The room was clean and the air conditioning operated flawlessly but the room is horribly sparse. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer. There was no smoke detector in the room. Although I did have a visit from a rather large spider, there were no bed bugs. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows, only 3 for a king sized bed, and smaller pillows at that, were not very full. The grill on the bathroom fan was missing. The fridge was, however, an exceptional size and very cold. A microwave was present and clean. All contained in the TV credenza. There was an office chair and a small desk like table. And since other damaged folding type table along a wall. Only two bath towels and a bath mat were in the room. No hand towels or face clothes. Two plastic cups wrapped in cellophane and an ice bucket, however I saw no ice machine. It was quiet. The hotel had potential to aspire to a 2-3star accomodation yet needs significant investment and oversite. And a breakfast location. There is no lobby to speak of. No elevator either.

The room was very clean. Bathtub was real sparkly and refreshing. There were NO BUGS whatsoever in my room! The only thing in the room that I didn't like was there was no place to hang any clothes. The guests all think the ground is an ashtray and the trash can because they can't seem to find my outside their room. But other than that everything was great.

The rooms were clean but smelled like weed. Once you opened the door you had homeless 25 feet away. 2 doors down were probably long term people who would pee next to their vehicle instead of going in the room.

I understand you get what you pay for but it had a very good rating. Truly not a good place at all!!

Definately a bare bones economy stay - think Motel 6 on a budget. The door locked, clean sheets, no druggies hanging around, quiet, good water pressure and hot water for the shower, no hassles, AC/heater kept room comfortable without lots of noise, microwave and fridge, loads of fast food places all around. On the down side, the TV didn't work, there were only 2 accessible wallplugs - one by the bed across the room from the \"desk\" and one by the sink- neither good for plugging in a computer,1 small soap bar and a small packet of shampoo, bed was on the hard side, gray paint,weathered gray flooring and no wall art gave a subtle prison cell vibe, but for a one night stay, it was a place to sleep at a really good price.

It’s very clean & comfortable motel. The only drawback is the overly obnoxious odor of the bleach cleansing solution. The fumes in the room penetrate through all the belongings. It is in my backpack, bags & clothings. I coughed many times to overcome the chemicals in the air.

The room was clean and ac was great. Had some issues the water saver in shower heas killed the shower pressure. Up above sounded like had a little kid running back and forth the room started about 730 in morning and stoped around 8 that night wasnt only one night was 3 sunday night trash pick up with the dumpster at midnight was loud woke me up tv had 2 remotes one for tv the other for cable bed was hard. One other thing i had was maid picked up towels monday and never gave none back luckly still had one in room but why did i have to pay extra 3.00 for service when i never received none. The rooms dont have coffee and never seen nothing up front so if you like coffee McDonald's next door. You have to find plug ins they all hid behind stuff the one at sink in my room didn't work so i searched if you have game system to hook up good luck plugging it in. Oh dont have much trash because like i said no service and they only give you one bathroom trash can so make own or don't have trash. Parking is all right just don't have full size vehicle because they allow trailers and bigger trucks to park behind which makes it hard to get in and out of parking spots. If you looking for overnight stay yep for long period of time no. Your call figured id try to help on choices

They extract $40 cash at check in as a deposit. Will not put on a card. When checking out, they inspect your room before returning the cash. I found that objectionable and not something I experienced at other similarly priced hotels.

Also you get 1 bath towel per person— no hand towels. Only light is overhead, not even a lamp in the room. I suggest staying elsewhere.

The room was very nice and clean. It was very roomy as well. The staff were super nice. Don’t let the outside fool you. This would be a good stop. If you like a firm bed, they have it. They did not have a breakfast but there are many restaurants close to the area. The shower was great and the air conditioner ran fine and was not loud at all. The noise was enough to drown most of the little traffic outside. I need to have a little noise in the room when I sleep so that was perfect. I have a fan running in my room year around.

From the looks of the outside of the hotel it appears a bit older. But these folks have a nice hotel for the price. No bugs.... Water pressure is a little off but for the price you cannot complain. Plus great Mexican food right next door.

Rude customer service, wanted cash for deposit I didn’t have any so went to store they wouldn’t give us cash, then they wanted me to sign without knowing what I was signing and I told her I needed to know she got mad and told me to leave. She said I would get my money back and still haven’t. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. It was filthy, staff was very rude, will be reporting.

Changed rooms and the next room smelled like Bigfoot had just checked out. It seemed like a good deal at the time, but you get what you pay for....

When me and my husband got there we had a price already set in mind. As we asked for the room we reserved they told us there was a 40 dollar deposit which was cash only, there we should’ve taken it as a red flag but we were very tired and just wanted to lay down after a long drive. We got to the room and the first thing we noticed was sheets having multiple stains along with what looked like cigarette burns on the sheets, we were gonna ask for different sheets that was no problem for us but as minutes passed we noticed a lot of imperfections with the room for example the tv was broken so we couldn’t watch anything and the walls were so thin that we were able to hear literal conversations from people next door. There was a couple of drunk people outside which made me very uncomfortable so we both decided we wanted a full refund for the room and book a different hotel. We asked the receptionist for a refund and she said there were no refunds if it’s been over an hour, mind you we were there for not even half an hour and I explained to the lady that we weren’t there for long but she insisted that it was for over an hour. We left very disappointed and upset also without our refund but we weren’t going to stay in a rundown hotel where we didn’t feel comfortable in.

This hotel is filthy. There are many people loitering in the parking lot, floor was filthy, we didn’t feel safe leaving our car in the lot much sleeping overnight. We walked in and right back out and booked the holiday inn across town. You get what you pay for.

Great motel for the price.

This property is a no frills motel, meaning the doors open to the outside and there is no elevator if you are in the second floor. In our case, this is exactly what we needed because we didn’t want to leave anything in our vehicle and we had a lot to unload. It is obvious that the room had been totally remodeled from its original state, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. You have to leave a $40 cash deposit which is kind of weird but there was no hassle getting it back so I’m not sure what the purpose of it was since they didn’t like look at my room. But the price was amazing. I’d definitely stay there again.

Well i arrived and thought i had went to the wrong hotel. The outside looks nothinf like the pictures taken. And the inside is similar but not so much edited to make it look so eligant. But my sheets were dirty, my floor hadnt been swept in a minute, there was no towels, and my room looked like it just got raided. I had to move all furniture back other than the bed

It's better than sleeping in your car. My expectations were low and I wasn't disappointed. The facilities were not bad for the price but it does not deserve a \"8\" rating. There was one bath towel and one hand towel but no wash cloth or tissues. The area wasn't exactly threatening but considering the adjacent room had a bicycle (with flat tires) chained to a pole, I assume they were long term guests. The 2 employees I dealt with checking in and out were pleasant but Expedia did not warn that there is a 40.00 cash deposit required upon arrival. That would have been good to know as I rarely use or carry cash.

I entered the reception area searching for a trash can. I asked the receptionist for a garbage to throw away my McDonald's bag. I was told the garbage in the back of the building. This is the first impression

Beaware there is a $40 cash deposit required. This tells you a lot right here. I was given my room key and I needed to walk past folks sitting in the walk way. Be careful with the children riding their bikes The room smells like cigarettes, there are holes in the blankets and hair in the bed. I'm only staying one night, and I know you get what you pay for. I went to use the bathroom. And the toilet seat was not fixed properly, so you know how this went. The shower curtain is half up and half down. The rings were torn so it was half down. There were stains on the sheets and cigarette holes.

To start off this place does not deserve the ratings that it currently has nor the prices. This dreadful, dirty hotel, disgusting bathroom, and walls were just dirty. The white towels were not clean and after we left for the day nobody came in to tidy it back up. To top it off there must of been someone on drugs upstairs because from 2-4 in the morning it was nonstop stopping and moving the little bit of furniture that was in the room.
