The first room that I was assigned had a bad smell and the shower did not work properly (water leaked from the shower pipe instead of fully coming through the shower head).

I requested another room and the second room had no hot water in the shower, although it did have some warm water at the sink. The TV had lines on the screen, making it difficult to watch.

Both rooms were in poor condition including stains on the floors and walls, dirty windows and problems with the mirrors in the bathrooms.

Horrible! I booked for 3 nights. But i just stayed for a night. If only I arrived day, i wouldn't spend a night at that hotel. Smells like a septic tank. Lobby, smells bad. The room smells like a poop. Coming from somewhere inside the room. The bath floor is oily and dirty.

I recently booked a two-night weekend stay at the Go Hotel Airport Road branch. While the location isn't as convenient as advertised, getting around is surprisingly easy; a short Grab or taxi ride places you close to most major areas.

The staff was a highlight: both the front desk team and the security guards (on both morning and night shifts) were notably friendly and welcoming.

The paid food at the café was acceptable, but the coffee was a disaster, so weak it resembled colored water.

The room itself is pleasant and a good value for the price, though it has some notable drawbacks. The shower water was only lukewarm to cold, never truly hot. Standard amenities like toothbrushes, bedroom slippers, and a kettle were missing. The bed and pillows were subpar, leading to a backache. On the upside, the air conditioning was excellent.

This hotel is worth it for short, budget-conscious stays, but for a family trip or if you have a higher budget, I'd suggest upgrading. The overall standard of this Go Hotel branch is comparable to the Holiday Inn Express located opposite NAIA Terminal 3.

The room was awesome. Great place. There was little hot water in the shower. Last time i booked this hotel there was plenty of hot water. So I do recommend this hotel. The hot water was annoying because there was not much of it. Clean comfortable and mostly quiet (once in while I heard a loud noise from outside)

It was close to the airport which was great, and why we booked it. However the room was pretty gross. The cleaning staff likely did their best- but there was mold growing on the walls in the room, as well as in the bathroom. It was clean enough for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. The ac remote didn’t work when we first got in and there was only one towel when we’d booked the room for 2 people. Not a big deal, but when added to all the mold in the room I would not recommend.

Upon entry the staff was professional and polite. Lobby area was somewhat appealing no bad words to say within the lobby area and staff however the disappointment was with the room. It smelt extremely bad, welcomed by crawling cockroaches everywhere, large mould stains seen on the air conditioner. By far the worst room ever, I’ve never felt so dirty in my life. Do not recommend this place, there are plenty of others around with similar budget and with a lot more value for your money

Hotel is on a very busy road with zero sound proofing. We stayed on the 9th floor and we felt like we were sleeping on the road with how loud it was. Sleepless night, and we can sleep through alot. Staff was friendly. I would look for other options next time.

Great Reception, Room Conditions Need Improvement

While some aspects of the stay were pleasant, there were significant issues that need addressing.
On the positive side, the reception area was very welcoming—comfortable seating, a pleasant aroma, and a clean ambiance. The receptionists were polite and professional, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable.
However, the experience in the room was disappointing. We discovered cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unsettling. Additionally, the toiletries provided were only sufficient for one person, even though we booked the room for two. Complimentary items like slippers and toothbrushes, which are typically included in hotels of a similar price range, were missing.
The air conditioning was another issue—it stayed at a high temperature and could not be adjusted, leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout our stay.
While the hotel has potential with its friendly staff and welcoming reception area, the room conditions and amenities need significant improvement to meet expectations.

I saw a small roach upon turning on lights in the room. Also checked bed and pillows. The bed seams has some dirt and three pillows themselves have stains and molds when inspecting inside the pillow cases. I have been staying in other Go Hotels and this property is not clean at all. The ad showed a breakfast in the hotel for additional fee. But we were directed to walk down a busy highway to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Also the ad shows a shuttle to the airport. The vost of the shuttle is 4 times the taci rate. Our first room had a water leak, and we were immediately put into another room. However this one had an ac water leak. The staff were fast to react to problems and were professional and courteous.
