Really great place! Room was clean and there was hot water. We were told there was luggage storage when we contacted but there wasn’t which was a bit inconvenient but, other than that, highly recommend!

The kitchen faucet was partially detached and falling into the sink. There was mold on the cork hot pads and on a wooden spoon. The kitchen drawers were all filthy. There is rust on the stove burners. Someone before us cooked ramen in the electric kettle and that was left. The wifi worked for about 2hrs per day.

Property was unkept. Pictures posted was far from actual units. We talked to the owners and staffs but they didn't do anything about our concerns. It would be nice if this property was fair to their customers. I am an expedia user and this is my first time I experienced this. The AC was not working properly. Rooms are dirty and bad smell. Network signals are really bad it looks like we had an horror experience. The hallway was so creepy! Misleading with customers just to have profit is really a bad business tactics. Hopefully expedia will do something about this.

Room was very small and smelly, microwave and stove top both are not working. I woke up around 2 am cause I was so hungry. I tried warming up my left over food and nothing was working. No face towels and hand towels are not available.

While it is clear that the property is not an actual hotel, better quality bath towels can still be provided. Power outlets need fixing as some can't be used because they are pushed inside the frame. Overall, it's a decent and clean place perfect for overnight or more if you wanna stay close to the airport.

Look at the end of the day u get what u pay for, we just wanted a bed & a shower which is what we got. The lobby too the establishment makes u believe you’ve chosen somewhere lovely but that’s about it for us. Plus the room did not have wifi as the owners hadn’t fulfilled their subscription & the tv didn’t connect

The property is in average condition and is adequate for a safe stay.

They promise Netflix, but in reality you may or may not get it— if they are busy, probably not. The concierge said it’s ‘first come, first served’— which isn’t in their ads. lol.

I was there 2 weeks and had one ask if they wanted to clean.

I am a single man and entertained different guests nightly. I paid, up front to have guests. They were different about the entry policy— sometimes there were no questions … other times it was a dozen questions. Just depends on who was on the desk, I guess.

It’s a safe adequate place. Close to T3 at the airport— walking there in 5 minutes!

Well situated to terminal 3, the airport, clean, safe. Everything is close by. We didn't like the bed, very squeaky, the air con was noisy when the compressor kicked in and at times we couldn't connect to Netflix. The room was very clean including the bathroom, and personnel was very polite and friendly. And they had very competitive prices.

It’s in an eclectic surrounding. In front of the hotel is very upscale. If you venture around the back, it’s more grungy, which I don’t mind. I found a second hand store and bought some stuff. A lot of food options right outside the lobby, mostly fast food and pizza along with an upscale Japanese restaurant. Around the corner there’s typical Philippino food. Plus there’s a small grocery store right there by the lobby.
The host for my Condotel was very accommodating and attentive and friendly and helpful.
The room was nice, clean and had a kitchenette with a good size refrigerator and a 2 burner counter top and a microwave.
I felt very safe in the area.
Very close to terminal 3, which was very convenient, only 101 php for Grab taxi

It was so great to stay in a very reasonably priced apartment so conveniently close to Terminal 3. It is a 20 minute easy walk over the \"Manila Runway\" from picking up our bags or to the airline check-in counters. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Rose who showed us to the apartment and ensured that our questions were answered. (I have stayed in several other apartments in the area and as good as their apartments were most of them relied on being given the key by the reception person after finding the correct building).

The caretakers were nice and friendly, the lobby is good, aircon, beds and internet were good. We had two rooms and in one the shower didn't drain well or have airflow, but overall its a good low budget option near the airport.

I really like the location as its near Terminal 3. Allowed us to check in early and check out late with extra pay but its convenient esp the wet and dry supermarket. So many shops around and theres even wheelchair that we borrowed for my 86 yrs old mom. The staff and Tesh & Tesha,Gerald are very helpful to accommodate us. The only thing I wish is that there is internet in the unit which I resolved by going near MCdonalds to get some reception from my globe cell,otherwise our stay is very pleasant.

I had a very comfortable stay in the property. No problem encountered. The owners are very accomodated. They even offered me to pick up at the airport (with minimal charge) since it was too hard to book a Grab Car at time of my arrival. The room was quite big. I recommend this property for your next stay near the airport.

The property is just a soso, the breaker tripped by itself, the instruction is not so clear. I am not picky as long as the place is clean, but it was irritating to have a long wait for someone to escort me to my room because this is a condotel and each unit is privately owned and individually managed. So, my experience might be different from others.

Fair stay for a very fair price. The location is great! Lots to do! The apartment was clean. The only issue we had was the check in as it was a little confusing. We went to a lobby and it was not that one. We then went to their second lobby only to end up staying across the street. I do want to share that they were very flexible with late check out, the only minor issue with this was the price per hour was different than the one showed on Expedia.

This is a great place to stay overnight while waiting for a connecting flight, as it's walking distance from the airport. After reading other reviews online we were a bit worried that there would be cockroaches in the flat, but luckily we did not see any - and the flat was in good condition.
Only thing to note is that there was no hot water in the shower, and finding the right place to 'check in' is a bit tricky as the building has many different reception areas - but if you go to the wrong place like we did, they will direct you to the right one.

everything was great , the wifi was intermittent, which was a bit of an inconvenience with having kids with us , more clarity on the pool useage would have been better kids didnt get enough pool time , booking pool time is not noted in the booking process , so that was a big issue with the kids and not open monday was a big issue being our last day there and not knowing childeren were very upset about that bad news so that should be transparent in the booking ad . fix the pool rules , childeren look forword to that one convence .

The property looks nice as you enter but the rooms are very poorly maintained. Broken amenities and the ac leaks water in the room.
The communication was terrible - I msg them to know where to meet them and no answer. Called them and no answer. It took me sitting in the lobby and calling them multiple time and with the help of Expedia before I got a response

I tried to reach the owner prior to day of arrival and didn't hear back. It was only after we've checked-in that I received a response. On check-in day, the front desk reached out to the mgt to check us in. We were brought to the North wing section for our room. It's not clean so I swept the floor. We turned-on the aircon and water started to drip on the floor so we have to use bucket to catch the water. We asked to be moved to another room and we were immediately transferred to the South Wing section and toilet paper was provided as it was lacking in the other room. We've seen small cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen and dining area. I mentioned it to one of the staff who sprayed the bathroom and kitchen. However, we continued to see cockroaches. The room we got is not the same room pictured at time of booking. The lady staff very helpful and attentive to our complaints and request, however, the room didn't meet my expectations.

Pros - Good price and location. Cons - Difficult to find. It’s an apartment building not a hotel. You have to speak with the front desk and a host will take you to your apartment. The room didn’t feel that clean. Otherwise it was perfect for an overnight layover in Manila.
