The hotel is in a great location. It’s really meant for sleep, shower, toilet, because the amenities are not great. The view is amazing. We did have water/leaking issues in both rooms that we had. The first one the sink leaked at the bottom and got all over the bathroom floor. The second the shower leaked all the way out to the room. I see they have tried to upgrade the rooms and make them more modern. Overall, it’s a great property for sleeping and showering if you plan on being outside all day.

Before leaving to get breakfast, my wife left the clothes she was going to wear later in the day in the closet. After coming back, her blouse was stolen. We made sure to check all around the room before mentioning this to the front desk. They simply said that since we had “Do not Disturb” sign hanging, that no one should’ve entered our room and that they would update us on the situation. I received no update and again went to the front desk where a different set of employees said that they weren’t made aware of this. They assured me they would get in contact with their manager who would later contact me about the situation. I never received any update about if someone went into our room. I also wasn’t shown any surveillance, despite cameras being located near our room, or any confirmation that no one entered our room. Ultimately, the issue was ignored and I would be cautious about keeping your belongings at this hotel. There was also an issue with parking. Although it’s available, they won’t let anyone park there and you’ll need to park in the street for 40 dirhams daily. The entrance of the hotel also had a strong sewer smell.

We only needed a room for one night as we were arriving late from Fes and leaving early the next morning for Spain. The location was very convenient and their is a parking garage directly across the street which was really nice!
The room was extremely basic. Four beds lined up with a long counter and TV. The tv remote didn't work but we were so tired we didn't care.
The room was very clean and bed were comfortable so we were fine.
If you just need a basic, no frills, safe place to stay, than this is great.

An Okay stay for the price

This property was about a 15 minute walk from the port of Tangier Ville along the marina. Rooms are freshly painted and clean. The windows however do not lock which was a concern for us. The front desk quickly changed our room to a larger room with a window (didn’t lock either but had bars). It was Ramadan so food was scarce in the area (forget about breakfast) and we were awakened by the sounds of drums and chanting at about 4am. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommend.

Incredibly clean hotel with friendly staff. Within a 12-15 walk from the bustle of the Medina. I’d recommend staying here over in the Medina because the Medina can get quite loud and rowdy when you’re trying to sleep.

Secure and safe hotel for a great price. Would stay here again. Thanks to the staff.

I was delighted to have found this hotel. It far outweighed my expectations. Well located with a room overlooking the marina. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from reception to housekeepers. If I was to find a negative about the location, it would be the steep incline to the entrance (I have limited mobility). Apart from that the hotel gets top marks from me. Thank you for a very comfortable stay, I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Fine for a short stay

This hotel was perfectly adequate. No frills but felt safe and was clean. The room was very basic with no amenities. There was 2 little packets of shampoo but no hand soap for the bathroom. The heater didn’t work in my first room, so it was a bit on the cold side. However, it was close to many restaurants and hang outs.

Staffs are helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. We felt safe during our stay. Near to good restaurants. Our room has a window facing the road and was very noisy at night with cars passing, people talking and dogs barking. It was unfortunate that we did not have a restful night.

Reception staff was very friendly and rooms were spacious and clean and bed was quite comfortable. Unfortunately that's where the 3 star category ended. The rooms had no soundproofing at all. My bathroom had no hot water and minimum water pressure.
The location was good too, very close to the Tangier Ville port.

+ The area is nice, close enough to the Medina and other attractions. There is a nice breakfast place nearby. The staff were polite. The room was clean.

- The room walls are so thin that we could hear the guy in the next room snoring, and all the noise from the street as if a window was open. There was no heating and it got cold at night. No breakfast option.

J’ai réservé une chambre 2 lits vue sur mer, cependant à peine on voit la corniche, vue sur l'immeuble d’en face, quand j’ai réclamé à l’agent de l'accueil, il m’a dit que toutes les chambres avec 2 lits avaient la même vue qui est considérée sur mer !! Il a refusé de nous changer la chambre, alors que plusieurs chambres avaient une vue dégagé et que notre chambre a été facturée plus chere à cause de la vue.
S’il dit vrai, c'est malhonnête de mettre de fausses photos sur les sites!!!
Hôtel pas mal, mais on était déçues par la vue, l'insonorisation insuffisante le soir (on entend les voitures)

Está cerca de todo lo interesante de Tánger .la Medina está casi ahí , lo mismo que el
Paseo marítimo y todos los hoteles con terrazas para comer y bonitos restaurantes . Hay casas de cambio y estación de taxi y bus turístico también a pocas calles. Lo único es que la televisión es muy aburrida y por el precio que piden ahora pues es caro ya que no hay parking ni piscina ni desayuno. El personal es amable y hablan inglés, francés y también español.

Kein Parkplatz, man muss selber auf der Straße nach Parkplatz suchen und natürlich selber bezahlen .
Schöne Lage direkt an der Küste aber ziemlich laut .
Die Fenster sind nicht richtig gedämmt.
Ansonsten war das Zimmer schön eingerichtet und für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend

Hôtel très bruyant les fenêtre fermer c’est comme si on était dans la rue impossible de dormir a cause du bruit des voiture et ses moto il n’ont pas voulu me remboursé j’ai ( dormis ) une nuit sur les 5 que j’ai payer et j’ai changer d’hôtel directement le personnel et quant à lui très gentil et serviable
