From check in to check out, our stay at this hotel was good. Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated.

There was a nice walking path along the river directly behind the hotel. This was particularly nice to take our dog on walks throughout our stay.

Transit from hotel to airport was about 8 minutes. It was super easy to schedule and driver was ready in advance, even at 3 in the morning!

Had to switch rooms within the first few hours of checking in due to air conditioning issues and the floor was so dirty my sons feet were black. After the room switch we didn't have any issues besides the room keys not working a couple of times and having to get new ones.

The jacuzzi suite room was very spacious and clean. There were two large TVs in the room. The bathroom was large, and the bathtub had rails. The fridge was very small and did not have a freezer. Breakfast was not included, but it was good with several options. Coffee in the lobby. Nice staff. The hotel and the area felt safe. There is a walking park trail behind the hotel and a small river with trees.

I loved it. Meeting plans changed while I was on the way there, so I had two nights and a full day with no car to just hang out. The hotel was almost overstaffed by helpful friendly people - the shuttle was available to take me to a convenience store, breakfast buffet was excellent, hotel bar and dinner were equally wonderful - could not have been better! I highly recommend it - and it is where the pilots and flight attendants all stay as well.

I was very upset with this holiday inn. We've stayed there several times over a hundred. This is my kid's favorite getaway spot. But I was disgusted with the condition of the hotel but with the services. I feel as if they should have told me before I paid for the room that the pool was closed. That the laundry room was not operable. That they no longer have an option to order food from the hotel. Our room was located on the 6th floor all the way at the end of the hall and three times they gave me a key that didn't work. All of that being said I was still charged $126 and $100 deposit. When I found out that all of these amenities were not available I asked if I could cancel my booking and they said I will be charged the full amount if I was to cancel. I don't understand why my children had to be basically punished we could have stayed home and not swam or order room service or wash clothes. So basically paid the money to do the exact same thing we do at home Nothing. This is the reason for a getaway.

I like this property because they have the jacuzzi tub suite. In one area of the room it smelled of syrup and the floor was sticky. I would recommend sweeping and mopping those beautiful wood floor that have just been put in for the remodel.

I got a call from the property before I got there and they stated that the virtual card hadn’t went through. The rep told me to call Expedia and have them call the hotel about the virtual card. I chatted with Expedia through the chat line on my app and they were on the phone with the hotel in about five minutes. Once I checked in the hotel, I asked the rep has he received the email from Expedia. He stated that he had not received it yet, but it was not our fault and he was going to check us in anyway. Checking in about an hour or three later a charge of $90.33. Hit my credit card.. I didn’t understand why I was being charged for the room again because I had already paid through Expedia so when I checked out this morning, I let the rep at the desk know that I was charged double for the room. He told me up on my check out that a manager will call me about the double charge. About 10 o’clock I received a call from the manager stating that he would refund me back my $160 and some change. Wow you charge me $160 over when my room was already paid for through Expedia. I am asking why do they go into peoples accounts after we’ve already paid through Expedia and double charge the customers. This is never happened and I’ve been checking into this hotel for quite some time now. I really want to get this issue resolved in this not happening again. I do have a current reservation for the Hampton Inn on Friday and I hope this doesn’t happen.

Breakfast was not included- when we went to eat they were tearing it down 20 minutes before it was supposed to end and we were abruptly barked at by one of the kitchen staff that we had to pay. I didn’t argue, but I paid 9.99 for cold eggs and a bagel and it was torn down before 10:00 for the “all you can eat breakfast”. We just didn’t eat there again.

It is a nice hotel with a nice pool and microwave in the room. Unfortunately, the breakfast costs extra. It's a buffet, but not any nicer than some hotels have included for free. Don't expect the décor to be in the best of shape. Could use some updating. We did see signs that they are under construction, but did not see where that was taking place.

The ONE time I do not read the reviews first and I get bit! We reserved this hotel for two reasons: the jacuzzi tub and room service. The tub was not big enough for two average sized people, and we have been to hotels were it is sufficient size. They don't currently have room service; nice of them to not say so at the beginning. The TV service was crap. The $12 buffet breakfast was a joke and we walked out. There was no lightbulb in one of the bedside lamps. A shortage of outlets by the bed. And the bed sagged in the middle like it was a decade old and I slept horribly. This was a much needed one night staycation and it was such a disappointment.

There was food by the nightstand and lots of glitter all over the room. The room use from Valentine’s celebration was still there when we checked in 2/19/2022. The whirlpool tub was dirty and i had to clean it before using it. I always bring bleach to any hotel room that I stay in. The cleanliness is an issue. I also have pictures to prove it.

Customer service was awful. Front desk help was seriously lacking customer skills and this was in the process of training a new employee. Even the trainee felt bad for the poor service and apologized. Will not stay there again because of this. Our room which was the suite with a jacuzzi was filthy. Gross stains covered the carpets. The bathroom smelled like urine and had mildew and stains in every corner. The couches had cushions that did not match but were falling apart like a dog has chewed on them. The lamp in the bedroom was missing a bulb (which was the only source of light in the room) I took a bulb out of one of the other fixtures. When we wanted to turn off the lamp, the switch did not work and had to unplug it. Both TV's had a choppy and unclear picture. Very happy to leave.

I booked an executive kind room and the bed was extremely stiff, there was damages on the walls and furniture, dust everywhere, and pillow had a stain. They switched me to an upgraded room but the bathroom sink pipe was rusted our and loose underneath causing the water from the Fossett to go onto the floor. I was extremely disappointed. After reporting the issue noone offered me some money back. I thought paying around $130 would mean I'd get a decent room

When we arrived our room wasn't ready. We were told it would be 45 mins to an hour! Front desk wasn't very welcoming at all! When we finally got in our room it wasn't what we paid for or reserved. It was supposed to be a 2 bedroom with a bed in each room. It was one king bed and pull out bed from couch! My 6ft son had to sleep on it with legs hanging over and nothing but springs to lay on!! Im very disappointed because i paid extra and lost out on my money i spent and wasnt reinversed let alone they didnt even care at the front desk. . the only thing that was nice was the pool and hottub.

This property is showing a little age. Some shower calking shows a little brown. Dings in bathroom door and some furniture is showing wear. Bed was clean, comfortable and EXCELLENT in the right amount of firmness and softness. TV is good. Overall the place is very decent and a good nights stay. Check in could use some improvement. Clerk was young and pleasant but not the most professional. Plenty of well lighted parking with view of vehicles from rooms if you have a vehicle you want close by over night.
