To any solo female traveler- do not stay, please go elsewhere.
I booked online after seeing reviews for this place were decent. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was how run down this place looked from the outside. I should have left after seeing the kind of people that occupied this place, but I thought that it would be manageable.
The first front desk person I spoke to was a girl who was nice enough, it was a quick check in. They ask for a $40 refundable deposit upon check in, taking my stay from $57 to $97.
Upon pulling around to my room, there were tons of people hanging around and being incredibly loud on the staircase. I read a lot about permanent residents here, I assume that's what they were seeing as they were comfortable enough to block the stairwell.
The room was off-putting to say the least. No table, just a lone chair and two out of three lights worked. Fan on the AC unit was unbearably loud and the walls were filthy. One pillowcase had a mysterious stain on it and so did one of the towels I was given. On top of this, the door barely locked and in the hour I was there, it was yanked on twice. The \"curtain\" barely covered the window. The bathroom was the one saving grace as it was up to date and clean from what I could tell.
Between the loud AC, the unruly people outside, and the cleanliness I decided it was time to pack up and leave a whole hour into my stay. The older man who checked me out was unfriendly and unfazed with me up and leaving.

I was double charged for the room. It was paid before I checked in and the guy charged me again for the same room. He said it would go back on my card but hasn’t. Don’t stay here. They try to rip you off and place was not a nice place
Raul
Clean Room, beds
Armani
Nothing good
Kirsti
Love the shampoo and conditioner they have but floors and bathrooms not the cleanest
Christina
Clean room, no waters, but that’s ok. Worth the price.
Michael
Clean nice and quiet
Terri
Our room smelled like pot very strong. Other then that very pleased with price and room
Shelia
Our stay was okay for someone who was staying for one night. We had to request more wash cloths and towels, but that seems to be the norm at every hotel we stayed at on this trip. They were out of wash cloths and gave us hand towels to use in place of them. How does a hotel run out of wash cloths?? Breakfast was nothing spectacular. I have had better.
Kristopher
The place had roaches and refused to refund
Mary
The staff was friendly, the room was clean, but it was a very basic breakfast.
Sharon
The room had an ashtray odor. We changed rooms which was better. The breakfast was a joke. Choices were white bread, mini muffin and Cheerios.
Huajun
This price is relative to its quality. There is smoke smell and toilet was watering all night. Crazy place.
Ramona
Only issue was our bed was on the same wall as the laundromat. The ice machine was extremely loud causing difficulties falling/staying asleep.
james

Ronald
Everything Was Great
Caleb
We reserved a room online called to let them know we would be coming in late to make sure our room was still secured. We pulled in after 11 hours of driving, for the front desk person being rude to us. Told us they were full and had no room available for us then shut the door in our face. Not to mention they charged us for the room and we didn't even get to stay there. Don't waste your time better hotels in the are.
Tyler
Cockroaches in room along with crackheads in the room next to me that stayed up jumping around all night
Shatara
The stay was great and the staff was amazing thanks a lot.

Sure Stay was good. Rooms clean, staff nice and located in a great area!

Room could use more updating. Breakfast needs to be updated as well. Charging extra for a refrigerator and microwave should is bull! Pretty clean. Neighborhood is questionable
Nathan
The location is ideal. Literally 15-20 minutes to anywhere in OKC. Close to Walmart, and other shops and restaurants. Room recently renovated, so nice enough, but a bit of an older property.
Matthew
There wasn't much to the breakfast and that was fine, I guess. The room rate was very reasonable and our room was clean. Very close to anything in OKC. Perfect place if you're on a budget and just need a place to sleep.
Ronan
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Close to amenities.

Dillon
Didn’t get to stay and just took my money and not return.
Mallory
Staff was great, the price was reasonable, but they have a roach problem. We turned out the lights to got to sleep and had to turn it back on to double check and make sure we locked up, roaches were crawling up the wall and bathroom sink & counters. I’m good on never staying here again!

Gina
Just Okay
The check in was easy, but I was asked to pay an $40 cash deposit. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The towels are tiny. I got to the dining room for grab and go breakfast 20 minutes before breakfast ended and there was only toast or fruit. Coffee and Juice was out. We were very close to shopping and a LOT of restaurants. At check out I had to wait in the lobby while they inspected the room to get my deposit back. I would say everything was adequate but for the price I would stay somewhere else next time.

All rooms are supposed to be non smoking but when we got into our room it was nasty with stale cigarette smoke. It was clean however so no other complaints.
Dylan
It was nice staying here
Amin
It’s convenient for travelers
David
The property was just fine. The only thing I didn't care for was the bath/shower didn't contain any assistance hardware, like grab bars or rails to manage my inability to step in & out of shower which I pretty much require these days
Claudia
Todo tranquilo
Deniz
I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life, from towels to bedspreads, they were all stinky and stained, I asked for new ones and they were in the same condition, even a disgusting hotel is an understatement
Rajani
Central location; Right off I-40; Decent room; Complimentary breakfast; Decent WiFi.
Jonah
My room reeked of weed
Danielle
Nice
It was great! The bed was like a cloud, it looked updated. Not much for breakfast besides juice, cereal and muffins but still glad they had options. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again
Susan
Very quiet and not any \"riff raff\" hanging around bothering people.
Shane
Property was very clean
Shane
Property is very well maintained rooms are clean housekeeping does a average job
Kaitlyn
Online the property said it was pet friendly then inside the office it claimed no pets were allowed. Additionally the bedsheets were stained overed and paper thin. The bed were clean but incredibly thin as well.
BERKIN
Great for the price
Jakob
For the price it’s fine, but the doors aren’t sealed correctly so I kept having crickets coming into my room. I bring my own towel because you can look and see that the towels aren’t that clean.
lisha
It was ok just weird people standing outside the room
Michael
The hotel was clean and it was a good price.
Robert
Basic but adequate with a good mattress
This is a good value unless you want a good breakfast included. The room is very basic, but adequate. The mattress was great! Slept well!
Richard
The room was clean
Tim
The people that ran the place for nice professional good people
Steve
it was fine, neither good nor bad
pinky
This location has a lot perks on the bus line nearby strip malls sn
Eduardo
The person behind desk did not speak any english or Spanish, could not communicate with him. The room smelled funny. Worst stay ever, I had to go to another hotel and lose my money, did not want to argue with this person about a refund…
Wes
It was very close to quality shopping and dining. Only drawback was I had to give a $40.00 cash deposit at check-in and they had to inspect the room at checkout to get my deposit back.

First Time SureStay Stay
Very simple but comfortable accommodations (great bed, pillows, and shower). TV was okay. Heating was a little noisy. Given the budget price, more than worth the money spent.
Lane
Accessible to shopping

Get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. Perfect for last min stop. Arrived at 10:30 and checked out at 0500 with no problems. Hated the smell. It was like baby powder and very old perfume.
ANITA
Reasonably Price. & Clean
Bryan
Affordable for a quick stop, clean enough, slim breakfast, but worked for the night.
Brandon
Expedia booked me the wrong room at the hotel advertised as a nice best Western off of air port by Meridian or MacArthur not Rockwell
Casey
I had to leave to return home to TN after the 1st night of a 2 night reservation. I checked out before checkout time. Front desk said Expedia could provide a refund of the second night. Expedia said that’s at the discretion of the hotel and called the hotel for me. Hotel refused a refund. I didn’t care much for the hotel lying to me in the first place. If they didn’t want to issue a refund they could have just told me they didn’t want to.
charles
Great place, great value. Roomy, comfy beds. Clean hotel. Would stay again.
Christine
Smoky, harsh light, nothing works
Room smelled like smoke, lighting was very bright and harsh regardless of which lamp we used - we ended up having to use the bathroom lights and close the door partway just so we didn’t get blinded. Television would not work - learned that the phone did not work when trying to call the office about the television. Ultimately got it fixed, but took an hour of several random people in our room working with no urgency. Ended up having to reset the cable box and they realized they had given us the wrong remote. Had high expectations since this was affiliated with Best Western, but it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

A place to stay while driving through town
Overnight stay, this place is very basic nothing fancy. It was clean and good stopping point while traveling.
Sharon
I appreciate a room without carpet. Price was good, staff were nice.

Bobby
Definitely recommend if you are looking for a hotel Affordable prices, Clean rooms and my overall experience was great.
Jay
Good stay. The only frustrating thing was the door lock system. Otherwise, nice stay forcthe money.
Verified traveler
The place was clean but there was no ice and the door locks were tedious. Surprisingly pleasant sleeping however the staff was very friendly to me.
Sascha
Clean and cheap
It is a step above a motel with a number, but just 1. It is a little older, but clean and comfortable enough for the price. I'd likely stay here again.

Secondhand Smoke Hotel
*the room reeked of cigarette smoke
*night attendant balked at my request for a paper invoice. Ask for an invoice; in the morning the attendant couldn’t find evidence that I paid a security deposit in cash. If I didn’t have an invoice I wouldn’t have gotten my money back.
*Photos are misleading. The room did look clean and nice but the interior bathroom door knob looked as if it were crushed by Magneto. I failed to take a photo unfortunately.
We endured the cigarette smell because we were exhausted driving nonstop for 24 hours.
JFYI Even if a room isn't actively being smoked in; it doesn't mean it is in a nonsmoking condition. There is this thing called a building envelope. If you have a structure and it shares walls, a roof, a foundation, the floor, etc. cigarette smoke permeates in all building components like drywall, wood, wall coverings, carpet etc. because these are all porous materials. Also there are always micro crevices were smoke can travel. Unless you have a separate building for smoking rooms, you will continue to have this problem.

It was a decent hotel for the price. Only complaint is it smelled horrible like cigarettes and it was supposed to be a non smoking room.
Deanne
Check in was smooth, room was clean, hotel conveniently located

Make sure to have cash on hand if you plan on purchasing snacks or water. The staff is super friendly, polite and professional. They keep the rooms clean but it is an older building and in need of renovation. The rooms have been updated but everything else is on its last leg. It is a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for I guess. Walmart, Ross and plenty of food options are within a mile and a half of the property. There is a Harley Davidson dealership across the street so prepare to hear Harleys a lot, also a diesel mechanic shop nearby so the noise from there will wake you up M-F.
James
It wis a good motel. As promised
Trevin
I really enjoyed how spacious and clean the room was.
