What we bought was a nicely designed and furnished room above the restaurant. What we got was a somewhat unusual apartment across the street. It was more like an Airbnb property than a hotel room. That said, the staff was professional, dedicated, and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

We really like Cafe Miramar. The room was nicely decorated and had a fantastic view. The staff were all very friendly and the restaurant was excellent. I’d have eaten there every day but my wife insisted we try other places!

We had a really good two night stay.The room was very small, as expected from the online description, but well laid out with everything needed. The limited storage would be difficult for a longer stay. The balcony with sea view was lovely, allowing us to sit in the afternoon sun and watch the sun go down (although the deck chairs were a bit rickety) We couldn’t get the safe nor the air conditioning to work, but to be fair we didn’t ask the management to sort them out, which I’m sure they would have done had we asked. The shower was excellent, one of the best, if not the best, we’ve ever had in a hotel. (My partner is very fussy about showers and he loved it!). WiFi was very slow.
Breakfast was okay. There was a reasonable choice and the bread was lovely. However it was a strange mixture of buffet/served style. We couldn’t help ourselves to the yoghurts, cheese or cold meats but had to wait to be served which was a little frustrating. We ate in the restaurant one evening. The food was good but not exceptional and expensive for the quality served. It was great though that the kitchen was open and we could watch the chefs preparing the food. They seemed to be having fun! There were several other restaurants within easy walking distance.

I am careful to select places to stay that capitalize on their location. The Hotel Cafe Miramar did all of that; located on the beach just outside of the main resort area of La Grau du Roi. It was an easy walk to the heart of the resort activity and attractions but in a quieter area at night. We had a nice balcony with a great beach view and a nice room. They also offer limited paid parking. There is free on-street parking around the hotel but since it is a beach area that is hard to get.

Great place for couple just not quite big enough for a family of 4. Kids had to share a bed which they weren’t keen on and we could barely move. Awesome location, right by the beach and we went for a run along the boardwalk which was an added bonus. The staff were really lovely especially the night staff. The food was a bit pricy, nice but compared to other places we stayed in we would expect more, would go out to dine next time.

Tout a été parfait ce charmant hôtel et Restaurant. Nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre donnant sur la mer, avec un petit balcon accueillant deux chaises longues et une petite table, idéal pour surplomber la plage et se sentir un peu privilégié. Such a lovely place by the seaside! The apartment was spacious, practical, clean and bright, with a lovely balcony for enjoying both a morning coffee and the sunset - as well as for drying our swimming gear. Great place for smaller children who wants nothing more then to spend the days at the sandy beach! (The ocean is probably too shallow here for teens and adults travelling without smaller kids). Service was also excellent, and the hotel provided everything we needed (unlike some other apartment hotels where everything from dishwasher soap to cutting boards are lacking). The restaurant was also worth a visit, especially the possibility of having dinner on the beachfront. Two thumbs up!

J’ai apprécié cette pause où j’ai été bien accueillie, malgré mon arrivée tardive. Le personnel est au top : accueillant, avenant, agréable. Malheureusement le beau temps n’était pas au rv … Grosse pluie, rafales de vent donc adieu la promenade sur la plage. Mais c’est un très bel endroit qui vaut le détour.

It is a nice place, the apt is not that big but you have everything you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, shower, hot water, everything was fine! Beds were comfy.
The only complain is that sometime there was a weird smell, not much, maybe they should look for the cause or maybe it is simply the building, I am not sure. The place is quite, just in front of the beach. The restaurant is also good, the same with their bar on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Tout est reuni pour passer un bon séjour. Chambre et restauration. Il y a un réel avantage à pouvoir dîner sur place et en plus de la très bonne cuisine (pas de l attrape touriste comme dans beaucoup de restaurant sur Grau du Roi).
Juste un petit souci pour moi qui suis sans gluten. J'ai prévenu à l arrivée pour savoir si il y aurait quelques nourriture sans gluten pour le petit-déjeuner. Il m'ont annoncé se procurer sans problème au moins du pain pour mon séjour de 3 petit-déjeuners, mais rien n'a été fait. 13 euros certes petit déjeuner avec charcuterie fromage fruit viennoiserie laitage bien copieux mais sans pain avec des céréales flakes ou riz chocolat, c'est un peu cher.
A noter un + pour le lait d amande et un + pour les théières à dispo, ce qui est rarement proposé.

Schön, direkt am Strand und am Ende der Promenade gelegen, daher von außen wenig bis gar kein Lärm. Zimmer relativ klein, aber mit gemütlichem Balkon Richtung Meer, auf dem sich der Sonnenuntergang beobachten ließ. Die Wände waren nicht hellhörig, aber leider die Tür zum Flur. Dadurch war es relativ laut, wenn andere Gäste ihre Zimmer betreten oder verlassen haben. Für ein paar Tage aber alles in allem gut.
