Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come with plates and utensils but there is no dish soap, nor a sponge to clean after yourself…how do you expect the guest to clean if there is nothing of that sort provided. The pictures posted that advertise this place are inaccurate. In short- this place is horrendous and really looks nothing like the pictures. Completely misleading. The pictures of the pool that they posted makes it look like a nice place to stay but I promise you it is nothing like that. Besides the accommodation, there is nothing around the area. Entering the place is extremely difficult for no reason. No one responds, the only way we got in to the gate was by following another resident that went in. We payed for one night but we decided to leave after 2 hours because we couldn’t stay in that place. If i could give it negative stars, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a star; i’m not sure how it has 3 stars. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE.

Basic but reflects price and very family friendly

Accommodation is pretty basic but you get what you pay for and our apartment had a kitchenette, which is very useful for families with young children. Area has lots to offer - especially the beaches. Try hiring bikes and ride up to La Grande Motte and beyond - great fun! There is plenty going on in central La Guarde du Roi and La Grande Motte.

Only get the pool side rooms as the rooms furthest from the road get the sun all afternoon and are cooking

Good facilities, out of town, so a car is necessary. Quiet and calm in September when we visited. We had an apartment for 6 but shared between 4 of us - it would have been a squash for 6 adults??

Le petit dejeuner etait censé etre offert mais l etablissement ne fait pas de petit dejeuner ... j'ignore si la faute revient a hotels.com ou a l etablissement lui meme toujours est il que j aurais peut etre choisi un autre etablissement pour le prix si j avais su .... par ailleurs la literie pourrait etre plus confortable... sorti de ca l etablissement est correct et bien placé sonc globalement le sejour s est bien passé.

Arrivée un dimanche après-midi; Tout était Ok pour nous accueillir malgré le bureau de réception fermé (dimanche 17 heures). Communication excellente en amont pour la récupération de la clef.
Sejour d'une semaine dans appartement propre et bien conçu. Parking fermé et sécurisé. Commerces essentiels à proximité (avec une excellente pizzeria). Nota: Nous n'avons pas souhaité bénéficier de la piscine puisque notre but etait la Méditerranée.
Nous sommes prêts à retourner dans cet établissement si nous avons à retourner au Grau du Roi.

La chambre était dans un état de saleté inacceptable, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. À titre d’exemple nous joignons des photos de l’état du canapé lit, de la douche, des couverts, etc. De plus, une odeur épouvantable d’égout rendait tout séjour impossible.
Face à cette situation insalubre et à l’absence d’alternative proposée malgré nos démarches auprès de l’accueil, nous avons été contraints de quitter immédiatement les lieux. Cela est totalement inacceptable et ne correspond ni à l’annonce ni au service attendu. Nous allons porter plainte et demander le remboursement puisque nous n'avons pas couché dans l'établissement.

Beaucoup de taches de humidité, la piscine était fermé, le SPA était payant... mais tous ces informations manquant sur la fiche pendant la réservation.

Donc, je ne peux pas utiliser la piscine, SPA et il y'a des traces de humidité dans toute l'appartment.

Logement sale et pas en bonne etat, trou dans les murs, rideau taché, equipement HS ( clim du salon, lumiere tete de lit, ...), chauffo qui fuit, odeur de moisie dans la sdb, peu pratique car obliger de bouger le canapé lit pour pouvoir voir la television (bras de la television peu mobile), meubles de mauvaises qualités (plan de travail utilisé pour faire une table basse et tables de nuits), pas de reseau dans le logement a part la wifi. Pas de restauration sur place mais annoncer sur le site ( restaurant fermé le 5 aout) et pour finir voiture abandonné sur le parking. A fuire, il faut mieux aller chez la concurrence pour le meme prix et un niveau de qualité superieur (exemple hotel formule 1)

La propreté du logement ainsi que des extérieurs sont néant. Le logement aurait besoin d'être rénové. Ampoule grillée, tuyau douchette en très mauvais état, manque latte sur le BZ....
Les informations donnés par hôtel.com sont faux, nous avons loué mon de 6 jours et malgré que soit disant le ménage étais inclus, surprise, non nous l'avons fait.
Il est indiqué un restaurant et un bar mais ceux-ci sont fermés car plus de gérante.
Heureusement la piscine à relevé un peu le niveau

Très belle résidence accueil froid réservation pour deux vu piscine arrivée à l'appart vu parking j'ai appelé soit disant surclassement lol aucune pression d'eau dans la douche et des poils je suis déçu je bouge beaucoup sa fait beaucoup de choses mais la brune de l'accueil on lui parle bref un mur désolant pour une résidence tellement sympa piscine très agréable résidence agréable calme mais voilà quand même un Bon séjour vu l'emplacement je recommande mais ils faudrait un entretien des lieux et changer de personnes à l'accueil ( brune mince) pas agréable du tout cordialement

Plein de moustiques écraser sur les murs a l'intérieur des logements sois disant nettoyer , le mobilier et l'état général des logement et extérieur sont a revoir, volet sale, rebort de porte casser , aucun park enfant toboggan ou autre, et la piscine pas adapté pour les enfants ou personne qu'ils savent pas nager, moi jetait avec la fille de 3ans et le fait quil fallait descendre par l'échelle cetait pas facile d'accès .

Séjour de travail au bord de la mer

Sur le descriptif de Hotels.com, les draps et les serviettes sont fournis, mais à l'arrivée ce n'est pas le cas, payant au delà d'un séjour de 2 ou 3 nuits (le nombre de nuits dépend de al période); il a fallu que je négocie pour la gratuité pour les 7 nuits.
Pour la cuisine, difficile de faire chauffer au micro-ondes car pas de plats adaptés, quelques points de vétustés, pas de climatisation un simple ventilateur, pas d'aspirateur, pas de couette mais 2 couvertures en micro fibre pour 2 lits, pas de machine à laver la vaisselle (lors de séjour de 4 personnes comment font-elles ?)...
Points positifs, parking devant les logements dans résidence sécurisée et les alentours corrects.
Etablissement qui demanderait un rafraichissement.

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und schäbiger als auf den Bildern. Die Kücheneinrichtung enthält nur das nötigste und kein Material zum Abwaschen. Im Bad stank es aus dem Abfluss, auch nachdem Abflussreiniger in die Abflüsse geleert wurde.
Die Betten sind schmal, für zwei Personen ging es gerade.
Restaurant ist geschlossen, dafür wurde die Öffnung des Swimmingpools verlängert bis 2. Oktober, da es immer noch heiss war.
Nur mit Auto oder Velo erreichbar.

Nach 9-stündiger Fahrt haben wir uns auf den 10-tägigen Urlaub gefreut. Wir wurden herb enttäuscht. Das Appartement sowie die Außenanlage entsprach nicht den Angaben im Internet. Das Appartement war schmutzig, abgenutzt und ungemütlich. Würden keinen Stern vergeben wollen. Wir haben am Folgetag ausgecheckt und mussten eine andere Unterkunft finden. Hoffen jetzt, dass wir eine Rückerstattung erhalten.

Attention, on est loin de la réalité !

Quelle surprise en arrivant dans les lieux, rien a voir avec les photos...(les meubles poussés dans un coin, pas de décoration...) Ensuite la propreté laisse carrément à désirer, sans parler d'être maniaque, mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement, et des poils et cheveux sur les alèses, également dans les couvertures chaudes. De la moisissure dans le trop plein d'évacuation du lavabo, qui dégage du coup des odeurs... Le porte serviette sur le point de s'arracher... Des traces noires sur les dalles du plafond de la salle de bain, et ne parlons pas de l'état du mur dans la montée d'escalier, on voit qu'il y a eu du passage !
Lors du signalement à la réception le lendemain matin (car arrivée tardive), réceptionniste apparemment sympathique heureusement, mais seul réponse : désolé, je le disais pour le ménage, et en même temps les photos datent d'il y a environ 8ans...
A ce compte là il serait bon d'ajuster les photos, ou de remettre un coup de frais aux appartements !

Gute Unterkunft wenn man nicht die höchsten Ansprüche hat und tagsüber hauptsächlich unterwegs ist. Zimmer und Einrichtung sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand aber völlig ausreichend für uns gewesen. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend wenn es Fragen oder Wünsche gab. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten :)

När vi kom fram så var vi chockade att hotellet var så smutsigt. Luktade illa och vi fick bädda såväl sovrum som bäddsoffa.

Bäddsoffan var äcklig med kissfläckar och lakanen kändes ofräscha. Vi övervägde att lämna hotellet men våra barn var alldeles för trötta.

Une horreur…
Dès notre arrivée, Deal de shit à l’entrée de la résidence ( portail ouvert )
Arrivés à la chambre, ouverture de la porte et là !! Disneyland mais pas du côté merveilleux,
D’une saleté incroyable !!!
Essayant de se donner une raison nous préparons les lits ( y compris pour nos enfants ) et là Merveilleux des poils de cul partout mais à priori normal puisque l’établissement venait de réouvrir..
Stores de volets cassé obligés d’appeler l’homme à tout faire de la résidence qui en réparant les stores nous a permis de voir que la poussière n’avait jamais été faite sur le boîtier de store.. elle même tombée par terre pendant la réparation et laissée tel quel, je ne parle même pas des toilettes ( des enfants de 6 ans choqués )
Fuyez cette endroit car même pas un remboursement n’a été fait de la part de l’établissement et nous n’avons même pas dormi une nuit, restés seulement une heure ils ont rien voulu savoir !!!

Court sejour au Grau du Roi.Résidence correcte avec piscine.
Proche de port Camargue mais à 2-3km du Grau du Roi.
Petit appartement correcte avec juste ce qu il faut, linges à disposition.
Residence au calme dans une impasse mais le bruit dans la résidence suivant les locataires peut bien s'entendre.Préconiser le dernier étage.

Sejour sur dernière semaine de Juillet

Grosse déception sur ce séjour. Arrivée pas de climatisation dans le hall d'accueil. Il n'y avait pas d'alaise dans les lit, nous avons du faire la demande. Inventaire incomplet, seulement pour 3 personnes. Pas d'animation dans la résidence vacance, une première... Dans le snack, le personnel est sans masque et fume en débarrassant les tables. Pour la piscine il y a un règlement mais il n'est pas suivi, pas de contrôle à l'entrée, seulement 20 transats. personnes qui se baigne en burkini et d'autres habillées... inadmissible. Nous n'avons pas utilisés la piscine malgré que notre petite le voulait. Beaucoup de bruits, mais cela est du à l'incivilité des gens.

Nous avons séjourné à 5, l'appartement est assez grand. Dommage que tout les stores étaient condamnés, pas de manivelle.
Nous avons eu très chaud, prévoir un ventilateur ( 2 ventilos pour tout l'appart).
En ce qui concerne la piscine, elle est très grande, quelques transats à disposition.
Stationnement facile.
Résidence très proche du lunapark.

Quelques lacunes ou pas de chance.

L'endroit était agréable, sans bruit, avec une piscine correcte. Sur la propreté :Rien à dire. Mais pour une résidence trois étoile : Je mettrais un Bémol : pas de produit essentiel ( éponge, produit vaisselle), le minimum pour commencer. A noter : Pas de climatisation, et absence de manivelle pour baisser les volets roulants. Etant au RDCH, avec des lumières extérieures constament allumées, et seulement des rideaux un peu occultants, insufisant pour cacher complètement la lumière. Bien dormir, avec en plus la chaleur.fût quelque peu difficile . Et pas possible de changer d'appartement! ni de remettre les manivelles pour baisser les volets roulant. Nos demandes furent déboutées. Donc à mopn avis: Pas 3 étoiles, mais 2 en ce qui nous concerne.
Nous avions loué pour des amis , qui eurent plus de chance, au même prix. Porte vélos insuffisants, Heureusement, nous avons pu les mettre à l'intérieur, étant au RDCH. nous avions pris formule confort.

Bel appartement et avantageux à plusieurs (4 ou plus) mais déçu de certains points : en effet, les draps sont fournis mais les lits ne sont pas faits (même si c’est précisé, c’est pas très accueillants), il est demandé de faire le ménage dans la cuisine ainsi que la vaisselle mais rien n’est fournis pour cela (éponge, produit vaisselle et torchon). De plus, 2 lumières non fonctionnelles (salon et chevet) et toute petite télévision.

ça aurait pu etre mieux....

L'emplacement est bien, on est pas loin de tout (plage, ventre ville, commerce, marché, promenade a cheval...) et on peut tout faire en vélo (il y a des piste cyclable). L'appartement était grand, mais dommage qu' a notre arrivée l'appartement n’était pas propre. D’ailleurs en 5 jours aucun ménage a été fait. L'équipe est sympa, accueillant mais je pense que ça manque de professionnalisme. Pour information, je trouve le petit déjeuner light pour le prix (10€). Vaut mieux faire des courses et prendre les petits déjeuner dans l'appartement. Donc un peu déçu par l’hôtel (alors qu'il y a tout pour que ce soit au top), mais j'ai passé un super séjour en famille

L'accueil par le personnel était très bien, les appartements sont confortable, mais il y a vraiment une négligence quand à la propreté en générale se serai vraiment tout à reprendre ( couette, terrasse, prise de courant, vaisselles les extérieurs etc....), frigo et poubelle cassé que nous avons signalé immédiatement à l'accueil, nous trouvons ça bien dommage.

Dommage que hotel.com les pas transmis mon commentaire comme quoi j'ai une fille en fauteuil roulant. Un peu de plus et je n'avais pas de chambre accessible. Grâce à l'efficacité du personnel nous avons pu avoir une chambre en rez de jardin mais en T2 donc déclassé.
