The AC unit is noisy so we had to turn it off and sleep without AC and the parking was announced for free so they gave us a card that didn’t work and we ended up paying 30$ that they refused to reimburse !

Very good location and easy to get into the centre of Aiguës Mortes. Very helpful receptionist and breakfast staff. The hotel is clean and comfortable but perhaps a little old fashioned.
The downside was the very busy main road and the traffic noise. We would go back there.

Still not enough time to do my thing.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I may do it again as there is much I have still missed on my two trips to Aigues-Mortes. It is very convenient to the walled city and the train station which comes in from Nimes. I'd make a stay of it if you like to visit the Camargue, have good food (go to the smaller restaurants for dinner, but the ones in the Plaza are good for lunch). Rent a bike and get some fresh air and tour the region. It is flat so no hills, e-bike is recommended.

Stayed at the Maison des Croisades for one night on a family trip. Delightful small hotel: a very good location across the canal from the old town, easy parking, accessible from the road but quiet. The personnel are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, with an updated bathroom. Good breakfast. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and even though it's pretty basic, the room was ok, the staff were excellent and very accommodating (but you do need to speak in French as their english is almost non existent).
The breakfast was good (if pretty basic continental) and there's probably a better deal just walking into Aigues-Mortes and having it at one of the local bakeries.
Sound insulation was not the best as you could hear your noisy neighbours (especially showers).

Just the kind of simple, clean hotel you'd expect, in a great and convenient location just outside the walls, close to the main restaurant/nightlife area. Staff quite nice and very proud of their lovely breakfast area - a pleasant and quiet garden. Very good deal too, so recommended for a brief stay in the Camargue.

The right hotel in the right place
Hôtel des Croisades is a straightforward small hotel just outside the walls of Aigues Mortes. Staff are very helpful, facilities are good and the location excellent. From our room at the front of the hotel, we had a view over the canal to the Tour de Constance and the walls of Aigues Mortes. Our second visit here and both Aigues Mortes and the hotel lived up to expectations. Only downside is lack of on-site parking but there is plenty of street parking nearby.

We stayed for three nights on a vacation with friends. The hotel was clean and tidy and the owners friendly and helpful. Our only complaint were the pillows which were lumpy and hard. Breakfast was good, with bread, croissants, fruit and yoghurt as well a a small selection of meat and cheese. Very good value for money, well situated.

Hotel tout près des remparts bon emplacement pour se balader. Accueil très chaleureux. Ne possède pas de parking sur place mais possède une carte d'accès au parking publics à 5mn a pied. Point a améliorer: le petit déjeuner pas beaucoup fournit quel dommage.

Personnel très très sympathique et souriant (et ceux malgré une arrivée légèrement après l'heure limite de check-in). Parking offert sur le parking de la ville situé à deux pas. Rien à redire, très propre.

Petit hôtel de charme, au calme, en face de la citadelle et du canal...Excellent accueil, la literie de qualité .. nous aurions souhaité une cafetière dans la chambre mais il y a un jardin accueillant pour prendre le petit-déjeuner ! la visite des remparts et de la ville est à 5 mn à pieds, avec de nombreux restaurants alentours, ce qui est un plus !

Maison des Croaisades is a very Good choise. The Hotel is in close proximity to everything in the village. The rooms and service are very good, only thing I lack would be a fridge in the room. I can really recommend this, very price worthy Hotel.

Kleines, authentisches Hotel direkt vor der Stadtmauer von Aigues Mortes. Ruhig, ausreichend komfortabel und sehr sauber (was bei 2 Sternen in Frankreich nicht unbedingt zu erwarten ist!). Es gibt viel Infomaterial zu möglichen Aktivitäten und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

C 'est la 3e fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et l'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux et familial. On se sent comme à la maison (notre petite fille ne voulais plus partir). On y dort très bien et il est proche des remparts. On peu presque tout faire à pieds. Tout simplement sans surprise, on reviendra... Encore merci.

Accueil très chaleureux. Toujours disponible pour nous renseigner. Hôtel bien placé car en dehors des remparts (donc pas de nuisances sonores) à moins de 3 minutes à pieds des remparts d'Aigues-Mortes.
Y sommes allés avec un petit chien qui a pu rester au frais grâce à la climatisation dans la chambre pendant que nous profitions des balades.

Hotel prenotato all'ultimo minuto e scelto per vicinanza a centro esposizioni di Perols (Montpellier) e per mancanza disponibilità in altre strutture. Con il senno di poi la scelta è stata azzeccata perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono e soprattutto permette di non stressarsi nella guida verso il centro di Montpellier o altri paesi vicini; infatti in 20 minuti si arriva all'hotel che si trova appena fuori delle mura del centro storico.
Personale molto gentile e preparato, capace di consigliarti sui ristoranti e sul cosa c'è da vedere nei dintorni.
Hotel è in uno stabile piuttosto vecchiotto e quindi presenta alcuni limiti dovuti all'età (arredamento, insonorizzazione camera, mancanza ascensore, etc..), però ha molti pregi (camera spaziosa, bagno con vasca/doccia) tra cui anche il wi-fi gratuito. Ovvio che è un 2 stelle quindi per forza di cose non può e non deve offrire certi servizi o dotazioni tipiche per categoria superiore....., ma io lo raccomando a chi non pretende il lusso e comunque vuole dormire bene.
