Seems like the Fancoils wefe not periodically maintained.

To be honest, there were a lot of bad reviews from other sites. However, to my surprise, it wasn’t that bad. The room was big and I liked it. There was daily house keeping and it was clean enough for me. The breakfast spread was good with both local and international cuisine.
Called to asked for some extra towel and they delivered to my room quite fast.
I drive, so the location although is a bit out of the way from other places, didn’t bother me.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed our 3 nights stay there. I would stay again.

Aircon in living room doesn’t work properly. Requested the hotel to fix it twice but still doesn’t work well. No Wifi coverage in one of the bedroom. Room service was not done in one day. Swimming pool is clean and in good condition. Breakfast is OK

The Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The King bed was very comfortable.

The staff appeared emotionless and dry but weren't rude either. We're not enthusiastic to help. Seemed apathetic to their customers.

The corridors to the rooms were open to the outside air so just as you think you've escaped the heat and humidity when you enter the lobby, you go back into the outside atmosphere to walk from the lift to your room. You have to go put into the humid and hot corridor to get fresh drinking water as the tape water is not potable.

Breakfast was perhaps the most atrocious we've had in many years.

Almost all cooked offerings were stale and dry. Chicken and beef dishes had the days old reheated stale flavour. Inedible.

Saving grace that allowed us to get fed were the freshly cooled omelettes, though many of those were undercooked.

Coffee machine was not working.

+ Convenient to get to Legoland and much more affordable than the Legoland hotel. Suites are spacious and affordable.

- Cleanliness is average at best, breakfast buffet is mediocre, service levels are basic (but acceptable).

I still think it's a good option for Legoland access (just a short drive) and suites have separate bedrooms so good for families.

my experience was not very good. Upon arrival, I encountered issues with the electricity; the power tripped and restarted itself several times during my stay, which was quite frustrating and disrupted my plans.

The bed was average at best—definitely not the most comfortable option I've experienced in hotels. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is essential during any stay.

The bathroom featured a fixed shower head, making it challenging to use comfortably. I prefer a more adjustable option that allows for better flexibility while showering.

On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and offered a variety of options, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that the gym and swimming pool were closed for maintenance during my visit.

Overall, while there were some redeeming qualities, my stay did not meet my expectations, and I would consider looking for other options in the future.

Not very good experience.

First time stay in this hotel. First experience when we reached the hotel, the check in counter was quite small but it is ok. When we get our keys and went up to our room, first impression was \" wow\". The room seems big with a living room area and bedroom separated. We have 3 persons and the room only provide 2 towels. We requested for an extra towel and on the forat day, the service was quite good. On the 2nd day, samw thing happened and we call to request for extra towels but no one responded to the line. Attempted to call for 3 times and managed to get someone to answer the call. Waited for 30mins and the towels was not send up to our room. Decided to call again and still never see the towel been sent up. After another 2 calls and one guy came up with the towel but unhappy face. Huge discount for the service. Living room carpet quite dirty. Don't think will go back again.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Knowing that there were 3 guests, only 2 towels were provided. TV channels are extremely limited. The rooms are spacious and clean though. The food at the restaurant was not tasty. They mixed up the order even after the wait time was so long.
The shuttle has limited space and first come first serve and the timings are pretty odd. Pick up time from legoland is 5pm even though park is open till 6pm. We went on a long weekend, and found it impossible to find a Grab car from Legoland. Luckily we caught the CM7 bus that takes you till the hotel.

I booked this hotel as we were planning a family trip to LEGOLand for our young kids, and this was the only 4-star hotel in the vicinity.
However the hotel felt like it was originally built to be a condominium which was later rebranded as a hotel, and we found that the streets were noisy with racing motorcycles late into the night affecting our sleep even though we were on a high floor.
The hotel was supposed to have 3 restaurants but 2 of them appeared permanently closed, and there was a severe lack of amenities in the area.
Next time, I'd much rather book a proper hotel in JB city center and drive 25 minutes to LEGOLand than book this one.

We were rather disappointed as we left for Legoland at 10am and set the sign to make up room. When we got back 1030pm. The room was not made up. When we called front desk, no one picked up.

When we informed them, they only came up to clear the trash from the day before.

We had to go buy our own toiletries and toilet paper so that my family can wash up.

We had booked 2 rooms with for 2 adult and 1 child each and fully paid on Expedia however we were told that for child bed we had to pay extra and even Expedia agent also couldn’t help

One of the room had bathroom water clogging problem which was promptly resolved but the garbage was left in the bathroom itself which was very unprofessional

Breakfast options weren’t very many - we were vegetarian - the chef prepared noodles but it was in the same oil used for non veg as a result we couldn’t eat

The front desk also didn’t not at first readily agree to keep our luggage after the checkout till the eve stating they are busy - holding luggage is something every hotel offers

Poor maintenance. Shower stall floods after every use so you have to wait about half an hour between showers. Such a hassle when you’re travelling as a family. Service was non-existent. Calls made to housekeeping, front desk and duty manager went unanswered throughout most of the day. The only person who picked up the phone was the security guard at the concierge who obviously couldn’t be expected to deal with housekeeping or service matters. Even after the room was made up, water and toilet paper was not replenished. Location is very remote with zero amenities and few nearby food options. Will definitely not stay here again.

We did not like the cleanliness of the common areas of the hotel and the room, the first rooms smelled too much of cigarettes and it was unbearable, and the cleanliness was poor. After requesting several times, they changed our rooms, the cleanliness improved a little, but not the smell of cigarettes. Regarding the breakfasts, it was good, it has a good buffet. I think that improving cleaning could be a good option, I hope they do it soon.

Looooooooong Wait to check in. It takes me 30 min to clear immigration to JB that day, but it takes 1 freaking hour to get checked in. Guest were made standing in front of reception for an hour, with only 2 reception handling the crowd. My experience were further dampened when the initial room given on 23rd floor was switched to 6 floor after an 1 hour wait. All these spoils my day, with a disappointed and angry wife to face.

Long wait for lift during peak hours. Only positive I have is a decent breakfast experience. Inconvenient location, don’t stay here unless you are self driving.

There are better hotels around the area like Somerset and Hotel Jen. I am not coming back here for sure!

Extremely long waiting time for lifts

We stayed for 3 nights over the long weekend in Singapore (National Day and Hari Raya Haji). Property is close to Legoland, though not really close enough to walk. Check-in was fast. We booked the Premium Suite with 2 bedrooms and was given a room on the 6th floor in the West Wing. The room is very big, more in the style of a service apartment without the cooking (no hob, no oven) or washing (no washing machine or dryer) facilities. Overall, the room was quite clean except that there was a piece of trash near the wall when we checked in which was not cleared even when we checked out 4 days later. The breakfast at Delish was average, both in terms of spread and taste. The biggest problem at Ramada Meridin is the lifts. There were only 3 lifts for the West Wing, of which 1 was not working throughout our 4 day stay. This left only 2 lifts for around 300 rooms (the building is 32 stories high). Getting into the lift was next to impossible except for the 1st day we arrived (8th August 2019), the lifts were always full and we had to use the service lift on several occasions. We even had to take the stairs on the day when another lift had broken down, leaving only 1 lift working. We heard loads of other guests complaining about the lifts throughout our stay. The staff we encountered were always very polite and responsive. However, we will not consider staying again, in view of our experiences here. We were expecting a lot more from a big chain like Ramada.

Super huge room

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. We weren’t expecting a huge living room. It was nice to chill in. Everything was perfect. Staffs at concierge were friendly. Check in took a little longer than expected but we had no issues with it.

Except that we noticed that the staffs kept trying to pry into our rooms even though we clearly put do not disturb sign. Second morning we have requested for late check out but by 10am I realised tht the door was opened before. We were able to tell as we bolt locked the door. The lock was in adjusted position. This leaves us pretty uncomfortable. While sleeping we did hear noises outside, something like someone trying to open the door as well. Just wondering if security was an issue, or whether the staffs were really eager to clean up our rooms.

Other than that, all was perfect. We loved the hotel.

Quiet area good for relaxing. We had our Ramadan breaking of fast here and it was full house. Had our early morning breakfast too.
Very convenient to go to 2nd Link. We were driving so it was easy to move around. Nearby Legoland. Had a nice relaxing getaway.

Booked a suite with 2 rooms. Kitchen and toilets and 2 bedrooms were extremely clean. Comes with freezer/fridge, an open kitchen, bathroom toiletries, dining table and spacious living room. Very good 2 pillows were provided for each bed. Each rooms came with blackout curtains. Staff were courteous. A wide spread of buffet in the evening till 10pm. I went during peak period. However the buffet breakfast took a long time because food ran out and longer time was taken to replenish the food. The rain also limited the seats in the restaurant causing a long queue outside the restaurant from 9am.

Room was acceptable. However, breakfast was very disappointing. There was a long queue just to enter the only restaurant that was open. After entering, high majority of the food trays were empty and took very long to top up. Very poor capacity planning.
