It was good overall. However, our bath towels and floor towels were not replaced with new ones when the old ones were taken. We had to go down to reception to ask for them to be delivered. No phones in property to communicate with reception. When we asked for floor towel the second time, we did not get a response and my wife called them via our mobile to get one but was told their housekeeping has gone home. My wife insisted to have floor towels as it is a risk for accidents to happen when we have to step out of the marble floor in the bathroom when it is wet and slipper. TV was not working on the last day as well.

I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and everything was generally in order. However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved.

Additionally, my child accidentally peed on the bed and when I informed the staff, they were very understanding and did not charge me for cleaning. The apartment also had a washer-dryer which was extremely useful.

Parking was plentiful and free which was a great convenience.

Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to return again!

Smooth check-in process. Free unlimited car park access with room key after checked in. 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and washing machine. Spacious bathroom, living room and firm bed. Clean and quiet. Need your own car to travel out.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit (1 King Bed and 1 Queen bed) for a short getaway.

The room allocated was equipped with two queen beds. As we have intended for our young child to sleep in between us to avoid rolling over the bed, we went to the Reception and queried about it. The male staff initially explained that the assigned room was dirty and still being cleaned and that his colleague should have informed us about the swopping of room. We explained that we need a king bed for the safety of our child. The staff then explained that there is no more king bed apartment as an existing guest had extended his stay. We requested adding a single bed to our room as the 3 of us can't possibly fit on a Queen bed. The staff replied that adding a single bed will have additional cost. We told the staff that they should then provide the room that we have booked, and after sometime the staff agreed to add the bed \"on a goodwill basis\".

Some other issues during the stay:
1. We were unable to find a hairdryer and went to Reception to request for it. A staff then responded that she will inform Housekeeping and it will be sent after 7-10 mins. The hairdryer was never sent till the next day when we requested again at Reception;
2. The wooden frame holding the main door security latch was dislodged;
3. The bidet spray hose was disconnected;
4. The children's playroom was closed on both visits;
5. Strong and unbearable odour smell in the main bathroom.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Check-in was a breeze. Property was clean and felt safe. Some things in the apartment looked a little jaded but not significantly so. Everything worked fine. And for a short stop, wonderful that there is a Hard Rock Cafe right in the basement. My wife and I enjoyed a couple of drinks listening to the live band. But the music did not penetrate and affect the rest of the building. So overall, pretty pleased with our stay.

Good for the money.

Check in/out was very fast. The staff were very good. However I found the hotel has a bit of a run down look to it, especially the pool area. I had asked for a room with a bathtub but they only have those in 2 bedroom. Had to upgrade for breakfast buffet, which was an extra £3 per day, which is no big deal. Room had one of those awful IKEA style sofa beds that is not comfortable to sit on at all. Shower nice size with separate hot water heater. A/c works very well in both rooms.

The hotel was very quiet and clean.

Not that much around in terms of shops and things to see. We stayed due to Legoland but had an extra day and not much to see.

The restaurants close by were good and nice atmosphere on the water.

Pity some old developments opposite that really make the place look a little gloomy otherwise would be great view.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and very spacious, huge living area.

Spacious. Numerous wall patches without paint patch up. Toilet basin cabinet was removed. Worst is underneath blanket got red stains. The ‘banner’ on the bedsheet having huge red stain as well.
We added money to opt to have continental breakfast but was notify it will be sent to our room as bento. Request not be early and send at 9am as we are asleep. Reached room before 8.30am and the food is cold, which comprised of small egg tart small croissant and small nasi lemak.

Room looks old and drain smell in toilet. Tables are so dirty. Sofa old, dirty, small and uncomfortable. Quite disappointed as from the photos everything looks so nice and comfy. Intially i thought i would wanna spend most of the time in such a cozy room to relax but ended up i keep going out as i dont feel really comfortable. Some things in the room are not working also. As most hotels only provide one free parking ticket per room per day, only good thing for this hotel is that if u drive u can go in n out many times and still free parking using the hotel card. Air con works well tho.

This was a unit in an upscale condo in the suburbs of Johor Bahru. It was well run and had an excellent staff. It was very presentable and very large. The real problem is location. While it had restaurants and grocery stores nearby, it was very much off the tourist route. But transportation in Johor, like most of Malaysia, is not expensive and we could travel where we wished without difficulty. There were a few minor maintenance issues but anything we reported was immediately repaired. The pool and views were great. We looked across the water to Singapore.

The hotel was well taken off. Everything was excellent. The security guard, front desk, and everyone were so polite and helpful. The room was super duper clean. Happy to stay there for 3 days and 2 nights.

the apartment was spacious and conditions good. the check in and check out were smooth and the staff was great! It is just above Hard Rock Cafe and other dining choices nearby.

However you can hear motorcycles revving noise at night if you stay in room facing city. My room can hear generator-like sound at night but acceptable to me, can treat it as white noise.

Overall, nice place and I will stay again in the future.

The reception, the housekeeping is 5-stars rrated. The service if the duty manager is amazing. Checking in and out, breakfast arrabgenent was a brisk. The nasi lemak breqkfast set was quite delicious but could be better if guests are guven options.

The Microwave Oven, Washing Machine are Great.
But the Marble flooring was not Polished and Sofa set looked old & dirty. I booked a Breakfast set, Nasi Lemak taste good but Coffee & Tea did not given any Sugar & Dairy. Facilities like Pool, Library, need to do something.

I'd arrived there at 6.30 p.m. but they didn't do cleaning yet.They said I had to wait my room till cleaning is done and there was no any room or compensation. 1 hour later, cleaning wasnot done yet. Booked Deluxe room with Queen bed, but end-up with twin single. What kind of honeymoon with twin single?

To Hotel Management - Please loom at the customer selection very carefully, customer made such choices for a reason.

Can even utilise all the facility. I have booked to use the pool for only 30mins but too many people. To control the crowds, the hotel management make such arragement to guest who want to enjoy the facilities. When my time come, there are too many people using the pool which i believe their times is up. Very bad Civid SOP control.

To Hotel Management - Please execute the control you put in place, please ensure guest are following the rules and control especially related to COVID.

The reception staff was friendly. On the second stay, at around 10:30pm my husband's car couldn't start. The reception staff kindly offered to pick us up after his shift at 11pm from Legoland (as the shuttle service has ended).

Comfort stay with new and nice view

This is a new and nice service apartment with nice viewing towards Singapore side, equipment and facilities are clean and well provided. Only cooking wares are provided with RM50 payment for cleaning services. But overall this is nice stay and we will consider to come back on next visit
