The hotel was very convenient to all airport terminals in Manila and a free shuttle could be arrange one way..The free breakfast in the morning was good and always cooked fresh for you..My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable..The staff was friendly and helpful...I stayed 3 nights and was in a rear room in the hotel and for the most part, quite..Now a few negatives..When I arrived the elevator was out of service and my room was on the third floor and I had several bags but got some help to carry them upstairs. The elevator was repaired the day before I left..My room was very small, could hardly move around in it with my luggage in the room..But overall, a good stay..

Little Things Mean A Whole Lot!

The whole experience was excellent!!! I'd give this property a 4.5 star rating in customer service. From the front desk all the way to transportation --- staff were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Special thanks to the following hotel staff: 1)Keith and staff from the restaurant who was prompt in taking our orders and having our food sent to our table on time. 2)The chef/ cook who prepared our food beyond our expectations. Everything you prepared was to die for!!! 3) To the front desk staff who worked deligently in assisting us to secure our Certificate of Acceptance in order for us to travel to Manila for our trip back to Toronto. 4) Lastly, to MARLON our driver/housekeeper who always has a ready smile and made sure that our stay for 3 nights were comfortable by looking in to our needs from cleaning the rooms all the way to the smallest things like toiletries ----A BIGTHANK YOU!!! :) Look forward to staying again the next time. Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat!!.

Service needs a lot of improvement

I have arranged for the free shuttle of my elderly auntie to be picked up at the airport. We followed as per their emailed instructions but my auntie ended up waiting for 3 hours at night time for the shuttle to arrive (7pm arrival - picked up at 10.30pm for a hotel just right across the airport).

She eventually got pick up, arranged for the breakfast and shuttle in the morning. The breakfast was delivered on the last minute leaving her just 10mins to eat her breakfast before the shuttle leaves for the airport. No information given and the phone numbers to call (restaurant/kitchen) from the room no one answers. The reception wasn't very helpful.

New and close to the Manila Airport.

The hotel is still new so it is in good condition. A little noisy as it faces the airport parking lot. Most of the staff were good but not impressed with their male breakfast of staff. Even standing directly in front of the server, he still managed to ignore me. Their fresh salad was placed inside a bowl one would usually use for a dipping sauce.

Very convenient hotel

Stayed here for one night as I was scheduled for morning flight to Cebu from Terminal 4 next day.

The hotel is very conveniently located across from Terminal 4 and next to plenty of eateries.

Hotel was very clean and had very friendly staff.

Only downside was that it was “too close” to the airport that you could clearly hear public announcements from the airport which kept us awake at night.

If you’re here for a quick layover for the night, I would highly recommend it but just bring ear plugs.

Property met needs for one overnight. A tip that would have helped prior to check-in is that there is an airport shuttle you can arrange with the hotel; during booking, it seemed through Expedia's wording on the website that it was one-way only (hotel-to-airport), but in reality, it's is both ways. Major concern is noisy outdoors as the hotel is connected to Terminal 4 and announcements from airport can be heard from within rooms. Staff is polite and respectful of belongings with facilities being basic and clean.

Convenient location for Terminal 4

Great location if you have an early morning flight out of Terminal 4. It’s an easy five minute walk across a footbridge to the terminal. A nice surprise was the food at the small restaurant Mactan - tasty and well priced.
As other reviews have pointed out you can hear the announcements from the terminal so if a light sleeper pack some ear plugs.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good for overnight stay at airport

Nice for an overnight by the airport. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom was very nice with rain shower head and wand, water provided and restaurant/bar on site. Only negative would be you can hear announcements from the airport so some rooms are quieter than others. Our bellman moved us to what he considered a quieter room. Our first room faced the airport directly. Our second room was to the back side. Room was priced very well.

It's only about 5 min walk to places to eat. Even though it's across Terminal 4, it was quiet and I'm a light sleeper. Very close to the airport. I like the free one way shuttle. We used it going to Terminal 1. Facial tissue wasn't provided though. A hand towel holder is missing near the sink. We were given Rm 213 at first but it smelled like sewer. We complained and were moved to Rm 413 right away. So, it was all good.

Good value, a stone's throw away from the airport

Stayed in the hotel twice while waiting for a flight connection. The hotel is located across terminal 4, which services domestic flights and is 10 min away from the international terminal. The place is very handy if you are staying over night in Manila and you don't fancy travelling into the city. The hotel provides pick ups and drops off (shuttle bus is every 30 min) to terminal 3. The bar is open 24/7 and breakfast starts at midnight. The rooms are basic but they have the essential comfort for a night stay - comfortable bed, good shower. The only negative is the constant announcements of the flights coming from terminal 4. Nevertheless, if you are lucky to stay on the other side, you don't hear a beep. Bottom line - good value for money.

Great location, right opposite terminal 4 and includes a one way transfer back to airport which is handy.
The room was clean and had all we needed for a short one night stay.
Breakfast is included and is served in their restaurant from midnight which is handy if you have an early flight. They have the choice of Philippine or continental menu, where you choose one meat and one carb (eg bacon/sausage with toast/waffle/hash brown) tea and coffee included and food is made to order, no complaints here.
Only issue we had was the amount of noise you could hear from outside, even at 3am when we arrived you can hear airport announcements every 10 mins or so, and music. We managed to sleep through as we were shattered, but earplugs would definitely come in handy.

Excellent locations in walking distance from Terminal 4. Take the overpass to cross the street in front of Terminal 4 and then proceed to the parking lot, the hotel is clearly visible from the street. Taxis are readily available to destinations in town. Hotel offers free transport to all terminals from 2 AM to midnight, which is super convenient. Food in the restaurant is OK, standard fare. Breakfast is included, I can highly recommend this place for an early flight out. Great place

The stay overall was comfortable and convenient. The pick up and drop off to the airport was also very helpful. The accommodation was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Some issue about a bad smell from the toilet - could have been a plumbing issue. We were only there for 1 night - did not bring this up with housekeeping.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, for a small fee they allowed us a late check out! The breakfast was ok and it’s in a restaurant. I think this is good for a short stay as the bed is not comfortable and the bathroom has a constant sewage smell (it’s manageable keeping the door closed) we stayed on a night where they had an event outside with a live band and it as if we were there. I had earplugs and it didn’t help at all it was so so so loud until 12:30am and then after was loud music ( but better than a live band ) so we didn’t sleep well at all but I don’t think that’s an everyday situation. Just hope you don’t stay on a night where there’s an event outside and you should be ok

My stay was wonderful except that the sewege in the bathroom stinks so bad. Also, the rooms have windows that are facing towards a slum neighborhood and all you can hear is people fighting and yelling at each other. But the food is fantastic and wonderful customer service.

I used to travel for a living and this is among the worst nights sleep I have ever got. Beyond the extra charges, was the fact that you hear the announcements from Terminal 4 as if you were sitting in the gate area - all night long.
Our air con worked sporadically, requiring one of us to get up and reboot the key/power. Also a fun surprise was the light that refused to go off even when the switch was turned off.

Stayed for one night whilst stopping over in Manila. This hotel is really conveniently located to the airport, I was able to walk from the domestic terminal to the hotel. Check in was very easy. We arranged transport for getting back to the airport in the morning. The room was clean. Downside was the shower didn’t have hot water. The restaurant was nice for an afternoon snack and free breakfast was appreciated! Good night sleep.

Awful service. We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a red eye flight and needed somewhere to get a few hours sleep before we could check into another hotel. Firstly the hotel tried to over charge us in the rate; secondly they wouldn’t allow me to connect to their WiFi so that I could show them the booking through hotels.com; by far the worst service I’ve ever received from checking in. Furthermore when we finally got to the room, the door was propped open with a fire extinguisher; air con unit hadn’t been on for who knows how long and was extremely loud when on. Drank two bottles of “complimentary water” that we subsequently got charged for.
To top it all off; the hotel wouldn’t book us a taxi on departure and told us to walk to the main road to flag a taxi down in 35° heat and extreme humidity. Probably the worse service I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life (and I’m a frequent business traveler). Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

Offers free shuttle to/from airport terminals. On-site Makan restaurant serves delicious foods, and drinks (except they didnt have HaloHalo the day we stayed). The place is clean, im pleased with the modern yet minimalist touch; the driver, and the ones who assisted us with our luggage were pleasant & helpful. Staff at their on-site souvenir shop was also friendly & accommodating. Room amenities were sufficient; ref, included + bottled water; offers free breakfast which unfortunately we didn’t avail as we were only there for 7 hours waiting for our international flight. Will definitely consider staying here again.

My initial room has a terrible stale air smell, windows couldn't be opened, hotel is built behind some quarters. AC was blowing out air that wasn't cold. some of the staff weren't helpful when i requested a room change and blankly told me it was fully booked. it was very obvious there were available rooms around. i did manage to get a room eventually with better air with the help of front reception. good thing is breakfast from 12am onward for early morning flights. was served slow. my shuttle was at 4.30am, the food arrived at 4.20 am when we ordered at 4am. there wasn't anyone else at the restaurant. shuttle every 30 mins to terminals. it's def a good location for early flights, but nothing else.

Closer to the airport than I thought

Room was a great size but being so close to the airport you can actually hear the airport announcements on the speaker throughout the day and night if you’re in the end rooms. Walked into a strong sewage smell in the room coming from the toilet but easily countered by closing the toilet lid. Restaurant food took a while to come out but it was absolutely fantastic to eat. Good location and nice breakfast. But elevator did not work. It took 40 min to check in when front desk could not find Expedia reservation.

The service was friendly and helpful and the rooms were good. However, my room faced the airport and surprisingly I could hear the announcement from the airport all night. I am not sure how there could be flights going on all night, but there were announcements all night which made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was good and the shuttle back to the airport was helpful - do not recommend walking if you have luggage as the road is very busy and without a crosswalk.
