My husband, son and I traveled to OKC, and were in a room with two king beds. One bed sagged BADLY in the middle, to the point that two people couldn't sleep on it (we'd both roll into the middle). It was a terrible night sleep. Then, the next morning I went to take a shower, and the body was dispenser was completely empty. After showering using shampoo as soap, I went down to talk to the front desk. I mentioned the soap and how bad the bed was. The front desk couldn't do anything for me at the time (it was very, very early in the morning). However, when we came down for breakfast later, the person I had spoken with at the front desk let me know he was providing us with free breakfast as an apology. My family and I went out for the day, and when we returned, the bed had been fixed!!! I don't know if the bed itself was broken, or if the mattress was replaced, but the second night we had a much better night's sleep. They also replenished the shower gel.
Kudos to the staff for listening to our issues and remediating them so quickly. Much appreciated!

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Very friendly staff. I prefer hotels with free breakfast and there are plenty of them in the area. This hotel has a $15 surcharge per person for breakfast
Enrique
Nice spacious room that accommodates a family of five.
Laura
My favorite part was how quiet the hotel was.
Stephen
Very polite staff. Clean rooms.
Ashley
We had a great stay. My only complaints are that we had poor water pressure in the shower and the fact we found a hair on our bedding that did not belong to my husband nor myself. When I asked for fresh linens and additional towels, the woman behind the counter gave them to me no problem, but kept giving me this look like she’d rather be anywhere else than helping me or that my request was putting her out. I kind of felt like I shouldn’t be there at the desk, nor in the hotel.
Mary
My stay at the DoubleTree was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were so comfy I slept so well.
John

Big space for hotel room. Lots of room.

We had a wonderful stay here! The mattresses were amazingly comfortable — some of the best sleep we’ve had away from home. The suites were a great size and very spacious, and we loved that every room in the hotel is set up as a suite. The location was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax, and the parking area was adequate, well lit, and felt very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Clean room. Comfy bed. Stayed for 2 night to be closer to airport for early morning flight

In town for one night. Solo.
Booked the junior suite w king bed.
Pros: cheap price. Large room. Close to a couple ok restaurants. Lobby bar was nice. Bartender was pleasant and helpful. Clean.
Cons: staff was rude. I specially check in person (Kylie). Was rude, didn’t smile or say anything polite, seemed mad she had to work and I interrupted her phone time as it was sitting out, and not helpful. Parking is terrible. Rooms need updating badly. The usual go to comfy beds were old and could feel springs. Small snack area that was horribly expensive for the smaller versions of everything. Shower was horrible. Terrible water pressure.

I made a reservation through Expedia for a room with two beds, and the day before we were set to arrive I received a message from Hilton that we were booked in a room with two king beds. That was a pleasant surprise, as most hotel rooms with two beds are full or queen.
When we arrived at the hotel, I had already checked in online and had a digital key, so we went straight to the room. Turns out they upgraded us to the Executive Suite. It was amazing. It was clean, TONS of room with a separate bedroom for one of the beds. It worked out perfectly since we had two teenage girls with us... lots of space for everyone!
We only stayed for the night to attend a concert, so we didn't use any hotel amenities, but the property is nice, easy to find and we had no issues.
There are restaurants and other hotels nearby, too. I would definitely stay there again.

Had the grandkids for Easter weekend. They said it was "the best hotel in the world!" And I agreed! Staff was great! Breakfast was great too! Will come back again!

Andrew
Slightly tired, but nothing to complain about. No separate Restaurant, just part of the Bar, which had a large television behind it.
Scott
The rooms were nice, but the beds were very hard. The shower had little water pressure. My wife had trouble rinsing out her hair.
Kristyn
Great property
GRACE
Shuttle service that was on time, great amenities, and full bar made my stay great.
Patricia
Clean and friendly helpful staff
Tracy
The furniture in the "executive suite" was torn up, ripped and very worn.i did not want to sit on it. The bed sheets were clean but not at all tucked in. Dirty carpet in the room. I had to clean the mirror in the bathroom myself due to the streaks on it being so bad our reflection was blurry. Staff were awesome, lobby nice but i was only passing through. Will not stay again unfortunately. Not worth the $162.00
Holly
The room was well-maintained and clean. We enjoyed our cozy stay and the unique layout of the room was a nice touch. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great room!
Cynthia
We stayed one night. Upon check-in, I swiped my card and the card reader showed approved, but the receptionist said on her end it did not go through. I showed her my bank app where the charge was pending, but she insisted I swipe again. After swiping a second time, that transaction went through—however, I was charged twice.
Since then, I’ve been stuck going back and forth between my bank and the hotel. The bank says I need to dispute it with the hotel, and the hotel says I need to contact the bank. It’s been frustrating trying to resolve something that happened during their check-in process.
Another thing to note: breakfast is $15 per person for a very basic breakfast that many other hotels include for free. Also, be careful with the water bottles in the room—they are $3 per bottle. I misunderstood the signage and thought some were complimentary, which was my mistake.
Aside from the billing issues, the room itself was decent and the hotel was quiet. However, the double charge and extra fees really impacted our experience.

Room was clean. Fitness center was adequate
Troy
All was good, clean, and well-organized

Cocktails aren’t good; they are made from bad taste mixes. Should be avoided. Room towels need some replacements. In general, the hotel needs some upgrades; it looks way worse than a few years back. Welcoming staff and a pretty clean room.
William
Super nice hotel, great staff
Samuel
Nice clean hotel and staff was pleasant
Donna
Nice hotel in a great location. Charleston Restaurant (which is a wonderful restaurant) was right next door. The staff, especially Kylie, were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we checked in. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, two TV sets, small refrigerator and coffee bar.

Excellent stay with amazing staff
Catherine
Room was outdated. The curtains were torn. The light in bathroom was out but was able to fix it. The room was dark even during the day with the curtains pushed to the side & all the lights on. Staff was great. The shuttle times need to be more flexible.
Robert
Room was clean. Pool was fun. Good time.
Angel
Rooms - the pop up drain in the sink was so gross underneath that dirty particles came out from under and it wouldn’t drain properly. Air conditioning was inconsistent. Carpet is running up the walls and loose in some places so it hangs off the wall. Expedia says it is a free breakfast buffet but it costs $15 per person.
Linda
We stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Upon checking in and getting into the room, we noticed the toilet was running continuously. We went back to the front desk and were given a different room no problem. We get to the next room and the card reader would not work. We went back and forth 3 times before it worked. Was jenky the rest of the trip as well. We went to use the restroom and the handle to flush the toilet came completely out. It was late. The next morning, went to call the front desk to inform them about this...no cord for the phone. We just let them know at the desk on our way out for the day. Were informed it was fixed...it was not.
Carol Lee
We were there for approximately 5 hours. Staff was courteous, room clean, great accessible shower.

Loved the area had to wait for the house keeper to finish our room before we could go up. Said 15 minutes but it was well over that time
Martin
Great place
Tommy
The hotel was Great. It was clean and comfortable.
LINDSEY
Overall, the stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oklahoma City Airport was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had everything needed for a pleasant visit. The only downside was an interaction with the manager at the restaurant area (she stated she was manager of the hotel) regarding what appeared to be a double charge for food and a soda. When clarification was requested, the response felt a bit defensive, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was great.
RODOLFO
Its in downtown el paso close to restaurants.
Lula
The rooms were spacious and very clean. The Staff was Amazing and very attentive. Thanks
Hayley

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety good quality
Steve
Charging for bottled water in the room ridiculous for Oklahoma. I’ll stay elsewhere going forward.
Regina
Disappointment
This is one of many times we have stayed at this property. The most disappointing stay. Water bottles in the floor upon arrival. The couch had torn cushions and bleach stains, lamp shade was broken and burnt, ironing board was bent and extremely difficult to open and close. Then the shower had a broken seal between the wall and shower head leading to decreased water pressure. This room needs a make over. Front desk staff was very apologetic, and made notes for maintenance.
Jeffrey
All around great experience

Rooms, with sofa beds, maximize the space available, which allows for several comfortable places to relax.

The bathroom sink was clogged in the first room I tried. The room also had a bad odor. The second room was better than the first, but the air conditioner in the room leaked water on the carpet. The staff were friendly and responsive, but the property needs some TLC.

Nice experience
Hotel with a modern look. Wish the design of the building was better, as there were no entrances/exits at the ends of the building on either side.
