My original room was actually leaking water from the ceiling, but the front desk was very accommodating in helping me switch rooms. The rooms here are nice and spacious! The wooden appearance and green color scheme gives off soothing, nature vibes. The staff is decent; they open the front door for you and serve cart snacks on the lobby floor. The convenience of this hotel is easily the best aspect though, as it connects to a decent shopping mall with many food options.

They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back.

I have for some years been coming to Westin Nanshan. I believe for over 500 nights.
This time was not one to remember. Check in and out was terribly slow and they did not service me as an elite customer not were they able to find me a suitable room. They blocked my room key as I had two bookings and I did not get the welcome gift. Also the language skills at the reception had worsened. I am considering whether Westin is in the past for me only.

I will definitely come back to the Westin for another staycation. The pool is huge and beautiful, and it gets a great amount of afternoon sun. The location is great, too - I love that it’s connected to the Holiday Plaza mall. The staff were so friendly and they spoke English at the front desk and on the room service request line. It is connecting to the mall and the mall is connecting to the subway, excellent location.
For the room, I definitely love the bathtub, that’s insanely comfy and spacious.
But the speaker was too old that couldn’t even connect to Bluetooth, the only cable to connect is the iphone 3 one.

A hotel in the shopping mall- the hotel has a direct connection through a hallway to a big shopping mall. A theme park is located across from the street. There are a lot of subway underground food shops and small shops to satisfy everyone’s tastes. There is no room upgrades for the stay but the room has a nice theme park view and can enjoy free shows at night. There is also no turn down service in the evening, which is a little strange compared to other Westin hotels. The executive lounge has good selection of food and wine and the lobby cafe’s seafood buffet is excellent with free lobsters delivered to your table at five-minute intervals. The Workout room is a little outdated and some of the equipment is worn. It is a pretty good hotel although not as excellent as the Chongqing Westin.

I would stay here again. The view of wonders was cool. The breakfast was fantastic, pay the extra couple bucks for the breakfast it is worth it, with Western and Eastern mix. The only reason it didn't get top marks is because they didn't restock the hand soap in our room and the shower door had a light film on it. Everything else was wonderful, and centrally located. MTR attached.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Shenzhen. The room comfortness is great, as well as the acoustic isolation. Location helps to move in the Nanshan area very easy. Additionally, the food at restaurants is very good, specially at Grande Grill.

Great hotel, great neighborhood. The only problem is the sliding doors in the room around the bathroom area. These doors in some rooms sometimes get stuck and are very hard to move. Test them when you move in and call the concierge if there is a problem.

Good hotel to stay in if you need the convenience of downtown area. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Make sure you do not leave anything on the desk when not in the room. My Sim card replenishment card and Octupus card disappeared after I had gone out for a short walk. Did not realize that till I was at the airport, so nothing could be done.

I prefer an area that is closer to something to due in the evening. there isnt a whole lot to do here except go one of the 3 theme parks.

i wouldnt stay here again, just because I like to get around and walk and check out places to eat and have a place to get drinks in the evening.

Great views, great location.

Room was comfortable and spacious with a raft of supplies for the bathroom.

Lobby level restaurant was used for breakfast most days, both western and eastern palettes are well catered for. Extremely attentive staff.

The restaurant on the 25th floor was also enjoyed. Again, attentive and friendly staff, excellent food and great view over Nanshan.

Room service at breakfast was timely, well presented and well prepared.

Wireless internet (free) in the lobby. Costly, but convenient internet (wired and wireless) in room.

Only at checkout did I encounter one issue which took around 30 mins to resolve. The room charge was added within the entire bill. I persisted with confirming that the room charge had already been pre-paid (as has always been the case with this website.) The staff, again, were friendly about resolving this - but it did take time. It might be useful to confirm this on checking in next time.

Overall, the price of meals and facilities is not cheap. However, the quality was consistently high.

位置交通比較方便，只是酒店房間已經比較老舊，大堂咖啡廳面積細人食物選擇不多。
今次旅程目的是補祝太太的生日，所以一家人（兩大人一小孩）第二次入住。
驚喜是酒店可以彈性安排提早入及住視乎入住情況延遲退房。
生日蛋糕安排上亦非常有誠意，不是普通的忌廉蛋糕，家人也非常開心。
會再次到這酒店及其待下一次住宿體驗。

復活節假期去，很多住客，不論checkin 或早餐都要等得比較長時間, Reception 職員表現不專業，已在expedia付了房間及自助早餐的錢，但被問是否沒有付房錢，又說沒有自助早餐，集團試酒店正常預訂項目及有沒有付款應該有該有紀錄。另外，遇到的大部分職員不太有禮貌，見到客人就黑面或側目，好像是住客打擾緊他們工作時休閒的時間。對比其他同集團酒店質素較低。

略感失望的住宿體驗

第一次住Westin，之前比較常住萬豪，入住時沒主動提醒早餐時段，房間乾淨，但飯店香味有點讓人頭昏想吐，設備稍嫌老舊，沒有免治馬桶，進門的區域沒有燈，如果行李放在行李台上找東西時不太方便，有協助延後退房兩小時，客房服務不錯，早餐選擇不算多，跟萬豪比落差有點大，食物質量也一般般，安排的餐桌上原本就沒有餐巾紙，服務人員經過看到也沒有補，相同價格下次可能會選擇隔壁的威尼斯Indigo酒店，另外可能附近都是觀光景點，下樓之後交通環境、噪音問題蠻嚴重。
