They are great to work with, it is older but very clean! I loved having a full size fridge & being able to do my laundry right there at the facility & the staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
It is close to some really go restaurants also.
Will definitely stay again in the future.

Very comfortable place to stay, and the staff have been very kind and accommodating since I’ve had to extend my stay. The rooms are clean and updated, there’s a full kitchen WITH actual cookware (have been jipped by that on other hotels with kitchens), the laundry is free, there’s a decent gym right next to the laundry. Have been very comfortable here and thank the staff tremendously. PLUS there are two restaurants and one bar right in front of my hotel room, and several more a tiny walking distance, so it’s an added bonus. I’ve had a very quiet stay and had zero issues from other guests. Will happily make this my go-to stay again anytime I’m in the area!

one peticular staff member is racist/prejudice, when I locked my wallet wm with a keywhen I ran to my car, I went to the desk to ask for another key to get into my room she was treating me as if I was trying to illegally enter someone's room, she said has to have my ID, I told her no you do not, that's not policy, and besides I just said my wallet is locked in the room with my ID inside the wallet. I can show it to you once I get my wallet. she said nope proceeded to make me verify my first and last name the day that I checked in the day that I checked out which all of information I provided was correct I even offered booking confirmation numbers through the booking app she still said she was not happy with this after confirming all five of those questions she said she still was not happy with those answers and wanted to confirm further, here is where I'started to lose my patience and advised her she needed to get her manager down here as soon as possible or make me my room key so I can get back to my room, she knows she's in the wrong because what did she do she made me my room key and sent me on my way. I reported this to my booking app and when they called the property the property decided to ban me and only give me 25 minutes to pack all my belongings I literally left in my bra jeans was promised a refund and still have no refund. I've stayed here muany times but will never stay here again and will continue to write horrible reviews. the other 3 women are amazing though.

Upon arrival , the lady by the name of Joyce made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. She talked so rude to me! My room didn’t come with a chair for the desk I asked her for one she never had nobody bring one then the next day I went down to the lobby to ask where my chair was but somebody else assisted me. I paid $100 deposit and she tried to take $11 away from that but I did call the hotel to get that back. But as I watched her help somebody else , she treated them with respect and kindness . She doesn’t like people that have colored skin. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. But since I was greeted like that it made me uncomfortable. She told me I needed to go outside and air out because I smell like I’ve been smoking. What I do outside this hotel is my business as long as I’m not causing no damages to the rooms or smoking in the rooms . But you don’t talk to me like I am a child. I’m not trying to leave a negative review about the hotel more so JOYCE customer service to people of color.

When I arrived, nobody was at the front desk and took almost 45 minutes for somebody to help me then they don’t advise you of all their policies just hand you a piece of paper to sign that’s running back. The room was disgusting didn’t look like it had been clean from the fire person stuff all over the place. I had to clean the room. There was only a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask for toilet paper for four days of stay. Didn’t advise me of any extra fees until it took almost a week to get my deposit back and they had taken money for parking that I was never advised us freaking roach motel. Would never stay there again.

Yes very clean and very welcoming and very understanding. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at this has been the best hotel. The washer and dryers are free .. they are modern style and renovated and the staff are amazing as well as the manger I really appreciate them and the house keepers are very clean. Everything is well kept and sanitized alot of hotels have musty smell in the hallways but this hotels hallways have very fresh clean strong smell nothing chemical like at all just very well shampooed and vacuumed.

Great room for the price. Just a few minor suboptimal things that preclude me from rating it 5 stars. Bedside table was dirty (including a hair), there were dishes in the dishwasher that had not been put away, and as our room was right next to reception, the TV in the reception area was blaring in the middle of the night disturbing our sleep. The reception staff were not the friendliest either. However, we were otherwise comfortable and satisfied with our stay.

I booked my trip with hotels.com however, once I got to the hotel, I was told that they didn’t have the type of room that I reserved and paid an additional $40 for. Also, once arriving at the hotel, I was advised that both rooms that I reserve had an additional $100 deposit that was not advertise when booking. Once advising the receptionist of the inconvenience, she discounted it to $50 each. Before traveling to my destination, I called them to ensure that my room would still be reserved for me because I will be checking in hours later. I wish that I would’ve been advised that they didn’t have the specific room that I booked for upon calling before getting there because I might have switched the hotel. Also, the hotel was renovating many of the rooms so that made their inventory smaller. Overall, the room that I did stay in was nice, but this was a birthday trip for myself, so I was a little disappointed with the inconveniences.

Honest review

At first when showing up, the parking lot is a little awkward but it is on a dead end street off Meridian and doesn't get much traffic which means its really quiet. Its a walking distance from many restaurants and a convenience store(Oncue Express). One Important takeaway; at night the parking lot is well lit and has cameras!
In the lobby there is an area dedicated to their snack store.
Once checked-in, an elevator that makes noise will take you up but nonetheless you will still get to your room. You make it to your room and its clean, has a full-size fridge, dishwasher , countertop stove with complimentary kitchen utensils and pots/pans, a dishwasher, a huge desk with drawers for your clothes, and a queen bed that's really comfortable to sleep on. I did notice a used plastic knife behind the nightstand but I can see how that could have been missed. It's a very clean facility with clean rooms. They also have a gym and an in-house laundromat.
This is the place for you if you're looking for affordable, clean suites.

I was not happy with not being notified that the room I had originally book was no longer going to be made available to me. I found out prior to showing up to the hotel because I asked about an early check-in, that's when I was notified. I Further the cleanliness of the hotel is subpar and felt uncomfortable. The room had an awful smell coming out of the air conditioning unit. I will not stay here again and I don't recommend others to stay her either.

The room was clean and comfortable. The older lady at the front is very unwelcoming. Every inquiry was met with a cold and unfriendly reply. After a long drive to Oklahoma I needed to use the restroom and I asked if there was one down in the lobby and she lied and said no, there is not. There is a men's and women's restroom, that I discovered when getting the luggage cart just several feet away from the desk. As a business owner, there is no way someone as unhospitable as her would be employed at my front desk.

I e stayed here several times over this last year - through their renovations. The staff has always been nice and helpful. My last stay (this weekend) was good, but there were a few things amiss. For example, one of the drawers in the dresser would not stay shut. It would open up completely. We were going to use the dvd player to watch a movie and we could not get it hooked up to the tv. We also had to ask for a new iron for the room. Overall, it’s always been a good experience and despite the few things from this last stay, we will stay there again.
