酒店整潔，健身室也不錯；但入住當天晚上到11點多外面已經在修路，我房間正好窗戶向整路方向，本以為很快會完成，結果12點睡覺時候還是不停聽到噪音；結果受不了在床上睡不著，打去前台，酒店雖然說可以幫我們換房間，但結果整整等了45分鐘-一小時左右多次催促下去才結果換到了一間同樣面向的房間，雖然遠離一丟丟但還是輕微聽到聲音。
明白酒店控制不了政府部門修路，員工也說了他們就時間報警了，但對於1000一晚的連鎖酒店對於發生的情況反應回饋不夠快，加上也沒有任何主動小禮物或小賠償，也是蠻失望的

住過這麼多次萬豪旗下酒店，這次體驗是最差的。
首先我提出的request沒有提過，亦無視了。晚上9:30左右回到房間，發現空調有問題，叫了工程部人員上來維修，工程部人員讓我們等30分鐘還是不涼的話會幫我們換房間，30分鐘過後我們表示還是不涼，讓我們等，過了15分鐘一直沒有通知我們，我們再次打去前台，最後10:45才成功換房間。
前台服務員說升級我們房間，最後還比原先房間小，不過因為太夜了，只想休息就算了。
整體來說，設備除了冷氣其他都很新很乾淨的，但服務真的不足。

規模不大的飯店，跟之前在其它地方住的萬怡不太一樣，房間不多，白天一整天附近在施工，但飯店隔音很差，白天很吵，晚上管線的水聲也很大，走廊的聲音也很清楚。題外話，一樓麵包外帶回房間吃是用不合尺寸的小紙袋裝，麵包上的東西都掉到紙袋底部，吃起來很不方便。

방은 옛날 느낌 호텔방이 아니고 좀 세련된 느낌이 있었어요. 혼자 지내기엔 적당했습니다. 다만 창밖으로 건물 다른 쪽이 바로 이어져 있어서 커튼 열고 편히 있진 못하겠더라고요. 방에 처음 들어갈 때 투명 커튼이 쳐져 있었는데 계속 그대로 두고 사용했어요.
무엇보다 콘센트와 USB 충전기가 곳곳에 있어 편리했습니다. 그리고 목욕 가운이 크기가 두 종류라(아마도 남성용, 여성용) 배려가 느껴졌습니다.
