Very nice hotel, great room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the lounge on the 40th floor, and outdoor patio, but the food and refreshments could not be compared with those I had when I last visit earlier this year, a little bit disappointed with the dim sum and hot bar for breakfast. Everything else was good.

I'd return to this hotel for my many more visits. Adjoining mall offers branded goods & some mixed value eateries. Beside is the Avenue of Stars & night scene is mesmerizing.

The hotel is really luxury, best location, much newer compare to other big brands, I stayed in the corner suite with best view, the room was very spacious, corner suite layout is a little bit lack of efficiency, 2 connecting shower was very impressive, overall was good, very comfortable bed. I would come back again.

3k+HKD for a room with no phone and A/C

There were a few problems in my room.
The weight scale, phone and the air conditioning were broken/ not functioning well.

The house keeping replaced the scale after I called the hotel via my own mobile phone, and then 2 more staff came fixing the phone which took about 2.5 hours to get it done.

After I got back from Henry, i realised the air conditioning was not functioning at all, the room was very warm. So i called again and the maintanence staff came and spent around 40 minutes to get it fixed until around 1 am.

I was very disappointed about no one ever offered a room change! can you imagine staying in a hotel without a direct line to the house keeping/ front desk? they should had really offered me. It is not okay for your client to watch the staff keep fixing things in the room. It felt like we were living with someone else. not to mention it is a five star luxurious hotel.

Also the clock on the bedside table was very loud, its like u were sleeping next to a bomb counting down.

Wouldn’t stay again

The decor was nice and booking was easy. Everything was fine until our actual stay. The service was terrible everywhere except the manor club . For example, the room was not made up until 1 pm. The teapot was not washed from the night before and I ended up washing it myself because it would be faster. The pool was packed and we didn’t get to use it. My 3 year old fell off the sofa and slammed her eye into the coffee table. Normally if hotels know you have children staying with you, they’d do their best to childproof the room without you asking which includes adding foam to the edge of a glass coffee table.

Rosewood had been bigged up to a great extent. Compared to others in HK it was pretty ordinary. Rooms big but the interior designer must have been in a mission to use as many different materials as possible so the room ended up being offensive. Bathroom was like a fun fair. No dimmer on the lights. Metal octagonal basins were awful. No sound system with the TV. In room dining poor. Food overcooked. Someone spent a lot of money on this place and it just fails

We were there for my husband's birthday celebration so it was couple's staycation. We had the grand harbour view room overlooking the victoria harbour with access to the club lounge on 40th floor. It was very foggy so no view for us but the hotel decor, interior design, the room the art work etc everything was absolutely gorgeous. The services were impeccable. we would stay there again!

The occasion for my stay is to propose to my girlfriend. The people who helped in are Vicky, Samuel and Theodora. They are very friendly and helpful. They knew the purpose of my stay so they not only offered room upgrade which I declined but they also sent me a cake and champagne for my occasion. I can even see their smile with a mask on. In room dining service was timely and food was good. I will definitely stay in the hotel again.

Did a 2 night staycation. Clean, comfortable and spacious guestroom. Twin showers, twin sinks and a freestanding bath tub were a welcome luxury. Expansive view of the east side of Victoria Harbour. Slightly disappointed that we weren't facing south for a full view of the HK skyline. Good service overall. Drawback: was woken up repeatedly by the sound of other guestroom doors shutting. Quieter mechanisms would've been better.

This hotel speaks class and luxury, from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave, everyone is extremely hospitable and polite. my suite was huge with incredible views of Tst and the east harbour front. My butler, Jeffery Choy, made the stay incredible, excellent service and he's so genuine and helpful. Anyone staying in a suite, you can actually request your butler, so ask for him!

I’ve stayed at many hotels over the world, but the Rosewood Hong Kong is the best. I was stuck at the airport due to the protest closures and they sent out two cars to find me and bring me to the hotel.
Terry Chou, Guest Services Manager, went out of his way to make my stay the best. Rosewood need to note his quality of service by a good promotion.
Looking forward to visiting Hong Kong again if only to stay at the Rosewood.
