Terrible service.
Booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday and we were greeted with the front desk saying our room wasn’t available anymore. Claimed they phoned me a few days prior to confirm. Surely if a guest does not answer a call, you follow up with an email? Funny thing is, at 1am of my booking, they said my two rooms wouldn’t be next to each other.
So first they claim I didn’t confirm them a few days before, yet a few hours before check in, they’re telling me about my room.
Their solution?
1. Take us to a nearby hotel for a room
2. Pay for a cheaper room (but couldn’t give us a refund as Expedia deals with it. So they want us to pay MORE money to them due to their fault)
Finally after persistence, two rooms magically became available.
This sort of management shouldn’t be happening. It caused a bad start to a birthday trip. What made it worse was the girl at check out was also rude too.
Seems like it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. It’s a big shame because the area and the business room isnt too bad.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s right next to lots of cafes and restaurants in the OCT Loft area. The front desk was very efficient too.
The room was nice. The furniture was not quite as good as it seems in the photos, but it was clean and comfortable. The added bonus of a bathtub was a good surprise.

這次訂的是[商務大床房, 1 張標準雙人床 非吸煙客房], 房間不像一般酒店房, 因為這裡樓底頗高, 完全沒有壓迫感, 最愛的是木地板設計, 整體感覺就是干淨, 干淨 & 干淨! 廁所, 淋浴位置及洗手盆位置也是分開, 廁所及淋浴位置有門可關上, 但就只有一扇門, 所以如果有朋友/男女朋友在洗澡時, 廁所(馬桶位置) 就馬上變成大開中門。
每房設有兩支樽裝水, 簡單牙刷套裝, 浴帽, 梳子, 一次性&多次性睡拖也有, 淋浴間包洗髮水及沐浴露, 一般酒店提供的都有為客人準備(但好像就只是少了咖啡粉/茶包), 其他的都不用刻意帶過來

Nice option for OCT LOFT location
Location is next to OCT LOFT and there are many restaurants nearby. It takes around 15 mins to Qiao Cheng Dong Station (侨城东站). The hotel design is quite modern but some places are still under construction. Staffs were friendly & helpful and did react quickly when our room got problem. The room was cozy and spacious but I think toilet design was not user friendly as there was no place to place your belonging and there was a water leakage between shower area and toilet. Besides, wifi signal was super weak inside our room and the problem could not be settled even though they borrowed pocket wifi to us (pocket wifi also had issued at the end). Price is reasonable and can reconsider if you just stay for a night.

性價比高。酒店2017年重新裝修過，裝修風格時尚，有品味，非常喜歡。房間清潔，服務好，員工友善有笑容。從地鐵站僑城東站或僑城北站走路大約10-15分鐘。送了早餐，但只是很簡單的粥，蛋，玉米，番薯，茶，面包。酒店旁就是僑城東創意文化園，有幾間餐廳cafe，藝術展。
