Good option for an affordable price

Very nice cost-benefit hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and very well located (Right in front Pietralata station).

The shower is excellent providing a huge amount of water.

If you need some drink or food, the Hotel offers some options to buy in the hall.

Tricked by Hotel Staff

I reserved for 1 night at the hotel. Upon checked in I found I was given the smallest room (long and narrow) on the ground floor (#908), right outside was the street. The window glass was opaque and a street light that would shine through so curtain has to be drawn all the time. (In the morning I also found out that train noise starts at ~6am). I talked to the staff and asked that if I booked 4 more nights, would I be given a better room on the 1st floor? I was told to make the booking first then she would check. Thinking that during the pandemic the hotel would not be fully booked I took her advice. After the booking I was told that there would be no availability and no way to change the room, I was not even offered to move into another room for 3, or 2 or 1 night. She simply would not do anything. I was stuck with the room for 5 nights. I checked hotels.com right away and found that I could reserve 4 rooms for 4 nights, proving availability.

Great, unless you happen to be British or Chinese!

Very clean, nice decor, friendly staff, conveniently close to the Metro line so easy to get to the centre. However, rather disappointing for us as an Anglo-Chinese couple because they have no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. When we enquired they could only suggest we use the microwave situated downstairs right opposite the reception desk to boil water, which is a bit awkward when you want a hot drink first thing in the morning before getting up properly. There is a drinks machine in the breakfast room which can provide hot water, but it is only occasionally switched on and when we did use it once we were told it was intended only for the use of guests purchasing breakfast, which we did not want to do. We understand that many hotels in Italy do lack kettles for their guests, but hotels do invariably provide them in both England and China and if they did not they would lose business big time. If Italian hotels do want to make themselves attractive to the British and the (rapidly growing) Chinese markets, they should provide convenient hot water for drinks, even a boiled water urn in the corridor would do (as is available in some of the cheaper guest houses in China).

The metro was just less than a minute away . The room weren't mopped , stained on the floor , there was such a big noise on the second night where we could not sleep and there waste odour coming in the room from the outside which made it unbeareable to sleep and had to check out early morning before 7am .

The location was out of the centre but still very convenient. Fantastic nights sleep on a quiet area with very comfy bed and pillows. We could stream to a chrome cast on the tv too. There was some confusion about check in time as Expedia said an earlier time but the hotel said a later time.

The property is close to a metro station and shopping centre (within walking distance). Staff were for the most part nice. On other occasions they came across as microagressive. The bathromom was also left unclean when we arrived.

Adequate but many problems.

The room was adequate but had several problems.

Pros:
- great location near a supermarket, a bus stop and literally right above a subway station that brings you to downtown.
-check in was swift and smooth.
- The room itself was fairly comfortable and had the amenities we required.
-The patio was a nice extra touch

Cons:
- The biggest flaw was how shockingly dirty the room was, especially our floor which was not vacuumed at all before or during our stay.
- The air conditioning is disabled unless it reaches a certain temperature outside. Our room was very uncomfortable overnight at 26°C and we sweat a lot while sleeping, with no opportunity to turn on the a/c or a fan.
- The shower was inconsistent with it's heat, alternating rapidly between hot and cold.
- The TV is a smart TV but didn't have any apps installed and wouldn't connect to the internet at all.
- The room electricity switch was inconveniently placed and not marked by a sign at all and we kept turning off the power for the whole room

Pleasant Stay Welcoming Hotel

This new boutique hotel was excellent, clean room well serviced. The manageress was very welcoming and friendly, gave good tourist advice and direction. Nothing was a problem with hotel staff. Basic snacks and drinks available by vending machine 24 seven. The metro station was right out the front door and down a flight of steps, and no more than 15 to 20 minutes into Rome city centre, metro ticket 1.5 Euro. Could not fault this hotel considering the room tariff price very cheap. Also Continental breakfast available daily at 7.00 Euros, again good value and adequate

Hotel ligt boven op een metrostation, van hier uit kan je jouw dagtrips eenvoudig plannen.

Πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο.. τα δωμάτια πολυ ομορφα και ο χώρος γενικότερα.. ολα πολυ καθαρά η καθαρίστρια ερχοταν καθε μερα και μας καθάριζε το δωματιο.. ειναι μονο ενα τεταρτο απο το κέντρο της Ρώμης με το μετρό και διπλα ακριβως εχει ενα τεράστιο σουπερ μαρκετ που εχει τα παντα μεσα.. Οσο για την εξυπηρέτηση στην ρεσεψιόν ηταν άψογη η κοπελα που μας υποδέχτηκε ηταν παρα πολυ καλη μαζι μας,μας βοήθησε παρα πολυ δίνοντας μας χάρτη και εξηγώντας μας πολυ αναλυτικά που να παμε και επισης στο γυρισμό για το αεροδρόμιο μας εκτύπωσε ακομα και τα δρομολόγια του τρένου για να τα εχουμε μαζι μας.. Εμεις μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι σας το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

La atención de las recepcionistas muy buena, dias antes el hotel nos envio un correo de bienvenida indicandonos como llegar nos ayudo mucho, super limpio, el desayuno muy bueno, solo falta variedad en las frutas y el WiFi excelente.. Volveré a este lugar.. No esta centrico pero a pasos una estacion de metro te conecta con todo. Super cerca un supermercado grande que tambien nos ayudo mucho..

Muy buen hotel. Personal amable, limpio, buen aspecto, excelente relación calidad precio. El sector es de barrio local, pero lo mas importante y que respalda la decisión de alojamiento, es que tienes la estación del metro a 10 metros y una serie de supermercados grandes, medianos y pequeños económicos y de gran variedad en frente y a los lados. Zona tranquila no muy bonita pero segura. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Hôtel tres propre et neuf il ya tout ce quil faut climatisation,petit frigo, coffre fort et on a meme eu la chance d'avoir une petite terrasse
Literie au top rien a dire
Accueil sympathiquement et surtout compréhensible car nous parlions que français donc utilisation du traducteur
Le seul bémol je dirais que cest la résonance du moins le manque de respect des clients qui claque les portes sans cesse a tout heures
Bref je recommande cet hôtel retirer du centre de rome pour un meilleur prix et bien placer car le metro est en face de l'hôtel donc bien desservi de plus il ya une grande surface a coté tres pratique.

Super location - 2 minutes to the subway and supermarket. Great service. Very clean rooms and a well-kept hotel. European and Italian breakfasts (sweet and meat). The hotel is quiet and pleasant. Superfijn verblijf gehad!

Superfijn verblijf gehad. Alles boven onze verwachtingen in je hotel! Netjes, nieuw, stijlvol, ruime kamer en badkamer , frigootje + kluisje in de kamer, goed werkende airco en Wifi, vlak bij de metro, heel vriendelijk personeel, dagelijkse schoonmaak en propere handdoeken ... top verblijf!
De omgeving van het hotel is minder aangenaam, afgeleefde buurt, veel vuil op straat, vieze geurtjes. Dat is echter het enige minpunt; doch deed geen afbreuk aan het veiligheidsgevoel in deze buurt. Keuze uit 3 supermarkten op wandelafstand was dan weer wel een pluspunt.
Tip voor de hoteluitbating: om de plastic afvalberg te verkleinen misschien de kleine zeepjes en shampoopotjes vervangen door vaste grote dispensers die jullie kunnen navullen?
Volgende keer komen we zeker terug in dit hotel!

Quando do check-in, fui informado que o quarto reservado só comportaria 3 pessoas, como estávamos em quatro pessoas, eu, minha esposa e minhas filhas de 10 e cinco anos, teríamos que reservar mais um quarto. Argumentei que minha filha de cinco anos dormiria conosco na cama de casal como sempre fazemos em outros hotéis e nunca tivemos problemas e disseram que por norma do hotel não podia. Disseram que aceitariam se ela tivesse até 3 anos de idade. Queriam cobrar mais R$ 2,568,00 de outro quarto, como não aceitei acabaram colocando outra cama no nosso quarto ao custo de 160,00 EUROS. Acabei pagando para resolver o impasse. Acontece que no anuncio do estabelecimento no site da expedia eles informam que todas as crianças são bem vindas sem estabelecer limite de idade ou quaisquer custos adicionais. Estou solicitando o reembolso do valor pago indevidamente visto que o estabelecimento agiu de maneira contrária ao que consta na p´ropria oferta e somente se aproveitou da situação para lucrar mais um pouco.

Der Komfort dieses B&B Hotels ist außergewöhnlich. Leider liegt es in einer wenig attraktiven Gegend Roms (Pietralata), was aber innerhalb des Hotels nicht bemerkbar ist. Das Hotel vermittelt eine große Ruhe.

Die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe nach der ersten Nacht rote juckende Flecken an meinen Beinen entdeckt. In der Früh bin ich sofort in eine Apotheke, die freundliche Dame meinte, dass ich womöglich Opfer von Bettwanzen geworden bin. Als ich am Abend ins Hotel zurückkam, gab ich der Rezeptionistin sofort Bescheid. Ich hab ihr auch gesagt, dass ich in diesem Bett nicht mehr schlafen möchte & ein anderes Zimmer will. Daraufhin meinte sie, sie müsse sich das einmal ansehen. Anfangs kroch sie am Boden neben dem Balkonfenster herum & meinte „vielleicht kommt es von draußen“. Ich habe ihr dann erklären müssen, dass ich nicht neben dem Bett am Boden geschlafen habe?! Nach 10 Minuten meinte sie dann, sie müsse ihre Managerin anrufen. Weitere 15 Minuten später, rief sie an & meinte, ich müsse morgen zum Arzt gehen und einen Bescheid bringen, dass es tatsächlich Wanzen sind. Ich habe ihr dann gesagt, dass ich das eine Frechheit finde & ich nicht mehr in dem Zimmer schlafen möchte. Dann meinte sie, ich könne auch jetzt noch (zirka 22 Uhr) in die Stadt fahren und einen Arzt aufsuchen. Ich war total entsetzt! Ich habe in Handtüchern eingewickelt geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag meinte dann die angebliche „Managerin“, dass ich heute zum Arzt fahren soll, aber sie schaut, dass ich für die letzte Nacht, noch ein anderes Zimmer bekomme. Hat dann geklappt, jedoch total unkompetent, unfreundlich,.. Hotelgästen sollte kein Zimmerwechsel - Wunsch verwehrt bleiben!
