I’m stayed at this hotel several times but the last two times were quite unimpressive. My last visit, I didn’t have hot water so my showers consisted of a wash cloth warmed up in the microwave. My most recent visit, there wasn’t even a drop of shampoo in the dispenser nor were there any coffee pods left in the room. I will not allow myself to be disappointed a third time. I will not be back

Our room had a few dirty spots when we checked in. I let the staff know and it was cleaned up. They were kind and helpful. Pool was nice. It is an older hotel. Close to the water park. There is lots of homeless people around. We never had an issue. Slept good all three nights

The room was okay. The pool was nice and refreshing. Location of hotel was great however in the evening hours the homeless were in the parking lot and surrounding areas.

This was a good, clean, convenient to I40 option for us for one night. We were pulling a trailer with another vehicle on it, and the spacious parking lot made it comfortable to get in and out without difficulty. All in all, we would stay here again.

The hotel wasn’t all that bad. the rooms were pretty clean aside from the bed cover having a stain. Housekeeping never came to clean up the room, but that’s because they come every other day that you have booked your stay for. The rooms/hotel somewhat looked like the pictures online. There was no hot tub, and the pool was way smaller than pictured. The food at the little store they have, almost all of the food was expired. When wanting to use the patio outside, it was very dirt; towels everywhere, the tables were dirty, and there was trash on them. When requesting extra towels because we didn’t get new ones since housekeeping never came, they were unable to provide anything but hand towels. There was also a lot of homeless right outside of the hotel. The surrounding area the hotel was in was not bad, but definitely not what we were expecting.

overall the stay was not all that bad, but we definitely had high hopes and were somewhat disappointed.

Staff on arrival was unhelpful and rude - I paid for two rooms for 7 days - so appx. $2K range. I had paid in advance of arrival . Then go outside at night on any door other than the main entrance and you have homeless sitting around using the WiFi - on the steps about 2’ from where you are trying to get in and out and use you key pass on the door. Every single night - Some were so drugged up and smoking whatever you were not certain of your safety . Nothing was done to have them get off these side entrances. Then room cleanliness on arrival was good overall - room service during the 7 days was not - didn’t empty trash cans that were overflowing from door dash container (singles in each room) cans are small which is fine. No towels left had to go down and ask - again one person staying in each room. I would say the beds are comfortable - the Staff on this stay was less than OK - and the outside issue was not good. I would not stay again based on this stay.

Check Inn Was Slow-Disorganized and Rude-
Room Service Cleaning Was Every Other Day which is fine however - did not empty trash cans - had to go down for towels ( one person in room) - At night be ready if you go out a side exit - homeless are sitting at those exit doors using WiFi smoking pot every single night - they do not move when trying to get in or out- My stay was 7 days - paid for 2 rooms. Room is nice size - will not stay again.

The hotel has a modern look when you step inside. The rooms are more up to date than other Hilton hotels around which is good. The front desk Gal was pleasant when I checked in and during my stay. The gentlemen was nice. There was a rainstorm so water was leaking through the window. I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the leak and he offered towels cause there wasn’t anything he could. I stayed up late packing since it was my last night I had to leave at 5am. When jumping into bed, I lifted my blanket and found a bed bug crawling. No, I did not sleep in the bed after. got ready so I could leave and

We did not have breakfast there. No continental breakfast offered-breakfast buffet was $13.99. Coffee was great though! It was very pet friendly but felt that the $75 pet fee (for one night was excessive). All the staff was very nice!

First night there had to change rooms. When I went to take a shower as soon as I turned on the water the shower head busted off and water went everywhere. Second room was nice. Took a cold shower Sunday morning, no hot water.
Not too bad of a stay.

Staff at check in didn’t seem to want to be there. Room had a weird smell to it. Vending machine on our floor wasn’t working. Fridge in room was on but not even cool to keep a drink in. Room size was good. It seemed clean. Pillows were so flat I had to double them. I’ll prob look for somewhere else next time.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-tier service. A flawless experience from start to finish! Exceptional Stay.
*although everything was top notch, I would have to say that the breakfast buffet lacked the quality to match the rest of qualities of the hotel. Most definitely, room for improvement in that regard.

The hotel was understaffed for a large group staying in the hotel. The poor bar staff was ran ragged almost every night. I know things were unpredictable because of the weather.

A go-to when passing through, have stayed 3-4 times. Nice, clean rooms, reasonable rates, ample parking, friendly staff, easy freeway/airport access, good bar food, always an interesting cast of characters bending elbow at the bar. Easy choice.

The parking lot and the area around it is overrun with homeless people and feels very unsafe. My daughter was very worried that her car would be damaged.

The breakfast buffet that was supposed to be free was not free. It cost nearly $20 and it was not a good buffet. Room smelled like chloroform.

Kathy did an exceptional job for me. One thing that couldn’t be accomplished was a comfortable bed that is main reason I always stay at Hilton garden inn. This property is not same as it was last stay. Also noticed while in parking lot looking up broken screens flapping in wind. This not what expected for Hilton property. Unfortunately I will not stay here again.

I truly thank Kathy for attempting to make bed better.

The room was quiet and comfortable. It would have been an excellent stay if there were separate thermostats for the bedroom and the living room. Menopausal women traveling with their older, always cold, mothers would be very thankful for separate thermostats 😊

Very nice welcoming staff. Even the driver for shuttle was nice to us. Young lady working at the bar / restaurant was so nice and welcoming very friendly and engaging. She had a cast on her leg and she was still working hard and smiling .
At first I thought when we got off on freeway ..oh no ., looks like bad area?
Once you go in hotel .. Very nice , clean , bright.
Ericka at front desk welcomed us in. Nice staff.
Room was spacious . Even though it’s near the street ., not noisy. Everything worked as it should . My husband liked the peloton bike in work out room. Amenities good.
Best value so far.

The only reason I’m not giving this hotel a five is that the bed was fairly hard. After the second night, both my wife and I had back aches. Apart from that, everything was excellent: the staff, the location, etc.

Need to work the maintenance a little better

Bathroom sink wasn't draining very well. Second day we were there, maintenance guys came to fix, which they did, but somehow left their tools. Also, our blinds didn't roll up and I let them know at the front, it never did get fixed in the 4 day stay
