They did not have a crib. Claimed they ran out or they were reserved even though we reserved one the night before after booking the room on the phone. Close to the OKC airport. We had an early flight. Should give a discount for travelers woth early flights They shuttle was very helpful. Must book in advance though head up. Room was great. Used the large suite. Sofa bed was confusing. Did not have a mettress like traditional sofa beds. Had to put queen mattress on the floor so my kid wouldn’t roll off. They are under 3. AC was great. Bathroom was great. Staff was new as the night shift staff usually is and they don’t usually know what’s going on. Otherwise great hotel. Not many offer large rooms for families. 4/5 stars.

The parking was very easy but did not seem very secure. The room also had a few light that weren't working and the bathroom didn't have a fan or anyway of dealing with the humidity from the shower. Also the sofa \"bed\" doesn't fold our or change at all and was a little hard to sleep on. Other than that this was a great hotel

Customer Service was great. However, the room was dirty, outdated, cabinets in bathroom broke and lamps in bedroom broke. The room just wasnt pleasant. But, at last minute and with no time to change due to early morning flight we endured. I appreciate the airport shuttle service as the guy was kind.

The hotel itself was very nice, my only issue was that it was loud. We could hear everything that was being said outside our riom, or the room next door.
While it was a Saturday night, it was loud, like a party outside of our room.
Someone set off a car alarm, just loud until after 12 am.

One night family trip

Stayed one night as a part of a family trip and we were really pleased over all with the stay. The room was very big and had many options as far as kitchen amenities that we took advantage. The price for the room was highly reasonable and the room was in really good clean condition. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here in the future.

Not that great for the price

It said the lobby was being renovated but it seems like the rooms need some TLC as well. Our shower handle was about to fall off, cabinets stuck and doors were crooked, ceiling paint was peeling in our room. We liked the fact we could get 2 BR but otherwise I probably wiuld not book here again.

Nothing was nice about this place, its way over priced. The front counter had a can of raid on the floor. The pool was disgusting murky water with some kind of film on it. On top of that I found a scorpion of all things on the wall at the pool. So needless to say I did not sleep well. This place is outdated and dirty. $70 is the most you should pay at a place like this. I do not recommend staying here.

The people were friendly, but the room was poorly stocked, the breakfast was lame compared to other places I’ve stayed. The laundry had no way to purchase detergent or even get change for the machines. They missed the housekeeping service once. Big disappointment for a Marriott hotel. In fact I was shocked at the poor condition. It’s evident that this property is in trouble.

RODENT INFESTATION! BEWARE!

Checked in early which was great, front desk women are super kind and helpful but first room had no AC, Sunday check in and no maintenance people on duty, moved to 2nd room toilet was backed up, 3rd room was infested with rats...truthfully apparently the whole hotel is! They were EVERYWHERE! One even crawled on to the sofa in our room while we were sitting on it! Running through the hallways and in our rooms DISGUSTING! Board of health has been notified!

The young lady that checked us in was awesome! Great customer service. She was helpful in getting us checked in and moving us to a cleaner room immediately! She even offered to clean the room herself!
The hotel seemed fairly new but already worn out and dirty. The furniture was stained and things all over the room were broken. For the price I would definitely choose one of the other hotels in the surrounding area.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed. The room was not even cleaned. They never changed out the bedding as there was literally pubic hairs and body fluid all over the sheets. The soaps were not changed out, never was vacuumed and tables, sofas and countertops were dirty. There excuse was they were so busy and understaffed. This hotel should be shut down by the health department as it was absolutely discusting!

Incompetent front desk

We wanted to take our kids to six flags which was closing af 11 pm so we went and checked in first before going to the theme park. Check in went like normal but when we got back after six flags closed our room keys had been deactivated. I went back to the front desk and they said that my card didn't go through. I informed the lady that we paid for the room weeks before and at check in the card had went through for the $50 hold. She said, \"well, I will be at your room at 7 and we will figure it out then.\" The next morning I logged into my back account and went to the front counter. My card had been ran three times (twice without my knowledge). Instead of a $50 hold the total for the \"holds\" were $160. So one night at this hotel ended up costing us $335. (Still waiting on the $160 to be refunded)
