed the unit and replaced it with another unit. The bathroom counter top was filthy and had not been cleaned. The carpet had several burn marks in it. The coffee pot was missing the filter holder so we were not able to make coffee or tea. The mini fridge freezer compartment was frozen with approx 3-4 inches of ice around it making it impossible to place anything in it. The worst part about our stay was the bedbug bites my wife had to seak treatment for upon or return home. We were not sure what had broken out on her srm and back but was verified by our family physician that it was bedbug bites. So my visit with my children was very disapointing to say the least.

1st off. Property wants to charge 6.99 for each night to hold our cash depoait (5 nights). Claiming our cash deposit was in case we smoked or damaged room... yet there were cigarette butts and ashes in the elevator and hall. Carpets were VERY stained on the 4th floor. Room had burnson the floor and marks on on the walls.. i use a mobility scooter and there is only 1 ramp in to the Hotel. All exits have CURBS that wheelchairs can NOT get over/off. Emergency exit was blocked by a wall that fell over, and the doors to the parking lot were locked at 8 and you have to walk full length of hotel to get in and then we were the last room in the hall on the top floor, so more walking for a limited mobility person. Breakfast. . Was always cold at 645 am (starts at 630) and was always eggs, ceral biscuits, gravy. The fruit was always oranges. There was a shortage of one or more of the items EACH morning. When we pointed it out to the front desk person each day the excuse was the attendant was lake to work that day and would corrected when they arrived ( we had to leave to make our event on time). Pool . Had gross things floating in it and the hot tub was out of order. To say that we were disappointed is the very least i could say wothout using adult explicities. We will be in the area again in 2027, but we will NOT be choosing this place.

Plus when my 16yr old daughter was able to lay on the couch bed she shrunk & the springs were poking her in her back, not comfortable at all!! I stay here everytime I’m in town & I love the quietness but this the type of things that needs to be upgraded or changed to get a better review!

I had mold on my pillow. I had to file a health code violation because the property refused to refund my money. They said it was food, not mold- and either way they obviously didn't change the bedding. They were horrible in their response back, and lied to my face by telling me at the property there would be no charge, and then refusing my refund after I left. Expedia was also completely horrible and did not stand behind me as a customer when the property treated me so poorly. My daughter was completely freaked out when she woke up and saw what she had been sleeping on

Hot tub was closed. Room was dirty. Did online checkout and they came knocking at our door 30 minutes before check out saying they were gonna charge us for a late check out.

Don't go here! The lady at the front was totally unprofessional. And after we figured out that my second room was booked for the next night and yesterday she said to come down in about 2 hours so she could talk to her manager and they could cancel it for me without any charge, low and behold this morning they proceeded to tell me that they are charging me for the roomi didn't even get to stay on! And that doesn't even top it of, my daughter that stays in town and my other daughter that lives four hours away from Oklahoma City and their families came to see me and she wanted to charge me for them swimming in the swimming pool. Then came to my room and told me my guests could only visit for an hour then they had to leave. I got into it with the front desk this morning and called corporate And let them know how unprofessional and rude they were and that I would never stay there anytime I come back to the city!!

This is usually my go to hotel when I go to OKC but we had no hot water for 2 of the nights we were there due to a gas line issue or something like that...so it was hard to get certain things that we needed

The toilet overflowed, broken windows existed on property, towels were hard and crusty, curtain was off the rod, and breakfast was nonexistent. Finally, only one elevator was operating.

Smoking existed in hotel even though stated nonsmoking policy.

Shuttle 25 minutes late. No hot water for over 24 hours. The 1 day in 4 that I had housekeeping, they took my bag of dirty clothes.

Room is filled with roaches and the toilet wouldnt flush due to broken water diaphragm. Pool was filthy and greeish and the hot tub was drained out of order.
Loud drunk adults slamming doors with their kids running up and down the halls all past 3am. Nobody would answer the front desk phone to complain.
We had our room changed in the morning only to return to our bags missing. They said housekeeping took them thinking the previous people forgot them. So no communication there.
The elevator is sketchy and stinks
Couldnt eat breakfast due to sheer amount of unruly kids unmonitored taking every available item back to their rooms.
Definitely needs a visit from the health department.
Wish I could attach the photos of the roaches and conditions.
