The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. It's in a bad neighborhood so there are a lot of homeless in the area and it looked like they lived in this hotel. The room was dirty. The bottom of our socks were black after being in the room. There were so many flies in the room. Every time we thought we killed them all another one showed up out of no where. We didn't feel safe there and couldn't wait to check out. Don't stay here especially if you have a family.

This place was disgusting. Transient people just wandering around both in the front and the back. People who are either living or renting rooms there or just roaming around throughout the building. I have traveled throughout the world and it was the only time I was ever truly concerned for my safety.

There were guys walking through the back parking lot, checking cars to see if they were unlocked, all of this, after being reassured that there would be no problems. The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty, there was graffiti written on doors and countertops, and the place for reeked of smoke.

I was constantly waking up to check on the status of my car as people were milling about the balcony as well as the parking lot. At 1 AM, I had finally decided it was not worth the risk, packed up my car and left

The room was clean fridge and microwave, parking, air conditioner all functional and working. The only occasional problem was other patrons arguing and fussing occasionally. But, that can happen absolutely anywhere so I don't hold it against the hotel. Everything, was fine for me concerning my stay and I would stay anytime in the future.

I was ok with pretty much everything. Especially, the Staff and the way they have concerns about whatever the patrons are concerned about. They're, genuinely caring and nice and even have a hotel pet cat which I loved. Sometimes, when you're going through things while traveling, animals break up your stresses and help you ease through them like a Trojan. I called her the \"Hotel Kitty,\" and she came to me every time I came to sit in the front lobby area. I appreciated them having here there. The rooms were spacious and had air conditioning that worked. The only thing I wasn't crazy for was the size of the TV's in the rooms. Most, hotels now have the 42\"-55\" TV's and once you get use to that, it's difficult to adjust to one that's say 27\" without feeling a little disgusted. But, I was ok. I was just \"wishing\" it was bigger. Everything, else was great especially with the level of customer service they had. The front desk receptionist was awesome. #IWouldStayAnytimeThere

The room had bullet holes, a door that had been kicked in before, the TV and panel it sat on was slanted to the right, toilet stool didn't flush without taking the top off to flush it yourself, room had not been wiped or swept, no towels, the ppl were moving around all through them night very loudly.

John provides great customer service and went out of his way to ensure our check in and stay was more successful then the day leading up to our arrival at the red roof inn. Rooms are clean enough and I’m the biggest scariet potential threat and only a threat to those who are threat to myself my family or anyone in my vicinity who may nott be awareor domese and I’m just a 5’2 100 pounds of attitude and military mentality and tactical in regards to the hotel guest

The room had outdated furnishings. The king size bed was ok, but when i say on the side of the bed, it seemed as if the frame was bent, the bed was uneven, possibly broken. So i slept on the other side of the bed. Roaches all over the place. Just not a comfortable room to be in. I did not feel safe going out of the room at night.

Stayed for an entire week and didn't get room service not one time. Vagrants roamed the parking lot 24/7. Stairwell was full of trash and smell like urine so bad. The gentleman in the office was awesome and that's really the only good thing I can say about it.

The overwhelming amount of homeless and drug addicts. Couldn't walk outside my door without one of them being up in my face. Caught a couple of them looking into my car amd other vehicles. Day staff was helpful. But the overnight staff just didnt care and dismissed my concerns. Will never stay at this property again

In short, I was refused my room, I was lied to, I was judged, I was referred to a very trashy and unsafe hotel, the clerk or manager who ever he was, was very rude, discriminated against me. And stole my money, and just everything he said was all lies. He needs to be fired so literally he can have a bad life experience like I am.

This hotel was not the best me and my family experienced the worst walking in my room smelled strong of cigarettes and mind I am pregnant had my one yr in that mass so we had to deal w the smell then waking up founding a bed bugs in the bed and my one yr had biten I was not happy I immediately pack up left back home so make sure you check the whole thing was not worth it at all …

The check in and out was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The problem is the safety on the property. A lot of homeless people in the area. My first night there was extremely loud music playing for hours in a room near mine making it impossible to sleep. I never saw any security on the property, only the one young lady in the office.

Top blanket had stains. No biggie just pulled it off. All other bedding was clean. The tub would back up while showering. I'm guessing hair in the drain. The staff were very nice. I'd honestly go back because the staff was so nice and helpful. The housekeeping women are very helpful. Front desk staff nice and they smile.
