Not a bad property but not same level as other Tru. Breakfast offering not as big as others sadly. My room had broken window shady so couldn’t get it fully down, but room fine otherwise…had great water pressure.

Area around hotel not the best but not the properties fault.

I travel for work and usually only books Tru locations, so will rebook here next trip to OKC

I needed a handicap room. I called before I booked an was told it was available. When I arrived I didn't get that particular room I was asked to stay one night in the room that they put me in an was told I would get the room I booked well that didn't happen they sent me to another property. Just a horrible ordeal considering that Im disabled.

No covered parking for check- in/out. Was pouring the rain. Big crowd of men shooting pool in the lobby. No cart for luggage. Smallest refrigerator ever! One ice machine all way down on ground floor. If upu are single with one piece of luggage you can make do, but not a good place if traveling with kids. Landscaping was mostly mud. 3 hotels trying to share parking. Had to park behind adjacent hotel and walk in the rain

Very easy check in process, no issues with room, AC worked great. While the parking lot was secured and had on site security the area is a little sketchy after dark but that can be anywhere. Very friendly staff and grateful for the water station for personal water bottles refill on the way out for the day. Would stay here again.

Make sure to bring your own shower cap if you have longer hair. Also if you like hot tea or hot chocolate, ask for Hot water as the container either night or early breakfast was only lukewarm.

Staff was amazing. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable but the few cable channels that had kids content on it werent working well. Breakfast was pretty decent, there were alot of options but eggs were salty but in the grand scheme of things, salty eggs arent the end of the world. Overall it was an enjoyable visit.

Only giving 4 stars because it was a shower only, not a bathtub. There were not full pictures of the bathroom on the site, so I was unaware. However, the rest of the stay was excellent. Friendly staff at the late night check in. Room was super clean. Breakfast was fully stocked and delicious!

The place was very clean. Room service cleaned the room daily which was good. Some places don’t clean the room unless you request them to do so.

The walls are thin. One time, I thought someone opened my door but I realized that was next door

Very clean and quiet property. Grateful for the free shuttle since I am a truck driver here because truck was getting serviced. Hotel provided us transportation to and from the repair facility.

I have stayed in Tru hotels in different locations, and this one is just a good as the others. Modern furnishings and very clean. We stayed one night as we were passing through, but I always feel confident when making a reservation with Tru that I will get the same quality room as I always had.

Our truck broke down in Bethany, Missouri and we were unable to make our stay at the Tru Hilton Airport Oklahoma City. We needed to reschedule the date but the clerk said that wasn’t their policy and charged our card anyway. Bad enough we broke down and waiting for parts, no compassion from Trunfor an unforeseen circumstance.

My stay was wildly inconvenient. The first room i was assigned was inaccessible because \"some of the rooms are having card reader errors on the doors.\" I had to go up and down to the room twice before they told me that/assigned me to a new room. And that would have been bad enough, but the card for the next room had to be reset 3 different times. At one point i got locked out of the back door and had to walk around the entire building! I book places based off convenience and im thoroughly disappointed in the lack of it during this trip.

The person working the front desk was not friendly or inviting at all. I waited at the desk for a few minutes before they appeared and checked me in. I also watched several other people struggle to find help at the front counter (one person waiting over five minutes after I showed up in the lobby/ another shouting for help to check in)
Other than that, everything is great!

We used Uber to and from the hotel and had no trouble getting rides quickly. The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe. the rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast that we had ever had. A large variety of foods and a great selection of snacks to purchase after breakfast hours. The staff was kind and knowledgeable.

When we made the reservation we were told it had a bar that was open. It does not! Had a pool table in lobby but all the pool sticks were broke. Ok hotel but probably won't stay again. Definitely not Hilton standards

Night Shift when we checked in was very nice and friendly. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.. was not expecting a hard floor, but that’s OK I guess. my husband didn’t think to check the coolness level on the refrigerator so our drinks were warm by morning,. Mostly booked here because people raved about the breakfast. We didn’t want to make an additional stop for food . It was nothing to brag about. In fact we just had a glass of apple juice and out the door we went wasn’t even worth staying for. Needs to have more options. The woman sitting at the front desk at breakfast time was sleeping in her chair.. not professional at all.

The staff, particularly the management, could be more attentive and professional. The rooms also lack soundproofing, as noises such as toilets flushing across the hall and sounds from adjacent rooms can easily be heard. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Blown away with quality for price

First time at a Tru and was blown away with night and day difference between this chain and others in similar price range. Room amenities were very good, lots of available plug ins and all comfortable. The property itself amenities were very good, even if I didn’t use them all.

Breakfast was best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The amount of toppings and options for pancakes, oatmeal, and egg mix ins was amazing. Selection of drinks and other breakfast items was also fabulous.

Already changed future reservations in other cities to change them to Tru properties based on this stay and wife’s experience at another Tru property in Colorado.

The bedroom was freezing. I called the front desk to ask them for a blanket. I went back to the front desk when I realized what I was given what appeared to be a fitted sheet. The manager promptly explained it was a fitted duvet cover, and that was the best he could give me. I said you don’t have any actual blankets or comforters? He got really irritated and was rude and told me no. The only thing he offered to do was to walk me to the closet just approved that there was nothing else to give me. I explained to him that was not what I needed. I just wanted a blanket to keep me warm. When my husband came back in shortly after I went back to the room, he walked by the front desk and heard the manager talking to the front desk girl about me and how angry he was about the fact that I wanted a blanket. My husband just didn’t realize that they were talking about me until he got back to the room. My husband said he could tell by the look on his face that he was super frustrated. And as he walked by, he partly heard the conversation.

The continental breakfast did not have any pancakes or waffle options because the machine was broken. The mango juice in the machine was very watered down. There was no fresh fruit or granola options to put on top of the yogurt or the oatmeal.

Quick and easy check in, friendly front desk staff. After getting up to our room, we discovered a hole in the bathroom ceiling that had water dripping into the trashcan. They got us transferred to another room very quickly but there was a few strands of hair on the shower walls and the toilet seat was dirty. Other than that, the stay was great! By far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen! Had several varieties and all kinds of toppings for pancakes, oatmeal, and bagels/toast. Nice outside patio with fire pit, pool table, Jenna, and other table games in lobby. Overall, great stay! Will definitely look for Tru’s when traveling!
