This place is the most horrible place to stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was widely open upon returning from dinner. The room is noisy and the staff wasnt helpful at all. I asked for a refund as we are concerned for our safety and security but they've refused. Imagine you are all women staying in supposed to be a safe place, only finding out that your room was entered into without your knowledge and permission and leaving the door wide open with our personal belongings in the room. If this incident happened during broad daylight what could happen in the middle of the night whilst we are asleep.
Hate this place horrible 😞 😪

Area is close to the airport but also to bars and doesn’t feel safe if you’re traveling alone. Room is decent, bathroom and balcony are both old and dirty. We have to request for toilet paper and towels everytime. Staff is nice though.

Good people, but; 1. I killed at least 10 cockroaches (1 night), 2. A rat tried knawing through the back door all night, 3. We could hear the cockroaches in the walls when we turned lights off, 4. No elevator,, 5. Very low water pressure at kitchen sink.

Ubran jungle paradise

Amazing.started as a 2 day visit that got xtended due to sickness. The staff was wery helpfull all the way.

The area gives easy acsess to manila to xplore and conviniently close to the airport.

This hotel have wery clean bathrooms / rooms one of the better iv been whit.

There is a lot of bars and strip clubs for those who like that and there is easy acsess to churches the other way.

There is somthing for everyone here, just around the corner

This was a good hotel with fantastic staff. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and willing to take time to help. Room was very clean, in a good neighborhood with friendly local people. I found the stay pleasant, enjoyed the time. Only negative is the noise from outside but I enjoyed the atmosphere enough that the noise was not an issue

The staff were lovely, they did their best and were professional. This property is in alley way, a part of town that seems undesirable - bars, clubs. We saw a man slumped over next to a bldg when getting dropped off. Bathroom was tiny- no toilet paper, shower & toilet area shares the same space. Not sure where excellent reviews are coming from- the place is a dive!!

Comfort in the middle of a busy city. Accessible to almost everything. At least, to all my needs during my visit. Friendly, pleasant, helpful, accommodating staff will make your stay even more comfortable. And the security guard on post 24/7 makes you feel safe in the area. Definitely, I'll keeping coming back here.

The hotel in and of itself is located in an area, that’s noisy due to the traffic and it’s proximity to the airport. Getting to the hotel via taxi from places like MOA may make it seem like the hotel is located in an unsafe neighbourhood due to the small alleys. Hotel does not have an elevator, hotel staff will help with luggage, however.

Hotel room was clean and had an air conditioner. Cheapest category of room offers single bed, with another sliding bed stowed beneath it. Careful when stepping out of it, it will slide a bit.

Hotel staff was very friendly, receptionist was always welcoming and the guard and the remaining staff helped us with our luggage. However, we had to wait for our key for around 20-30 minutes, but we were able to go go our room regardless, since the doors were open (you cannot lock them without a key however).

Overall, good for a short stay, we’ve stayed 1 night. Recommendable if you are looking for a good stay between MOA and the Airport.

First of all, I want to say the staff were very professional and accommodating. And, the breakfast was excellent. But, that's where it ends for me. The room a/c barely kept me from sweating the whole time, there were no washcloths or soap in the bathroom. Very few electrical outlets and none by the bed. I would not recommend staying here if you expect a level of comfort.

Place was CLEAN and STAFF were very nice!

Only draw back was place was hard to find.. NO ELEVATORS! So if you had a large luggage GOOD LUCK LUGGING it up to your room!! That's the only bad thing I can say about this place! Staff was A+ though!

Good value, safe, secure building, free breakfast

A quick night after late arrival in Manila. A bit further from the airport than I thought but that was not a problem, the GRAB (like Uber) driver delivered us easily. Surrounded by bustling restaurants, convenience stores and usual Manila traffic. Good free breakfast offered at a cafe next door. Room was on 2nd floor and windows sealed well to keep most noise out. Room was small and clean with small kitchenete but no refrigerator.

The place is good for a short stay. We just had trouble with the stairs though. My mom is 70 years old and we were given a room at the 5th floor. She had to pause on the 2nd and 4th floor to catch her breath and rest her knees. I asked if we could be given a room at a lower floor, but the receptionist said that they were fully booked at the moment and was apologetic. Totally understandable because it was the holidays.
Staff is exceptionally friendly though.

Our room had an awful smell. Housekeeping did not clean the room our second day there. We asked for fresh towels and was told only one clean towel was available because the laundry had not been done. The hotel staff were friendly.

Baymont Suites review-MNL

Check-in was fine. No elevator, but only on 2nd floor. Had sugar ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and delivered to your room. However, we asked for it at 9am, and they knocked on our door at 7am with breakfast. We told them to come back at 9 am, and our breakfast was COLD. So we sent it back, and when it returned, it was the same breakfast, just microwaved or re-heated somehow. I know this because I took a bit out of a sausage before we sent it back, and it returned with the same sausage. Really bad service in the regard.
Hotel is on a busy street, so some street noise. Also, neighborhood was fine for us, but would understandably turn off some people.

A one off visit here for me. Gave up with wifi on arrival, given codes for !st and 2nd floor and lobby but they had to agree it was not working which was annoying for arrival into MNL and first night. Smoke alarm kept bleeping, low batt i guess and the one outside room too.Phoned down to tell them there was no way i could sleep with that sharp bleeping noise every 30sec or so.No one came, which was odd as on check in was told if there was anything i need just ask! Went down to tell them and when i returned to room the bleeping had stopped, reason...the smoke detector had been removed from room.The wifi by the way started to work on check out. The room, well mixed feelings. Done in a suite style, bed area good.No sink or mirror in bathroom which was really annoying.There was a mirror over a coach in the main room with a sink in a kitchen area style.No window to street just a small one to a small shaft area with a ladder. Could even still heat the street life outside building somehow. the various \"lady clubs\" i guess music and singing. I picked it as had an early morning domestic flight at term 4, so thought it would be handy.Will look at other options next time.Staff very friendly though.
