If you’re looking for a clean hotel with a good restaurant and helpful staff this is a good place. If you want to relax by a bar and have a good drink after traveling hard this is NOT the place. It takes 20 minutes when not busy to get a fairly good drink in the bar. If you want another you have to ask and it’s another 20 to 30 minutes . In the restaurant our appetizer was delivered and finished and we were still waiting for drinks. There were 3 people in entire restaurant. There’s plenty of staff at the bar area but they just talk to one another. This is our second time here. Same results with the bar last time . I think we could probably do better next year. Again, The restaurant food was good.

Our stay was good overall but it was extremely frustrating that the front desk was never able to answer the phone. After booking we had questions that the front desk could have easily answered, my Fiancé called multiple times at different times on different dates with no answer. The issue was the same during out stay. We literally had to go downstairs to the front desk to get any help. I will never stay here again for this reason. How this hotel operates this way is beyond me.

The early check-in fee is more than the daily rate itself. I’ve never seen such a thing . Thats why it’s called a fee. Should be fraction if not of the daily rate. Not a way to welcome a tired traveler . Never again!!.

After my flight was cancelled due to the owuas strike at the Kuwait airport, I messaged the staff on both Expedia and WhatsApp as I had limited service and they never responded. Because of that they gave my wife a hard time checking in as I originally booked just under my name. Luckily another staff member had common sense. The bar staff in the lobby helped other guests before us despite us sitting down first and waiting for menus. The breakfast staff was phenomenal as always and are probably the only reason we would come back. I have one more trip in 10 days, I hope it goes better. Room was nice, hotel is super clean.

Amazing breakfast buffet, they had virtually anything you could desire for a breakfast or a brunch, exceptional value. I would stay again just for the breakfast buffet. Room was small and not well thought out, nowhere to put your luggage and no desk or table top but very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Upscale on the front end but average in the room accommodations. This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in Manila or the Philippines so I have nothing here to compare to....

Standard room was way too small, you could barely get through between the the bed and the walls. I booked 2 rooms 5 adults, even paid for the kid as an adult and requested a connecting or side by side since its a family trip for my birthday. I managed hotels for a living, I thought customer care training so I am aware of hotel policies that’s why I even called to mention my request. But this property do not understand anything about “making guest happy” we were put 7doors away from each other of which both rooms has connecting doors. I even told them we would take one single and one double rooms. But they were not willing to do that. They offered executive room for additional fee. Amenities…? They operate like it’s a “motel6” that you had to basically beg for what you need, it’s almost embarrassing to ask.

I like its location, close to airport,it is clean and safe but the receptionist who checked me in looks grumpy, not so welcoming. Did not see her smile at all. The amenities are also great! Love that there is complimentary pool, gym, sauna and steam room. I love the coffee! I only wish that there is microwave in the room. But i will still recommend this hotel to my friends

Hotel is nice but would not stay there with a family. Pretty expensive for snacks and there is absolutely zero stores around for something quick. Plug ins in room didnt hold our chargers as they kept falling out. I was approached by sales people for property investment about a dozen times and that got pretty annoying

The hotel service was great and accommodating. The hotel room itself was quite spacious despite the room size not being too big. Although, I did have a bit of a problem with the bathroom because the toilet paper holder was barely sticking onto the wall. The toilet paper holder actually fell off once from the wall which led to the toilet paper rolling on the floor. That was an unpleasant experience. Otherwise, everything else in the room was good. Amenities are provided, so I didn’t have to go out of my way to buy essentials like toothbrushes and towels. Plus, there’s a welcome cake which tasted great.

Not to mention, the buffet was absolutely excellent. There was various selection of foods from different regions. The garlic fried rice is a must have, and the pastries were really delicious. Also, the price for the buffet is a good deal. So, if you’re planning to stay at this hotel, definitely try out their buffet!

We were so pleased to have stayed in this hotel and if we are in the area we will stay here again. It has a great breakfast buffet with a variety of food and international selections. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Best of all you will get a good night’s rest with its excellent bed, comforter and pillows! It’s close to NAIA Terminal 3 airport, Okada, Solaire casino, and to the Mall of Asia.

I was given two cards when I checked in. Both worked the first time but stopped working afterwards, meaning when I left the room, I could not use the elevators and open my room. I went to the reception twice because the first time it happened, the guy at the reception said it's been fixed (even though I asked for a new card, he just said it should work); the second time it happened, the lady at the reception had to issue me a new card and asked someone to accompany me to the room, because guess what, that new card failed on the elevator again!!! The guy who accompanied me said we had to try another elevator where it worked. Just terrible for a hotel that's apparently new.

Also, when I checked out and asked for the shuttle to the airport, they asked me if I signed up. When I said no because they said it's \"first come, first served basis\", they still said you still have to sign up and it was already full. When I asked if they can help me get a taxi, they said they can't because they have their own shuttle.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Location is terrible. It's not walkable to a lot of places and they have limited dining options.

For a big hotel like this, 1 shuttle cannot sustain the free shuttle being offered which results to guests frustration. Should also consider 24 hr airport shuttle.

Told no problem for a 6pm.
When downtown confirm, sorry, its full.

Property is exactly as anyone in transit would need. Rooms we stayed at were clean, fully stocked with toiletries, water, and complimentary coffee. Beds were comfortable and room temp was excellent. My only concern are the hallways that are not air conditioned, especially on a hot blistering days. We’ll definitely be staying at this property again.

This hotel is close to the airport and they have free shuttle to & from the airport. Room is clean but the sink is clogged and no hot water. It was just an overnight stay so didn't have time to call for maintenance. The breakfast is good and a lot of choices. It just not as tasty as expected. If you're on a budget & you want to be on prime location this is perfect. It's a safe place. There's no spoon inside the room.

The twin bed room that we got was smallish for two people, but that was ok for a one-night stay. The room was clean and the mattress and pillows were to our liking. The free sauna was good but the steam room didn't seem to be working. The showers in the sauna area could benefit from more thorough cleaning. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel and staff. Parking was full so we parked at overflow parking and got driven to the hotel by golf cart as it was raining heavy. Staff were helpful during our stay. Only bad thing is the pool with bugs floating around. And Pool should be adults only 2 hours before closing.

I didn’t go to the pool, everyone is friendly.. our room is quite small no drawers to put clothes. Specially if you are there for how many days. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The only thing that we didn’t like is the people offering you to see thier condominium complex. People giving flyers are so pushy.

Your weigh scale for luggages is broken per bellman. It is important that you fix it so that the guest will have an accurate baggage weight before checking in the airport. At least the passenger will know to add baggage cost or shift contents to other suitcase or hand carry bags.

The pool is not ideal for swimming laps. So many children everywhere.
The shower is lukewarm, not hot. The last shuttle from the airport is at 7 pm, so even though it was included, we couldn't use it because we got in just after that.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The restaurants on site are a bit pricey so we opted to eat elsewhere but a great location and many spots were a short Grab ride (like Uber) away such as Alaya Mall and all their restaurants. It gets extremely busy and check-in time so expect a long wait. Swimming area was a great way to cool off with very clean amenities like the public bathroom, shower, sauna and steam room. Pool bar was great but ordering food is a bit slow as well. Overall still a great experience.

The property is good, the ambience are excellent, the only problem I had is I called for toilet tissue around 2am and nobody showed up to give me a toilet tissue. The toilet tissue they have is very small rolls and when I go out in the room the hallway has a bad smell. The room doesn’t have drawers to put clothes and don’t have iron to iron clothes. One thing I don’t like in this place is NO valet. They use cheap shower curtains. We went to their breakfast buffet staff are not helpful they don’t come and ask what you need specially those senior citizens who can’t hardly get up and wanted another round of coffee or juices or food. What I observed was nobody gives tips at all. Even if it’s a buffet I always give tips I know how hard they work.

So callled airport shuttle is available only for 5 times and during the day only. Otherwise the breakfast is good but you need to pay for a latte. I don’t understand why fruits are scare in breakfast in a tropical country like Philippines. This is true for all three hotels I stayed this time.

The pool was excellent and the staff were professional, however, it would be much better if the servers would provide better poolside waiting. guests should expect servers to look to see if guests need some think from the bar or kitchen.
