Oh the outside and looking at the room, it’s a beautiful property. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, there was a roach in the bathroom sink which is not good. I also didn’t receive the necessary towels needed to conduct hygiene.

Just wanted to share my recent experience. Check-in was super slow, which was a bit frustrating. When we finally got to our room, we were hit with this awful smell that was hard to describe—totally gross! I called the housekeeper, who was really nice and even confirmed the smell. They quickly moved us to a different room, but I just wish the cleaning staff and manager had done a better job checking the room beforehand. It should’ve been ready for guests!

I dont exactly remember the breakfast but I think it was good. You stay right by the bay and mall of Asia. There is also a ferris wheel in walking distance🎡

All the staff I encountered, from security, door man, reception, cafe and conference staff were all friendly and helpful. Top marks there. The room was generally well appointed in terms of the size of the bed, the sofa and the desk and chair. However this was let down by the many broken room items: one of the two plug sockets by the desk did not work. The ‘service room’ button did not work, the window was locked slightly open causing vehicle noise to enter the room, particularly in the very early morning. The curtains worked but one side was very stiff - risking them getting broken. The hairdryer had an exposed electrical wires containing the mains power! The wifi did not work when I first arrived - it transpired my IP address to be white listed. My colleague in another room had the same problem. I tried to call reception only to find the room phone did not work either! I lost a lot of productive time that evening. Staff at reception resolved the wifi and phone issues promptly but for the price paid I would expect services to work first time.

The hotel pool was nice and a good place to spend some time outside the room. The conference facilities were good.

The hotel has a water container system to reduce plastic bottles in the room. Seems like a good initiative but a bit tricky to use without making a mess on the floor. I was also disappointed to see the security guard kick a plastic drink bottle into the street. The hotel does not provide any recycling that I could see.

Excellent service and location. Got the Expedia VIP room upgrade for free and the room was quite nice - spacious enough for my partner and I. Breakfast buffet was delicious albeit a little limited on options. Got a in-room massage for a reasonable price (they provide 24 hours service just call ahead of time). Lobby is gorgeous and front desk staffed all hours with security out front. Only real complaint is bathroom shower drain design was such that the water puddles and drains quite slowly. Convenience/ pharmacy and W-Mall are all in walking distance (less than 2 blocks). Definitely check out the nearby Gala Food Park. This large indoor food court is a unexpected hidden gem where you can dress up in a Japanese yukata, grab very Instagrammable pics, and eat/drink cheap but yummy Asian cuisine (such as Japanese, Thai, Taiwanese, Hong Kong Chinese, Viet & Filipino) or \"Western\" foods.

At first we stayed in an average 1 bedroom (729). There's a big TV in the living area that wasn't working, so they have to call someone to fixed it and put a limited channels.
The bed has bugs, i woke up with 2 bites on my ankle. We called on the front desk and they immediately moved us to different room, which was a bit brighter with a pool view.
We stayed for 4 nights, it was a good experience and enjoyed it with our family.

Carpet has a musty smell. The egg is station could be more efficient if the person is more communicative. Eggs is a staple part of breakfast. Reducing the waiting time for the egg dishes( except the boiled egg)would be a nice change.When we were assigned to our table for the breakfast buffet, we were missing coffee creamers and mugs, which usually is already prepped on the table for the guests.

I stayed 4 nights and it was lovely. Most staff were very kind and friendly except one. I'm a Gold Expedia member but didn't receive my upgrade at check in. The staff who checked me in was rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I didn't get his name but he was of a chubby and feminine appearance. He acted like he was the Queen of the hotel. Rich, the front desk staff and most staff were excellent. Many of them greeted me by my name or sir, in a warm and welcoming manner. It was super unpleasant to deal with that chubby check in staff, particularly after a long tiring 30hr flight from Sydne to Manila via Singapore. I was exhausted and the last thing I need was to deal with a rude and unpleasant check in staff. I enjoyed the pool and gym a lot. Common areas and lobby are very nice and clean. TEHRE ARE A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE ROOMS THOUGH. The aricon and carpet need changing or servicing. There's this damp, musty unpleasant smell come the aricon and carpet, and because I can't open the window, there's no access to fresh air. Waking up in the morning to a strange musty smell in the room is not a great way to start your day. Even after they have upgraded me to a better room the next day, the smell from the aircon and carpet is still there. I agree with other reviews about the unpleasant musty smell in the rooms. It's not healthy. I would only stay there again if they have fixed the smell from the aircon and carpet. My first room on level 10 also had sewer odour.

Everything was a disaster which tells me management doesn't really care about paying customers. A lot of ship crew and air crew. I guess it would be ok if it was free. Housekeeping sucked. Bedbugs. Room service was terrible. Front desk was totally unhelpful. Restaurant is always empty..... except for free breakfast. Security guys were excellent and the gym and gym staff were great.

Hotel was a pleasant surprise. I chose this hotel for the location, price and reviews. Everything was perfect until my cousin got trapped in the bathroom. The door lock got stuck. And had to call maintenance to open it. Also the wifi wasn’t working with the username and password the front desk gave us, had to call the front desk and they gave us a differnt password. Overall, the staff was very nice and pleasant.
