The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for your stay in HK.

Stunning hotel, very artistic themed, the details and design of the hotel are just mind blowing, can be a bit confusing at first how to navigate the hotel, but will eventually figure it out! The view on 10th floor is just stunning. Location is connected to the mall and go straight to MTR. Everyone is friendly, staff were extremely professional and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was conveniently located in TST with the MTT station immediately outside. The view from our room was stunning. The hotel was clean and service was excellent - not intrusive. The facilities were also good with a Dyson hair dryer in the room.

During our stay, my brother left his cell phone in the taxi we took to K11 Artus from some place in HK. We paid the fee by cash and didn't take the receipt. Nor did we remember the driver's name or the taxi's plate #. We asked the staff of the hotel, name Wales if any driver brought back a cell phone to the hotel. They told us no one ever brought the cell phone to them, but they would see what they can do. Since we didn't have the receipt nor did we remember the taxi's plate# or the driver's name, he and his coworker immediately asked the security department to check video record trying to find out the taxi's plate # so to be able to contact the driver. Although we at last contacted the taxi driver though the cell phone's lost/found app and the driver helped to bring back the cell phone to us, the quick action and would-help attitude from the staff, Wales and his coworker really impress us, and we really appreciate it. The instance made us feel good being the guest of the hotel. Besides, the harbor view from the hotel is really so impressive as well. We highly recommend the hotel! And we shall stay in K11 for our next visit to HK.

The aroma of this hotel is amazing. The air smells quite \"expensive\". The gym facility is top-notch. All the machines are new and in mint condition.

Hotel was superb especially the location is beside k11 musea. The room we stayed was so nice especially the view. concierge and service was excellent. We celebrated my birthday and mothers day. Only problem is if you need room service, there is none availsble you need to order from app or in the mall, but mall closes around 8-9pm thats my only comment also breakfast option so little no salad vegetable options.

I've a little bit disappointed on my booking, because I went there before from grand opening, so I knew the size of room actually. I reserved 671 sqft, but the room seem hasn't got 671sqft (attached photos).....My booking is on X'mas day, so the room rate is very expensive more than other days.....so sad.....except the room size, other than that, overall is good.

I booked 2 rooms apartment and unexpectedly there is only one hair dryer in the inside toilet. But when taking it out to use in outside toilet, we find the sockets for very long (in fact the socket is very few within the room and is not easy to find) and finally we locate 3 sockets inside the mirror cupboard but due to the shelf, only one of it is fit for the dyson air dryer to insert but it has no electricity for that socket…. And finally we found another socket in another cupboard, the whole searching process is quite frustrating.

K11 artus was excellent .. great stay and space for a family with all your kitchen needs and sofa bed nook for the kids in the plus rooms . Pool and gym facilities were top!
No room service available but a convenient alternative offered by a tv menu. Food comes from K11 musea restaurants . not many children options, only downfall . Description of food offered very brief also . Eat out or byo for the kids . You can also have Deliveroo etc and the staff will bring to your room .. breakfast and meals available in the common room . Staff were super friendly and all had a can do attitude!! The hotel provided everything you would need for your stay in re; toiletries.. we were very happy with our stay .. as none of us can really travel at the moment and all we have are staycations., it’s nice to know what to pack and not pack

Honestly my experience at your hotel was really bad. I can’t imagine this was a premium hotel. The check in was super slow, there was a dead cockroach in the room, and I was asking the concierge to exchange another colour of waterproof bag for me and I had to wait for 20 min in the reception. After I got the bag I was asked to exchange right away although my bag was full of stuff already. If the hotel were genuine, they could’ve just give the additional one for me as a nice gesture of keeping me waiting for so long. They’re stingy on provide additional beverages or tea bags as well. You can choose one or another.

Everything seemed so unprofessional and disorganized.

Amazingly decorated hotel with excellent views. Check-in staff needs more training. I had pre-ordered a baby bathtub and sterilizer and it was never mentioned during check-in or ever brought to the room. Breakfast was included in the room rate but I didn't eat on the last day but they still charged me for an extra bread I ordered on the second day. They could have waved the small fee considering I didn't even eat breakfast on my last day. The only person that ever asked me how was my stay was the bell boy who helped load my bags when I was leaving the hotel.
