Room had holes in ceiling, hair in bathroom floor, roaches constantly running across bathroom sink and dresser. Door wouldn’t lock, had to throw my whole body into it to get it to close. Only one light in room worked. TV had 2 channels. Room smelled like Chinese food, bedspread had burn holes all over it and sheets were stained so bad. AC only worked on low. And they only give you one key, made me pay $5 for a second key. Room next door to mine was flooded and they wouldn’t move the girl to another room just told her to keep the door open to dry the floor. Staff super rude, told me I had to wait for housecleaning to come around to get a new towel. He said “you can try and track her down she will be working in about an hour.” I’ve always been able to get new towels at the front desk if every hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was what I had expected in a budget hotel along with the roaches, overall everything worked, good air conditioning, good shower, good TV channel selection, cleanliness was sketchy if you are stretching a buck it would be fine, bring bug spray they do have a roach problem, no coffee maker but does have a microwave and working refrigerator, only staff I seen was a person through the outside check in window for check in and out.

They could fix up the rooms better they do need to put new curtains up n the window and I know my room could use a paint job but other than that they kept the rooms clean and the property clean but they do need to let you have some company like family members because I booked for 2 people and they told me that is all that could be in my room was 2 people .

The staff was very unfriendly from the beginning. The room he gave us was infested with bed bugs. We could literally see them crawling away after we turned on the lights. I spoke with the front desk and he brushed off all of my concerns like he already knew. My partner and I did not stay at the hotel. I would leave negative stars if possible.

Cheaper room equals cheaper service.

I only had a short time to stay. I had to leave before getting my deposit returned. I went back through there a couple weeks later and they refused to return it even though they knew they hadn't. Said only way to get it back was in person during certain time the morning after. Not everyone works their schedule. Cheaper room equals cheaper customer service. I won't be back.

Way down in the bookong under policy it states that a $40 deposit will be required at check-in. At check-in which is done thru a window outside (no lobby) $40 cash was required. So not a nice or safe area. I tried repeatly to get my reservation canceled because I didnt like the situation. The manager refused. Expedia shouldn't even be listing this motel on their site. Its a run down old motel in the middle of a rebuild try. We ended up staying, but I didn't feel safe. The TV had limited channels, and the maintenence guy had to come in and make it work.
The room was updated on the inside and the shower was nice.
I would not recommend staying here. Spend the extra $12 and stay at a real motel.

The rooms were clean and the property was quiet. I have a habit of checking in, going to the room to turn the air on and checking the bed and pillows for bed bugs before I bring anything in. Unlike a lot of the reviews - I did NOT find any bed bugs. I didn't find any bugs at all.

They require a $40 cash deposit at check-in. The gentleman working there said I should have received an email telling me that. The email did not come in until 2 hours AFTER I checked out. However, he did work with me and let me slide with what little cash I had. I am so grateful for that.

If you don't need solid internet with a computer this is a great place. If you need computer access you will want to find another place.

Cleanliness varies by room booked. If you book a non- smoking room you will find it quite pleasant. Not so much if you were to book a smoking broom as did a friend of mine. Very different. I suggest a non-smoking room even if you smoke just smoke out doors.
