We stayed with this hotel for 10 days for a rodeo, they were fantastic, staff was respectful and kind. They came in and touched up our room through out and very respectful with our things. While there their water heater went out they were willing to change rooms and due to the amount of stuff we said no but they did give us access to shower elsewhere. Felt safe during crazy weather (we are from Utah) so it was nice to know we were safe. Also close to okc fair ground super easy to get back and forth!!!

The staff were great, the room was ok, bed and pillows were comfortable, but definitely needs deep cleaning and remodeling. They had what looked like plastic type curtains that were so dirty. It is obvious that the humidity has taken its toll on the room. Starting to show it's age. For a 1 night stay it was doable.

I rented this property SPECIFICALLY because it had a hot tub, according to hotels.com. No hot tub, for several years. The water heater for our floor \"blew up\". The manager immediately booked us st a sister property 0.5 mi away. She, Debbie, was very helpful. The person at the Meridian property was put out by all the guests. She would not look at the guests she was speaking to and was very condescending in response to any questions.

First room smelled awful. Second room was bigger and smelled better, but not very clean, hair in tub and sink and crumbs on the floor. We had to have our key cards reactivated each day which was wildly inconvenient being on the third floor. At night the halls smelled terrible of marijuana. Breakfast had limited options and same options all 4 mornings. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the upkeep and cleanliness needs improvement.

Both front desk ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. Check in and check out were easy and smooth, which made everything stress free. They were quick to bring us fresh towels and always welcoming. The only real bummer was finding out the hot tub had been filled in and wasn’t available anymore. The pool was great though and the kids absolutely loved it. Breakfast was great too and a solid way to start the morning. Overall the staff was warm, friendly, and made our stay really comfortable.

Overall, the stay was good for the price. We didn't stay in the hotel much. The building has wear and tear, but there are obvious areas that have been revamped more recently. The pictures of the facilities were a bit deceiving. The staff were very helpful, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast area was very small and difficult to maneuver with many people attempting to use the facility. Hot foods were limited to some form of egg, a meat choice, and waffles. The building has some wear and tear. The hot tub is filled in, and the pool had what looked like a film on top of the water.

The lobby is generally updated, but the rooms have only had some superficial/cosmetic revision. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The workout space was closed, but staff indicated they would open it on request. The bed was clean and comfortable. The couch was not clean. The dresser had misfitting drawers that would not close completely. There was mildew on the fixtures in the living space and the bathroom walls and ceiling. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was very limited, with weak coffee and grainy, wet scrambled eggs. I checked out after one night and forfeited the remainder of the reservation.

We got the last room available, and they told us \"no smoking\" when we checked in (and I had specifically booked a non smoking room so that was great) but as soon as we opened the door, we immediately smelled cigarette smoke very strongly. I had my 2 young daughters with me and would have asked to switch rooms but we were tired and there were no other rooms. It was very very frustrating that they didn’t tell us at check in that the room had been smoked in, because in that case I would have gone to a different hotel, that is how strong the smell was. Eventually we got used to it but it concerned me especially with having a 6 year old and 3 year old in the room.

We also found a dirty shirt in the corner of the room by the window, so clearly the staff did not clean the room that well.

The hotel is old and you can tell they have tried to do what they can to modernize it.

For me the biggest issue was lack of cleanliness in our room and the fact that we were not notified that a room advertised as \"non smoking\" had been recently smoked in enough to stink up the whole room.

The saving grace was the kind staff at check in and check out. Both ladies were super sweet and helpful. While I would have preferred that we were given that info at check in, the lady was still very kind with my kids and I.

The hotel itself is old. It looks like they’ve tried to modernize it where they could and have done a great job for the most part. Parking spots were tight, someone scratched and dented my car on the first night. The pool was so small. Workout room was even smaller, very little equipment. The elevator took excessively long every time, we ended up just taking the stairs. The plumbing made this really loud noise every time the toilet was flushed. And the entire 3rd floor felt like a sauna. Thankfully, the AC in our room was amazing and froze us out at night. Beds were decent. Shower had good water pressure. Breakfast looked great. Probably won’t stay here again, but it was okay for the weekend.

Centrally located to shopping a restaurants.

CONS - This property advertises to have a hot tub….it DOES NOT have a hot tub!! The pool is indoors only and small (a little larger than the size of a king size bed)!

The hotel was clean but definitely showed its age. It did the job for 24 hours. I had to request bedding for the pullout couch and then only received a fitted sheet and blanket, no flat sheet or pillow. The ice machine was out of ice, the staff started throwing food away at breakfast at 9:25 (breakfast ends at 9:30). My family was actively eating at the time.

There is no hot tub despite the hotel advertising one. It has been filled in with concrete. The pool is small, luckily my family was in there alone I do not think it would have been big enough for multiple families. The pool was also cold which was frustrating since the hot tub had been removed.

The room we first got seemed fine until my 6-year-old laid down to go to sleep. I was up late working on a project and glanced over at him and saw BED BIGS !!! all over him. This happened almost at midnight. I immediately packed all of our belongings (thankfully nothing had been unpacked) and went to the front desk to request a refund since I had booked a two-night stay. The overnight front desk staff said they couldn’t make that decision and instead moved us to another room—only for the AC to be broken. We were then moved again to a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a non-smoking facility. I couldn’t sleep on the bed at all. We checked out the next morning with very little sleep. Overall, a very stressful and unacceptable experience, especially with a child involved.
