Hershel
We had to change rooms at 11:30pm on the Saturday night of our stay because the toilet would not flush properly. Night staff helped with the room move. The second room we moved to (#203) was not up to the Residence Inn standards of our first room:
1) Room smelled like pet urine, hallway and stair area had a very bad odor.
2) Door to the room would not close properly without assistance.
3) Shower head dripped constantly. We put a folded washcloth across it to muffle sound.
4) No couch footstool in room.
5) Light switch was wired backwards. Up position was off and down position was on.
