Arrived with my family on a Friday night (group of 5).
After check in they told us the elevator was not working and that we had to use the stairs. Carried all the luggage to the third floor.
Room was ok but it did not have enough towels in the bathroom, there were no sheets or pillow in the room for the sofa bed, etc.
Not a pleasant stay overall.

They are trying to renovate with a facelift but I’m not sure it will be enough. Some of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was limited, running out and not replenishing, but some of that may improve with the renovated handier space for serving. For a room along the road trip for a night it was not bad at all, but for a vacation stay of several days, desiring pool and hot tub, high pressure shower, I would look elsewhere. The room size for the price was GREAT! Honestly, just running some bleach and air fresheners would have helped tremendously. It just smelled stuffy pretty much everywhere but especially at the pool room. They DID have a wonderful selection of equipment in the fitness room!!! That was a definite positive!

We always love Staybridge for the suites and with sofa beds. This hotel did not have sofa beds only sofas. They left trash in the kitchen in one of our rooms, which caused there to be gnats everywhere. The master bathroom had badly cracked tile and the soap shampoo dispensers were not refilled. The cook did not show up to cook breakfast and we had to find our own nearby. Overall the property was not in the best shape.

We were there for a little under a month and our room got cleaned once. I filled out a room cleaning request which was ignored so I had to request it a second time. We also were not informed the policy of having to fill out a form to get cleaning..even though that was ignored. The maid was very nice the few times we did go by her in the hallways. Room above us was extremely noisy. Sounded like children jumping off the bed onto the floor.

Good stay for a few days if you’re going to OKC.

Sam the front desk help we encountered was terrific. Made us feel welcome checking in & during the stay. No issues w amenities - FREE laundry was nice; but other guests need to realize that just bc it’s free doesn’t mean you leave your stuff in for hours until you feel ready to take it out. Breakfast was more than serviceable, didn’t use the pool.

Only issue we had aside from that was a small lizard Of some type crawling around our bathroom one early morning; but I handled that.

Convenient if you’re near the OKC airport, altho we didn’t have any travel issues driving downtown bc we did most of the travel on weekends.

The worst ever

Was the absolute worst ever. I get there early was told come back later for check-in. I return my room i booked a month in advanced was taken. They gave me 2 rooms instead we have small children so my wife and kids were separated. They didnt clean the rooms i had to go to the front desk each day to get clean towels.

When greeted by staff member Christine I felt she was condescending and didn’t care about me as a customer at all. I had to ask her all the questions I expected her to ask me. It was a dog show weekend and there were many people with dogs there and she didn’t ask if I had a pet. I had questions about the pet form and she admitted she’d been there a year and had never even read the form. Said it didn’t matter anyway. Maybe it was an off day for her but it put me off about knowledgeable staff at Staybridge. Other staff were fine.

Our room was only cleaned one day after asking for more towels and we stayed for 10 days. Lots of noise from kids screaming outside playing ball late at night.

The outside area looks beautiful. The inside of the building is very dirty! Our room smelled loke musty mold, there was vomit splatter on the floor and cabinet of the bathroom. Overall the whole room just felt dirty! The pool and hot tub were disgusting, looked like they were Never cleaned, floating hair balls, bandaid, bugs, in the pool. THE GOOD: Extremely friendly and polite staff. The breakfast was good, Christian the lady working the breakfast buffet was working hard and fast daily keeping up with all the traffic in and out. Convenient location, lots of dining options and spacious parking, the staff was very polite and understanding.
The Bad: Rooms stink! run down, urine behind toilets, sticky kitchen floor, stains everywhere. Only one elevator works but barely, no one felt safe in it and there was no ventilation in the elevator. As for amenities only 3 washers worked, one dryer worked. The dryer that work does not work well, after 3 cycles I took my clothes up to my room and hung them, the rest I went to laundry mat to dry. When I asked for room service I was told they only clean on weekdays (but will exchange towels) So Monday when I asked for my room to be cleaned the cleaning lady informed me I needed to make a 24 hour request. Since I was checking out Tuesday that made no sense. The body wash and hair soap dispensers were empty too. Place looks Great from the outside but the inside is really run down and it is not possible to get over the odor in the rooms, many guests said the same as we chatted in the common areas. One of the managers did tell me they were going to remodel soon.

This is a nice hotel, and it is a little dated a little. But that is okay with me. We had a nice rest, and they let us grab breakfast before it was time to serve. My granddaughter had a basketball game at eight am across the town, which was great because we had seven grandbabies with us, so that was a huge blessing.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the checkin took forever. The first room was not the sale room that I paid for. The second room I was put in was not cleaned and did not have sheets on the bed. The 3rd room was fine but the remote didn’t work and there was absolutely nothing in the cabinets to be able to use the kitchen like most hotels offer. I also requested my room to be cleaned one day and they never came. I requested a cleaning again and the lady came in while I was still there and had a terrible attitude. The soap dispenser was empty, there was no hair dryer, no iron, etc. They also could not provide me with a hair dryer. In 2022, what hotel doesn’t offer a hair dryer. The last of my 10 days included my truck getting broken into with several items stolen. Of course they have no cameras. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time and I stay in many.

The first room air conditioner was broke, switched me to another room. That room had problems with the key card. When I needed key to be rescanned there was no one at front desk or anywhere in the hotel. Front desk person returned 15 minutes later saying that she needed a break. Kitchen had not utensils, plates glasses ect. The hotel seemed very run down.

So many other great places to stay!

We sent our adult daughter, with 2 of her sibling and their best friends to OKC to attend a youth con. Their mother and I agreed we would send them, if we could stay in the suite our family had stayed in before (the same one that the a/c did not work and we were given bonus points for staying) that way Maddy keep keep an eye on them. We decided to give them a second chance. Received confirmation with the guarantee we would have a suite on the days we would be there. As the group checked they were told they no longer had suites available. Though it was showing on Hotel.com there was suites still being booked. They did accommodate them with 2 rooms next to each other, after my daughter insisted, she was the one responsible for group. Caroline, treated her as a child, and was not pleasant to deal with at all. She said it was not the fault of the hotel, but Hotel.com. Yet when I called Hotels.com I was informed, after being hung up on twice, that it was not guaranteed and it was the hotel’s problem. The room the boy had they had to take lukewarm baths, because their shower had hardly any hot water. Upon checkout my daughter once again had to deal with Caroline, who continued to belittle her(she is 30 yrs. old and only 5”1’) then Caroline began to tell her about her conversation with me. She told my daughter(when she thought I was only mother to the boys)that I was screaming and yelling at her! Not very professional

It is a Suites hotel but had no silverware, cups, plates, etc. etc. They didn't clean the room the entire time we were there, is Covid a viable excuse for no service anymore? The breakfast bar was great and at least no sack breakfast. I think overall good value for the money.

It was ok, air conditioner struggled to cool the room, but finally made it as the evening progressed. The pool wasn't working and the grab and go breakfast just isn't the same. You can tell this is a little older property that just needs a little tlc. Staff was friendly and helpful though. Overall it hasn't put me off of Staybridge Suites, which we like very much, it just wasn't my greatest stay with them.

I was disappointed at how run down the rooms were and my room had a lingering smoky smell that wouldn’t go away regardless of how much room spray was used.
I found the coffee/breakfast grab and go left much to be desired. I got hot water one morning and it was definitely cold.
I had to request a coffee pot for my room as there wasn’t one in there. I had to request towels and trash service and no one stocked our items- so we had to get them ourselves. If I hadn’t gotten such a good deal on the room- I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there.

We did have a two bedroom room with a living room in between a small kitchenette. The room had two bathrooms also! So that was a plus but the water pressure and hot water were nearly inexistent. Also the pool was down- so we could go to the hotel next door for that- but it wasn’t handy and the staff didn’t tell me about it until I asked (I had seen it online) they also didn’t tell any of the other guests staying at our hotel that the next door pool was an option (because we actually ended up informing people)

Overall- I wouldn’t stay there again.

I’m not a hotel snob- but the rooms definitely needed repair- huge chips from paint in several spots- the curtains were starting to fall down- carpeting in the hallways had bleach stains on it all throughout the hotel.
Just was pretty disappointed overall.

The property is situated across from the Oklahoma River and is beautiful, in spite of its age. However, there are safety features which need to be improved such as the leak in the bedroom which had been fixed with plastic and the front entrance has a slight drop off that caused my wife to fall. At 73 years of age, that is no small thing.

Was extremely disappointed in the service, amenities and cleanliness of hotel.

The booking stated that airport shuttle service was provided. When the group checked in they were rudely informed by the front desk agent that there was not shuttle service and since she has been there (for 2 months) they have not had it. This was the main reason we booked this hotel. Not to mention the group had to wait several minutes while they watched the front desk agent sit in the back office talking on the phone and putting lotion on her legs. Then she came out still not he phone to talk to the group and then informed her \"mom\" she had to call them back as she had to check people in.

When the groups got to their two rooms, the sofa beds were not made up (even though reservation was booked for 3ppl in each room). Group had to call down 2 times to ask for bedding, both times they were told by the front desk agent she would have to go down and find it in the basement and that they would then have to come pick it up, she would not deliver to the room.

To make the stay worse was these guys had been out on a hiking / adventure experience for 3 days and were looking forward to a hot shower before getting on the plane the next day. They were met with no running water (just a trickle). Were not even informed at check in that hotel was experience water issues because of the current weather situation nor was an apology or compensation offered because of the inconvenience.

I wish I would’ve seen the pool was closed for renovation before I booked. The room was very dated, couch with stains, carpet in disrepair, no smart TVs to be able to stream, cable channels sucked. But, the room it’s was clean and the beds/pillows were good. I wish there was a blow dryer in the bathroom and extra blankets readily available. Not the worst place I’ve been to, but, until they renovate, I wouldn’t go back.

2 bedroom suite was perfect size for our family of 6. Cleanliness of property was lacking. Carpets were heavily soiled/stained. 1 elevator was out of order. Side access door was out of order. Furniture in room was dated. Turning off light switch in bedroom also turned off the outlets by the bed, making it impossible to charge your devices bedside. Property needs some updates and new paint and carpet throughout, but overall decent nights stay for the price and room size.

Well I read through the previous comments about this hotel some of them I really don't know what kind of problems they had every staff member here was very helpful very understanding I am currently staying here because my husband has had a stroke and they are awesome laundry is free you can cook for your family they have a basketball Park in the backyard they have thrilling awnings all kinds of just nice things it's centrally located by other places to shop and get certain items this is one of my favorite hotels now I've never stayed before but I will again and like I said I have not come across any employees at this location that isn't amazing but that's just my experience

The price was incredible. Huge suite. Quiet location and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the room was dirty. No soap, shampoo or conditioner in one of the bathrooms. Literally there was still cleaning solution sprayed onto the toilet and left without wiping it off. Also, didnt know that they had animals in there. A dog was barking nonstop at 10pm. Had to call Management to come and stop that. Which they did immediately. Easy fix.
Honestly, we were comfortable and would stay again.

Loved our stay there. The only complaints i had were it smelling like smoke even with no smoking signs everywhere, and there wasn't any bar soap for the shower so we washed with shampoo. Overall the best hotel I've stayed in!!

Housekeeping issues, dirty floors, 3 TVs/2remotes/ chair coverings filthy, stove dirty, no hand soaps, but I always bring my own soaps so we used our own. breakfast lacking but understandably due to Covid-19 precautions.

Awful. The room was filthy, the air conditioner did not work!
Curtain was hanging off the wall. Other people’s trash was under and beside the bed. Kitchen floor was sticky and gross!
Just awful. Will never stay there again!
The floor was unswept. I could go on and on. Awful!!!

What was unique about the property was when we first check in the hotel clerk was good and we had to go back downstairs because our toilet kept running and making a weird noise. The other agent wasn’t so friendly and also it needs to be updated. But really wouldn’t want to stay there longer than 2 nights the elevators don’t work and the tv in the first room was cutting in and out so we had to go to a second room no upgrade or nothing for the inconvenience.

Good Points & Bad Points...

Warm and welcoming manager (Garrett); inviting lobby. Great room layout; But, the housekeeper did not clean the room. Bed covers were pulled up- NOT changed; Bathrooms were not cleaned, hair and dirt in tubs and sinks; Floors were not vacuumed; room was dusty all over. I spent over an hour cleaning before I could even relax after a 12hr road trip.

I liked that you had a full kitchen in the suite. Price was reasonable and room was clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because our room did not get serviced. Due to covid, breakfast bar and pool were closed during our stay.

When I travel I look for a Staybridge Suites property first - they are more than 'just a hotel room'. My room had a [separated by door] sitting area from the BR. Gove some privacy as I worked and she lounged.
