There were small roaches in the room. it was not a few, they were several. having i had to close my bags and kept everything inside my bags. luckily that did not happen.

and the strong smell of cigarrete and weed in the room was pretty bad.

Booked a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds as it was my grown son and I traveling. When we get there, we were given a room with only 1 bed. We went back to the front desk and I explained we were given the wrong room. She looked at my son, not me, and asked if we didn't request an accessible room and I answered yes, showing her my receipt that clearly showed I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. She, again, looked at my son and told him that they didn't have any other rooms available that was accessible. I, once again, interrupted and said that we were mother and son and weren't going to be sleeping in the same bed. Once again, she looked at my son and asked if a non accessible room would be fine. I told her that if it had 2 beds we'd make it work .
No communication as to there not being an accessible room with 2 beds. Since the room was in my name and paid by me, I felt it to be completely offensive that she refused to address me with her statements and questions.
The 2nd room had to beds but they may need maintenance to check their toilet lid. Someone thought they were being thrifty and attached one side of the toilet with a screw and washer. Housekeeping may want to make sure they dust the shelf under the sink as well.

I honestly don’t know what happened. The first time I asked why I was on the Do Not Rent list, I was told there were no notes and nobody could tell me why. I kept calling because I wanted an answer, and days later I was suddenly told it was because of “extra traffic.” I was never approached during my stay, never warned, and nobody ever asked me what happened. If there really was an issue, why wasn’t I told while I was there? I tried for days to speak with the manager and could never get a call back. I just wanted someone to explain what happened, but I never got that opportunity.

Needs some TLC. There have been some updates in lobby, entry area, dining area, but the walls were filthy and paint was chipped. It looked like maybe the cleaning carts had scraped them all the way down from elevator to our room. The actual room smelled horrible, ended up buying febreeze when we were out and hosing room with it when we got back. It was also hot, AC was turned off in Oklahoma 100° plus summertime weather and took awhile to cool it off. We couldn't get the TV to work so the front desk guy had to come up to the room and work some magic to get it on and then to get it to some channels (like 13 of them). Microwave was missing knobs, not sure if it honestly worked. Beds were okay on comfort level, but we did not sleep well at all. Shortly after arrival, when I sat on bed, I thought I saw a bug crawl up the wall between beds and then go in behind the light fixture. When looking closer with phone light, the built in table between beds was poorly attached to wall and when husband barely leaned on it, it almost came off the wall. Very flimsy. Complimentary breakfast was mediocre. Area had people loitering outside all hours of day & night, made us uncomfortable. Price was enticing and is why we chose it, but It was a last min. decision to stay there and we probably wouldn't do it again unless desperate.

This hotel is flying under the radar. The front desk staff were amazing and the room was spacious and clean. Very hot shower and the AC worked to perfection. Breakfast was okay. The pool was refreshing. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and it's conveniently located between I-40 and Airport Road and like 5 miles from Will Rogers Airport. Nice decorations inside for pictures and plenty of free parking. I'll definitely be back.

So we checked into this room. I booked this room based on the reviews because all of them were great. We were in the hotel about an hour. I pulled out the pullout couch and there was what looked like a blood on the mattress. This was one of those hotels didn’t feel comfortable with any of us taking our shoes off. A cockroach came out from under the dinette. It was absolutely disgusting. When my husband went down to tell them that we needed to check out immediately she didn’t even ask questions like they were used to this happening. They told us they would refund us for the other nights, but we would have to pay for the first night.

The pictures that this place for there ad are far beyond false. Driving up there were people doing drugs out front. Weeds and trash everywhere, and horrible asphalt. The lobby was okay, staff was polite. The room was dingy and damp with a smell of bleach. The door was stuck trying to open it in to the room. They didn’t have a remote for the TV, which they said they could find. There was a huge crack across the entire ceiling with falling paint from it. Not to mention other dark marks all over the ceiling from who knows what. There was dust and dirt around the window that hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Didn’t feel safe at all. And to top it off after not feeling safe at all, there was a bullet sitting on the ground right outside the front sliding doors. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

This hotel was absolutely the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
Right away when we walked in, i knew it wasn’t good. It was dirty. Our room had a bra hanging on the floor lamp so i informed the front desk as well as the fact that the table lamp had no light bulb and I depend on lamps. It definitely was one of those rooms where you do not take off your shoes. I didn’t bother with breakfast because everything seemed to be running out.
Just overall bad experience, I had no choice but to stay because everything else was sold out because of everything going on that weekend.

Front desk staff rude and unprofessional. Cleaning staff wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Front desk rarely staffed, have to wait forever for someone to come help you. I waited one time for 5 minutes, called the hotel and an employee immediately came to the desk from behind that wall, I guess in an office that’s back there or whatever they have behind the wall. Breakfast was great except when this one young girl was working the breakfast was bare and missing the eggs, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. When anyone else was working they put everything out. Pool was dirty and full of bugs and leaves, water cloudy and area around pool needs pressure washed badly. Overnight staff always friendly & helpful. Only daytime staff that was friendly and helpful was the young Hispanic boy with the mustache. All the women working in the daytime seemed annoyed when you spoke to them about anything. Room was clean but missing lightbulbs out of 3 of the lamps and missing a remote and again the staff wasn’t helpful, couldn’t find us a remote to use so couldn’t watch anything but the guide. I asked to move rooms one day due to noisy neighbors and they told me I would have to pay another deposit if I did that. Like they couldn’t transfer the one I already paid to the other room. Not sure why wanting a quiet peaceful environment warrants my deposit being forfeited . Hotel could be great with new staff. There are plenty other hotels around, avoid this one if at all possible!!!

Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean enough. My issue was with the clientele. I am speculating that the hotel accepted government-issued vouchers for housing assistance. Many of the folks staying at the property were sketchy. They loitered around the entry and in the lobby and it was obvious that the room had been previously smoked in. During the night, car alarms would sound and when I looked out the window I could see a uniformed security guard and local police. It added up to a feeling of not being safe and I cannot recommend it, despite a modest nightly rate.

I checked into a King Suite that opened to a balcony on the second floor. When I walked into the room it had an odor, but I thought it was from the A/C being off and air not circulating. I started the A/C, opened the outside door to help ventilate. After staying the night, (of course didn't sleep well) I left the air going all day while I was gone but unfortunately, nothing changed. The odor was still there so I asked to change rooms. I wasn't able to get another suite, so I stayed on the first floor by the pool. This room smelled better but after showering, I grabbed a towel and it had orange stains on it. I ended up staying two nights in this room. Luckily, I only had to sleep at the hotel. That said, after 3 nights I came home and have had a sinus cold ever sense.
I am pretty easy going but definitely won't be going back.

The entire place smelled like Snoop Dog, Willie Nelson, and their friends were walking the halls! If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought they had a Weed Factory inside this place. There was only about an 1/8 of a roll of Toilet paper in the room for four people to use! We had to resort to using Kleenex to clean ourselves. Not sure what was going on in the room next door, but it sounded like a human sacrifice might have been going on when we first walked in. I assume they finished it or the person ran out of breath, because it eventually stopped. When we went to check out, there was no one at the counter. Myself and five other families stood there waiting for about ten minutes. Finally a guy showed up, who looked like he just left Willie and Snoops room. All he asked, was do you want a receipt. No thank you, how was your stay, or would you like a hit! Nothing. I will stay somewhere else on my next trip to OKC.

I normally do not complain, but I felt it was important to share feedback regarding our recent stay, as there were several ongoing issues throughout the visit.

At breakfast, we arrived around 8:00 AM and most of the food items were already gone. We had to ask staff if anything would be refilled, and unfortunately the selection was very limited.

The internet service was also extremely poor. Since the TVs rely on the internet to function, streaming was nearly impossible. Movies and shows constantly buffered or cut out, and using Wi-Fi on a laptop was even more difficult.

Additionally, the shower water pressure was very weak, making it take much longer than normal to rinse off. The refreshment/snack area was completely empty during our entire four-day stay and was never restocked.

Lastly, the ice machines on the upper floors were not working, and there were no signs posted to direct guests to the only working machine on the first floor.

While the lobby area matched the photos online, the overall hotel experience did not meet expectations.

The outside of the hotel was run down and dirty. There was trash all over the parking lot for the entirety of our stay. While the lobby was put together, the hallways and room walls and carpets were discussing.

The staff were overall pretty rude or simply missing. We waited for over 10 minutes on two separate occasions with nobody to assist us.

The pool was closed and surrounded in trash. There was staff there cleaning it at one point and when I asked the desk staff, she just said it’s outside so she didn’t know anything. I also asked about forks at breakfast and the staff just said to ask someone in the eating area…:where there was not any staff…..

Staff didn’t clean our room once but on the second to last day, we came back to a DND sign on our door. It wasn’t ours because we never had one.

The walls were terrible thin. The conversation I overheard next to me was very gross. I also heard his phone alarm on and off for an hour starting at 6am.

Overall, gross area, I was nervous about my rental car in the parking lot, the staff were mostly unavailable or rude, dirty hotel, and thin walls.

Pros: close to the airport (less than 10 min) and the beds were comfortable. Given the thin walls, I was surprised how quiet it was at night.

I would not stay here again.

The second room had extension cords strung out, bathroom door had been caved in like some one had hit and the rooms, hall and parking were filthy.

The room was clean, staff unfriendly, no welcome or greeting. Cursing loudly as they carried on conversationwith no care for children in the vicinity. Breafast was subpar at best. Came down at 830, spills everywhere, almost everything empty. They did work on refilling the eggs, biscuits and potatoes. Took about 20 minutes. Homeless people camped out in back parking lot.

I travel for work I stay at a lot of places. looks a little rough outside but not bad at all hot water and comfortable bed. Breakfast isn’t all that great. But it does what you need.

The hotel does not look like the picture. I had booked a suite and it was to have a sofa. It only had the chase part and it was stained. They advised breakfast but then had a sign in the morning saying sorry no breakfast. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful. There was also noise that sounded like fighting outside the hotel.
