Pool not open as advertised. “Breakfast” was bare minimum. We could hear the entire conversation of the family next door. Could not sleep because the walls were paper thin. It was good enough as a place to sleep and leave. Doubtful we will be back.

The check in was easy. After going in the room the whole place looked dirty and outdated. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers were completely empty. For 6 guests we only had 2 body towels. When we went to the front desk to ask for shampoo and towels the receptionist gave us 2 little packs of shampoo and 2 more small towels. We had to ask for extra linen for the sofa bed and he gave us a couple of sheets and a dirt pillow for it.
The bed sheets and comforter were dirty and had a nasty smell. We tried to leave but couldn’t get a refund.
Our truck was broken into and stole a few things from in there. The “continental” breakfast was disgusting. Even we thought we were there early at 6:45-7 am they Only had waffles, a few slices of toast. The biscuits were hard and they said we have to “put them in the microwave first”.
No fruit available.
Save yourself the money and the headache and avoid this place.

The property was not maintained well. The hallways had a musty odor. The towels in the room were off white in color. Not what you would expect. Just overall poorly maintained. It could have been better if whoever owns it cared. I regretted renting it ahead of time but once I did I stayed. No bugs in the room. The lady at the front desk was nice though. Pleasant personality. She was the best part of staying there

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, new floors an paint since my last visit, There was water rings on the desk, dresser and nightstand and hand prints on the headboard. If housekeeping is not wiping down simple countertops, what else are they not cleaning?

The bed was very comfortable, with fresh linen. Breakfast selection was very limited, The parking convenient and felt safe, There was some freeway noise, but not that bad. The location was close to the fairgrounds which was nice.

This is my second stay and I would stay here again!

The room size is the real asset for this hotel, plus beds were comfortable. Virtually none of the standard amenities in the room. The lobby is not a place to hang out! When we checked in, a staff member had taken over what little space there was with a large spread of food while she watched a basketball game. Loudly. Breakfast the usual so so but not bad. In-room coffee maker didn't work.

The pillows in room 229 were kind of smelly. There was a blood stain on the bedspread. Other than this everything was fine. The room was comfortable. The climate was good. The staff was helpful. There was plenty of water pressure in the shower and also plenty of hot water.

Pleasantly surprised! It is what it is - a travel motel - but checked every box for what we were looking for. Dog friendly, clean, private, quiet (for being next to the interstate), and comfortable. Loaded DirectTV w HBO/Max, spacious room (I would definitely recommend adding Keurigs to the rooms though). Excellent breakfast in the lobby ranging from oatmeal and yogurt to waffles and sausage gravy with biscuits. - NOTE you can’t bring food out of the lobby area, for probably good reason/abuse of amenity, but there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room (bring your own plates lol). Owner and staff friendly and helpful with finding local gems! A little outdated but very comfortable and we slept very well. Stayed for 5 days, would definitely recommend!

Room was not very clean. Dead bugs on the floor under the edge of the bed. The bathroom tub was stuck on shower setting, you could not switch it to the tub function. The area had a large number of homeless people (?) around. Staff was uncaring about issues. Never stay here!

This was a sketchy area of okc didn't know when booking though. The lobby was locked and u had to be let in at 4pm. This was my first sign. The staff was super friendly and helped with extra pillows and blankets and sheets. And the following day staff was really nice about breakfast. It was definitely not what we use to. The bed was super hard the carpet in hallway was sticky and stained. The shower pressure was the best part. Online said a pool but i guess it was out of season or something we didnt ask. Wont be staying here again because of the bed hurting my back so bad.

It is what it is for the price…

The hotel is what I would call a budget hotel; get what you pay for. Didn’t expect much going into it because of the price, but after staying there, the price should actually be cheaper. The hotel is old, and hasn’t had proper renovations, only patch work fixes. The shower curtain was torn, tub had a few deep gashes, smell of the room was musky like they couldn’t get the moisture out with the A/C unit properly (it was struggling to keep the room cold), and there were obvious hand prints on the headboard from the previous occupants “alone time”. The bed was lumpy, pillows were the cheapest ones they could find, and although it seemed clean, the sheets did have stains they couldn’t bleach out even though you can tell they tried. During checkout there wasn’t even anyone by the desk, and after waiting and looking for a few minutes, we had to leave to be off to our final destination. Would I stay there again? No. Did it allow me a place to rest? Sort of.

Maintenance decided to change out the air conditioner during our stay… While we were in the room… Didn’t give us a choice. Had to do it. Do this when no one is renting the room and ESPECIALLY when they aren’t inside the room.
C’mon folks. These are easy and should have been taken care of before we arrived.

Staff was nice, but what really threw me off was that the tv didn’t work, the phone had no dial tone at all and within the 4 days i stayed, i got no room service. I had to go to reception and ask for a set of sheets do to it my self because according to the receptionist there was only one housekeeper doing all the second floor rooms.

Convenient location , right off I-40 . Comfortable bed and great shower. But this property is very noisy as it is next to I-40 - so it was hard to sleep. They cut corners when they were constructing it and didn't provide any soundproofing. You can hear the people in the next room, in the halls and upstairs moving about all night long. It shares a parking lot with Cracker Barrell Restaurant so that was very nice!

price and location got me to book it. but the room had a terrible smell. I thought I would get used to the smell soon as I was so tired but by morning i still smelt it and my throat was soar, bed was moist I hope it was just because of high humidity and hair in bed plus a red (looked like Blood) stain on one of the pillows. not a place I will go back to but I am not saying all rooms would be the same and if you are on an extreme tight budget you could try if. but I would check out the room before unpaking your bags.

The mattress was horrible! It had a big dip in the center the whole width of the mattress. To the point that it hurt my knees. Hopefully they will do as I recommend and buy a new one. Other than that and just having one restaurant next-door, the place was good.

When they asked if we were meeting people here, because the original plan was for 8 people, but ended up just being my son and I, we were offered to be bumped up to a king bed suite with a couch bed, more space than we needed! Friendly, professional staff and a clean and tidy suite! Highly recommend!

Attended a 5 day dog show at the OKC Fairgrounds with 3 large dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent, the AC worked fine, and the water was hot and had good pressure (however the shower head was low even for me and I’m only 5’6”)
There’s a Cracker Barrel directly next door and it was very convenient to get to the OKC fairgrounds.

Was a little disappointed with the hotel. But stayed anyways. Some of the rooms smelled. Some of my family moved to another hotel. Was saddened b/c we were there for a funeral and wanted to stay together. Front desk service was great. Room service left us 2 towels for 3 people had to ask for that. Unfortunately nothing good to say. This hotel was rated an 8.0, should be a 2.0. Mattress sloping on the edges, when you sit on the edge to get into bed you literally slide off, microwave dirty, fridge with other guests food, carpet filthy, towels stringy and thin, sink with many stains, TV station card covered in food, bathtub with markings on the wall that resemble blood, floor of bathtub dingy, sink leaking and spots on walls - food or ? Breakfast was very limited, most containers with 1-2 items in them and 25 people trying to get food. Very disappointed
