First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning.
Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down.

Welcoming staff with all the information you can need for your stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for four people, the toilett could be bigger for a better comfort but it was ok anyways. Good size pool but super crowd att all times! Near the beach eith private entrance for a shorter walk to the beach. Small breakfast restaurant but if you walk some 10min you can find many restaurants, the cafeteria could be bigger and with more options. The supermarket is ver far away (carrefour) so be prepared to walk anlong distance to bring your food home. We recommend it!

Staff were very friendly, each check in and out. The pool is lovely and a short walk to the beach and close to the beachfront restaurants and bars. It was nice to walk there in the evenings. Although it was super hot, the fan was great and helped cool our apartment, the pull down shade was also very useful. We brought our own bedding and towels, this was made clear in the booking process. We also paid for the secure parking. It's a lovely residence and we would definitely go back there again!

I have already filled out a previous complaint I wasn’t willing to have my family stay there and had to find alternative accommodation immediately.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend and expect to get a refund for the accommodation part of my trip, flights and car rental were perfect.

3 twin beds (2 of them could be put together to form a perfect double bed), kitchen had everything you need to cook and store food, it was very clean, the balcony was great, the washroom was clean and always hot water ready in the shower
PROPERTY:
Pool was big and clean and always sunny! The people at reception were really nice
SURROUNDING:
Tons of restaurants all around (around 25-40 Euros for dinner), the closest beach is 5-10 minutes away but I would definitely recommend walking 30-35 minutes to the beaches closer to Grand Traverse. 2 supermarkets are really close by.
TRANSPORTATION:
The #606 bus stop is 1 minute away! It will take you to Place de France station in Montpellier (you can take the tram right from there). The bus stops at around 7pm every day so if you wish to go out at night in Montpellier you have to Uber back (this was the only negative for me)

Not even 5 mins to the beach and a really welcoming family venue - we had a brilliant week's relaxing break with our three year old. Plenty for her to do and plenty for us too, loads of restaurants nearby.

Studio apartment on 2nd floor. As described on website so no surprises. Perfect for 2 people on a budget holiday. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that no complaints. Mostly French holiday makers. Very quiet. Nice pool area and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Pity the snack bar area was closed. We would definitely return.

We had a studio apartment for 4 people - myself and my husband and our 2 daughters aged 11 and 14. To start with I thought we would be very cramped, but to be honest we hardly spent any time in the apartment - just sleeping and having breakfast - which we had on the balcony anyway.
We took our own sheets and pillows and towels, so I can't comment on what the hotel provides, but the beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom was very modern and very clean.
The kitchen area although small had everything that was needed. The only 2 things it didn't have was a kettle and a toaster. There is a setting on the microwave that you need to use to make a cup of tea or coffee.
The hotel was kept clean. Leaves from the trees blew in along the open corridors but I saw someone almost every day sweeping them up. The grass was cut and the plants kept tidy. I didn't see any litter anywhere around the hotel.
There is a shop there which we used every day to buy our bagettes for our lunch. The shop also sold milk, water and a few other bits and pieces.
There is also a bar area and a cafe. Although we didn't use this it looked spotlessly clean and tidy.
We had a great holiday and would most definately return and we would recommend it. It's not a luxurious 5 star hotel, but the staff are polite and helpful, the hotel it is clean, it has everything you need to have a great holiday.

J’ai passé une semaine et demie dans cet hôtel et je ne le recommande absolument pas.
Dès notre arrivée, on nous annonce que le parking est complet et qu’il faudra revenir le lendemain à 8h pour espérer une place. Les serviettes et draps ne sont pas inclus, il faut payer en supplément. Le ménage non plus : soit vous le payez en plus, soit vous le faites vous-même.
En arrivant dans notre chambre, le ménage n’avait clairement pas été fait : table sale, sol plein de sable… On voit bien que ce sont les précédents occupants qui ont nettoyé avant de partir et non du personnel. Mais soyons honnêtes : est-ce qu’un client va nettoyer comme une femme de chambre formée ? Bien sûr que non. Dans tous les cas, quelqu’un du personnel devrait repasser pour garantir un vrai ménage.
Résultat : j’ai dû faire le ménage moi-même et acheter ce qu’il fallait au supermarché.
On m’a offert deux pizzas au snack pour s’excuser du ménage non fait et on m’a proposé de faire passer quelqu’un le lendemain pour nettoyer. Le monsieur devait repasser dans une heure… au final personne n’est jamais venu. De toute façon, j’avais déjà tout fait. J’ai rendu l’appartement plus propre que le jour de mon arrivée. Est-ce normal pour le prix payé ? Non, c’est inadmissible.
En plus, les chambres sentent mauvais : une odeur d’humidité, de vieille maison abandonnée. C’est très poussiéreux. Et ici, tout est facturé: parking, draps/serviettes, tv.. même le sac poubelle à 50 centimes.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cette résidence en rez de jardin, très agréable. Le studio en lui même n’est pas d’un grand confort, literie très moyenne, tv payante, un peu dommage en 2025… pas de clim, idem dommage surtout avec 40 degrés dehors donc très compliqué de trouver le sommeil dans un appartement à 30. Heureusement un ventilateur est présent mais cela ne suffit pas. Piscine et extérieur bien tenus. Parking payant mais de la place dans les rues sans soucis. Moins chère d’ailleurs. La proximité avec la plage à 5min à pied est très appréciable, idem pour les commerces. Accueil sympathique.

Il serait temp de prévoir la climatisation et prévoir une intervention contre les cafards vu à plusieurs reprise dans la salle de bain et bien cafard d’intérieur pas germanique d’extérieur ( bien marron noir ) concernant l’emplacement et le calme très bien et familiales le plus énervant sont les client qui s’approprie les transat du matin au soir en laissant leur serviettes mise à part sa séjour o top

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün, nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern, da große Spielflächen, oder auch für Klassen, oder Vereine. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großer Parkplatz gehört zur Anlage, allerdings kostenpflichtig.

Je n' ai pas apprécié qu à la réservation il n était pas noté que le chien était payant, que le parking était payant, qu il fallait apporter linge de lit et de toilette. C est uniquement sur le mail de confirmation de réservation que j ai découvert cela. Resideal n a pu annuler la réservation et m a demandé de me retourner vers la centrale. L annulation était payante. Je trouve que j ai été trompée.

Mon séjour s'est bien passé à part quand je suis arrivée et pendant plusieurs jours une odeur nauséabonde dans le studio. J'ai prévenu plusieurs fois mais rien n'a été fait. Aucune télévision disponible pendant plus de 5 jours. Après une plainte directement auprès du directeur, et par hasard une heure après une télé était installée ! Sinon belle résidence. A éviter je pense en juillet et aout.

Vår vistelse stördes av flera ungdomar som inte respekterade uppsatta regler. Om internet är viktigt, då är inte Resideal något att satsa på. Önskemål om lägenhet är heller inget att hoppas på.

Correct car bonne situation géographique, bon agencement des studios mais malheureusement non respect du règlement concernant les installations (piscine inaccessible, transats pris d'assaut non stop), volet roulant détérioré et non réparé , nuisances sonores jusqu'au petit matin, aire de jeux transformée en terrain de foot ... Dommage nous avons connu la résidence bien plus agréable ! Cependant Gros point positif : la résidence accepte nos animaux de compagnie .

Es wäre schön, würde das neue Management ruhige Gäste nicht zwischen vier Familien mit insgesamt 11 Kindern einquartieren, die einem dann den ganzen Tag über die Terrasse springen, Fussball spielen und lärmen. Weder wir noch die Familien waren glücklich über diese Situation. Wir waren alle an der Reception und wollten die Studiozimmer wechseln, aber man bot uns nichts anderes an, obwohl noch diverse Studios auf der Anlage leer waren.
Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt und lohnenswert, hätte man seine Ruhe. Es gibt nämlich viele tolle Spielplätze, wo die Kinder spielen könnten.

Denn auch am Pool wurde Fussball gespielt über die Köpfe der Liegenden, obwohl auf dem Regelplakat Bälle verboten sind. Beim früheren Management wurde geschaut, dass sich grosse und kleine Gäste wohl fühlen. Die Anlage ist riesig und bietet für alle etwas.
