Stayed here for the 3rd time with my family. Still as impressive, staffs were super welcoming and helpful.
However, this time round we have found the cleanliness in the room to have declined. We found a biscuit wrapper that does not belong to us on the bed. Which means that the bedsheets were not changed after the previous customers had left.
During house keeping, for the bathroom only the floor mat was changed. Sinks and toilet were not scrubbed. Also to note that it would be good to brief staff not to discard travel sized amenities because my facial wash was discarded 😅

We went there 11 years ago and we decided to visit again but this experience was unfortunately less pleasant than our previous one. I must say the staff are all very nice, from reception, salesperson at the shop, restaurant staff to even the security guards, but food at restaurant was subpar, most were served cold. In the room, there’s no body wash, plus there’s a concern over the hygiene. There were stains on the toilet seat and we also found a scrunchie left by the previous guests near the bed. Was the room thoroughly cleaned I doubt. Yet for families who are visiting Legoland, the hotel seems to be the best choice, although with more accommodation options around and with the convenience of Grab, more may choose the alternatives if the hotel does not lift up to the standard.

Our stay at Legoland resort was fantastic and I would highly recommend for families with primary school aged children.
The themed rooms are fun and well maintained. There are good food options onsite with the cafe having a good selection of hot drinks and snacks. We had a couple of really nice dinners in Kai’s sushi restaurant as well.
Highly recommended to complete the Legoland experience.

Our stay this time round as compared to 9 months ago is so much better. Every single staff whom we met were super helpful. Facilities also seemed to have gotten better.
Just have to be careful while driving as the light right before turning into the hotel isn’t working and have to beware of traffic

We chose this hotel because it’s very kids-friendly, and the staff were truly kind and welcoming. It’s also extremely convenient for visiting Legoland, which we really appreciated. However, I’m not sure what happened, but the power went out four times during the night. It was quite scary and made it difficult to rest properly. I hope the hotel can look into this issue to prevent it from happening again.

My son was delighted with this accommodation. There were friendly staff at the entrance, and a children's play area right inside the entrance. The dinner buffet was delicious and very satisfying. The room design was great, but it was a bit damp and the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. The frogs croaking at night were a bit of a problem, but the hotel was so enjoyable that my son said he wanted to stay there again, and the staff were also wonderful.

Over all are good, staffs are friendly, especially Jeslin at reception counter, helps me a lot. The room is clean and the little boy likes the Lego treasure. Hotel is just next to theme parks, easy to change clothes when the boy gets wet.

We stayed recently for a 2nd time (and probably last time) at the Legoland hotel. Although the hotel staff is extremely nice, and the breakfast is amazing (along with appearances of the Lego Chef); however, the rooms and the hotel are in real need of renovations. The rooms feel outdated, and things don’t work the way they should. Shower area in our bathroom was uneven, because of this water would drain outside to the drain next to the toilet rather than flowing to the shower drain. It made the bathroom floor mat as well as area around toilet very wet. Also, I still don’t understand that why there’s only one soap dispenser at only the kids wash basin. Most likely we will opt for other options next time which are in better condition, more spacious and offer more value for money.

Kids loved the themed rooms, whole experience was uniquely Lego. Even the decorations in the room and the cutlery holders in restaurant made of Lego.
With the multi park entry, we visited the wet park as well as the wet rides in the dry park on the first day. Then second day we went on all the other dry rides.

The initial check-in experience wasn't good. The room was smelly and upon check-in there is power outage across 1F & 2F. When I requested a room change, I was told that there are only 1 room available to switch which \"might also have the same smelly issue\". I was quite disappointed and they suggested I can pay for an upgrade to another room, which I did, and that room was then clean and without the smells.

I've no problem to pay for upgrades. But my problem is that hotel guests shouldn't pay extra to get themselves a clean and de-odored room. That shouldn't be too much to ask even for a regular hotel, let alone a resort that bears the Legoland's name.

No complaints after the upgrade though.

Relatively clean. Enough room for kids to run around.
- Secret chest lock is broken, staff was unable to fix it
- Safe deposit box is broken, password couldn’t be reset. Staff unable to fix it
- Door was quite difficult to close properly
- vending machine outside the room is a scam. First bottled water I paid RM5, second bottled water I wanted to buy became RM8? Couldn’t even get my refund. Buy from outside better.

Staffs:
Very polite and professional. Love all their security guards, very friendly!

Dining:
Breakfast has a wide variety. However, no matter whether you make a booking for certain time slot or not, you will still have to wait.

Family centric fun at Legoland for us. The Hotel was easily accesible from the theme parks and there were plenty of entertainment for the kids till late. Buffet breakfast was good too with a variety of food available. Third time there. Will definitely come again.

We found the dining options a little tricky for fussy eaters however there is a shopping area just outside the hotel with fast food options and a supermarket.

Wonderful for children and their parents. My son’s were amazed when they first walked into the lobby, audible gasps came from their mouths and they ran off to play. We were happy to wait in the lobby as there is entrainment including balloon making, popcorn and juice. They very kindly allowed us to check in early. Shopping and dining mall close by with affordable food options. Breakfast was good but very Asian including Indian, the premises is Halal. Definitely no bacon! Lifts were like a disco and very cool. Rooms were well decorated. We loved it and were all sad to leave. The larks were not crowded which was nice. Close to Singapore so we flew into Changi Airport

Located a stone throw away from the Lego park, the location was ideal and has a mall next to it. A few restaurants and a grocery shop to cater to the basic needs.
The breakfast at the resort was average at best, a lot of options but quality of the food and taste were average at best, especially if you are a vegetarian. Kids loved the Lego themed room.

Value for money even though higher than normal prices for similar rooms. Great to go with kids, service is very attentive, well organised in every sense, cleanliness is very good and breakfast has very wide spread. The 3 theme parks are in the same complex, so all walking in 2mins from hotel. Check in and check out specially was a breeze.
The Madini mall is also 5mins walk and it has full fledged grocery store including liquor/wine shop and 3-4 decent lunch/dinner options (closes 9:30pm)...worth a trip at least once !

Everything’s good but…

We stayed in the adventure room. The room is fine, but the hand wash beside the children’s basin can’t function. I can see that it’s full and loaded, but maybe it’s a problem of the squeezer or something, it won’t come out when I pressed. I’ve mentioned this twice to the hotel, first to the housekeeper and then second time to the hotel lobby concierge. When I returned late to the room at night, I find it faulty still.

Everyone at the hotel is friendly, but I don’t know why they somehow can’t get a simple hand wash fixed.

My 7 year old daughter is coeliac, the staff in all hotel dining as well as in the park were amazing at catering for her needs. They were able to point out which foods were “safe” for her to eat (inclusive of changing out the oil before cooking chips) and cooked up seperate meals to her liking (they had GF pancakes and cereals available for breakfast). All the staff were friendly and accomodating. We had a fantastic stay!!

My family of 4 (2 kids aged 11, 14) enjoyed our stay. The property decorations were on the simpler side but what they had were nice and to theme. There were many Legos to build around the property and fun disco elevators. The resort was clean and bright. We had the kingdom-themed room, and it was a spacious room with nice colours and comfortable amenities like robes, slippers, toiletries. But you’ll need to rent towels for the water park, or bring your own. The chest was fun for kids to open, but the combination wasn’t accurate to the questions asked, so you’ll need to try different variations of answers. The bag of legos as a gift was a nice touch but no swords as per other YouTube videos. This resort is ideal for kids under 8 IMO.

レゴランドまで歩いて１分以内。滞在中時々雨が降りましたが、その際はホテルに戻り、ロビーのレゴで遊べ助かりました。
ホテル内の日本食は”外国の日本食”ですが、未就学児には白いご飯があってとても助かりました。
何よりも、ホテルのスタッフの対応が優しく親切で気持ちよかったです。
