The lobby had UNCOMFORTABLE HARD chairs to sit on. There were unidentifide people coming and going the property. It did not feel secure in the lobby. I had to tell the front desk about these people. Food was expensive but mediocre. There was a cigarette smoke smell during daytime. I had to wrap my face with towel. I tried calling operator about it but phone only rang.

Very helpful staff, a bit if wait for our second room booking but sorted promptly. Just a bit of noise as we got the room near the rooftop where there's disco and loud music but I gotvear plugs so not so bad. Also, there should be a reminder to guests and staff not to talk too loud while in the hallways, we could hear voices throughout the night. Maybe just bad luck for us, we checked in on a weekend.

Had a great customer service but worst WiFi service I ever been. The linen and towel looks old and (unclean) not white enough for me. Place is expected to appear small,.Oh Well its a pod! So if you like to move around a little bit more this is not the place for you.

It is our second stay, and we were From 6 months ago, it was all nicely polished. But now, the towels looks like it has been overused that the colour looks blackish when it’s supposed to be white. We did ask for another set of towels thinking they might have given us an old stock but the replacement were the same. The shower looks already dated. They need to maintain the place, it’s a shame that in the span of 6months it’s already looking like that.

-The location is great, near convenience stores and WTC.
-The room although small is quite cute. The comfort room needs some maintenance though.
-The housekeeping staff should also be oriented. We requested for a room make-over thrice but nobody attended to our request until we checked-out. We stayed for two days and no housekeeping done. =(
-I like the infinity pool on the 11th floor overlooking the city. It is the only redeeming factor on the room flaws and the poor hotel service.
-I will consider booking again here because of the pool. =)

I tryed to alter the booking date one night earlier and thay would not give me a refund for the two rooms booked or alter the dates I tryed to change the dates two weeks before the booking date a loss to me of over $200. not impressed

Beautiful property but hotel operations suck

The hotel is very instagrammable with nicely designed interiors and beautiful accents. Kudos to the architect and interior designer who did this hotel. On the other hand, hotel operations leave much to be desired. The sheets are thin and rough, the room was not thoroughly cleaned (i saw cockroaches at the lobby and in my room), they charge for ice, bathrobe use, etc. Don't bring your room towel to the pool and vice versa as they charge for that too. Corkage of 50%/for the total bill for deliveries and food brought in would also be charged. It certainly felt like a metered taxi and the people are ill-trained in customer service.

Location wise, Id says it's pretty good. It's walking distance to The World Trade Center so convenient if you have an event to go there.

Avoid this deceitful den of scammers

This backpacker style accommodation is straight up run by scammers. They run a number of scams

1. They bait and switch with an inferior room to what is sold by the pictures.

2. They run a faked special cleaning scam charging extra for made up or washable stains .. other reviews mentioned it, I saw it happen to the other person checking out at the same time as me.

3. They don't put sufficient staff for check-in. Took me 45 minutes to check-in. So many people were waiting all 20 seats were full so standing the whole time.

4. They say if you bring outside food to your room you paid for they will charge you 50 percent extra of what the food cost. I read in reviews the restaurant was bad but I was so angry at them over the other shams I avoided eating there so I don't know.

Other than that the rooms were newish with some nice things but cheap overall, cheap mattress, steps wobbled in loft, window leaked when it rained

Will never stay there ever again and booking another 13 night stay somewhere else . 50 percent corkage fee even on ice and coke ?????? And no signage regarding the corkage scam in the motel room or on the book in counter and it even applied to food Plus I asked for milk after I boiled the kettle in my room to be told that there is no kettle in my room 🤔 ps I work in a internationally owned resort complete with restaurant and bar and they do not have corkage charges and if I knew beforehand I would of booked somewhere else apart from that room and public areas were tidy

The room we got was not the one we booked, we are expecting to see a room with 2 double beds on it and a sofa bed but ended up just having 1 bed and a sofa bed, different as shown on the page.

I didn't like that the information and the images when I booked were different to the actual room. Inaccurate and misleading information. So disappointed. Parking wasn't available. Had to beg for the guards to look for a parking for me. All this made me decide not to stay.

Room was dirty with stains on the walls, even a blood stain near the bed! Wallpaper was peeling. Upon check in the tv wasnt working and it took them some time to fix it. Glassware in room and the restaurant was dirty. The shower was draining properly so we had to take a shower with a puddle of water. And too noisy! We could hear traffic from the street and loud guests in halls. They also couldn't accomodate a late check out so we booked an extra night! Bad experience! Do not book!!

Service is pretty bad, we arrive before the check in time (2 pm) and we couldn’t use any facilities, they said to us to sit on a chair and wait 2 pm. We were leaving at 3 am for the airport and we were late for our flight and the woman at the reception was taking her time and not hurry up. She call a guy to go check our room, never seen a check out like this before.

They don't give you enough bathroom supplies specifically tissues and towels.

Hands down the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, no wifi, arrived at 6pm asked to wait half an hour while my room is prepared ecen tho check in is 2pm, the room absolutely stunk, reception were not so warm, called at 11 to remind me to check out for 12 disturbing me. Walls very think can cknstantly hear customers and staff outside. Honestly i was ready to change hotels and forget the money it was that bad. Thank god i only had one night in this hole.

Nice Place, Poor Process Flow

The place is nice and the staff are kind; but they have serious flaws in the process. Check-in time was too slow; and their seats for waiting are very limited. Being a person who walks with a cane, that affects me a lot. And we were hoping to extend but the staff could not book us from there...has to be done online. Because their net had to be fixed that day, I couldn't book the extension. When I tried again in the morning, it was already fully booked for that on day in-between and the remaining two days were ok. Of course, we didn't book the remaining nights and stayed where we transferred.

Well this place is absolutely horrible! The first impression I get after leaving the airport after a 16H flight. They came around while in the lobby with drinks in a dirt glass. After, we were told to go to the eleventh floor to wait for check in at 2pm. That was a weird experience, due to the service being slow and the glasses of water that we drank were dirty and had food residue on them.
After entering the room we noticed multiple discrepancies: 1. Dirty Floor 2. Unclean shower area (there was residue green and brown stuff 3. Unclean sheets with stains on them 4. You have to make your own bed 5. A/C that we wanted was not turned on prior to arrival and no windows that could be opened for circulation 6. Awful smell.
I could go on and lets say don't stay here if you like things clean and just basic decency. Also, if you want to feel safe at this location lets just say, you can kiss that goodbye. There was trash stacked in the alley!

I like the room and designs of the property. Love the food, great job chef! But my worst experience is getting my rooms clean. I didn’t know that you need to tell them that you want the rooms clean. The next day I told them to clean but when I came back at night no one cleaned it. Tried again for the next 4 days and finally the fourth time I got my room clean but It was only cleaned because I had to call them the second time that day again and so I had wait for them to clean it.

The designs are great but the place is not what you'll expect. Here's some of the things that I took into consideration when I booked this:

Pool: It's great that they have a pool but the water is cold during an early morning or night swim. Not the typical pool since it's elevated. The metalic steps going to the pool is wobbly. So be careful.

Room: Not a child friendly room. Well at least our room 1012. 2 beds one on the lower part and 1 in the upper part where they have steep steps to get there and you can't stand up. There's a mini fridge, the sink is just a sight away from the bed, complimentar water, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, water heater (for coffee/tea), and sleepers.

Showers: The hot shower is extremely weak. You can barely feel it's hot. Asked them if the central heating is working and they said yes. But you can't really feel it.

Food and drinks: The grilled pusit is great but expensive. You have to order the rice separately. Tried the mozerella sticks and it's good but not expecting it to he wrapped in bread then coated with more breadings. Drinks is pricey too. A can of beer is already 85 and sodas are at 75.

Overall, some staffs are great but not those in reception who are extremly slow. The place as of this review is still under construction and it's hot everywhere aside from your room with ac and the roof top with the open air. Smoking is done at the ground floor which is a hassle if you're up in your room.

The hotel may have good dollar value for your money, but when you checking in you discover that you will have to pay for every thing. Bringing food? pay 50% of the invoice. Beverages? Pay 50% of the invoice. Visitor? Pay 400 PHP per hour. The worst thing about this hotel is the level of noise, I really couldn't sleep because of loud voices from other rooms, and it seems there are no insulation at all. Room service since 7 am knocking doors loudly and asking people to open doors. I hate staying there because of the noise.

The neighborhood is the worst I’ve ever been in EVER. I’ve traveled a lot and have stayed in third world nations before, but this beats all I’ve ever seen.
I felt like I was in a post apocalyptic scene of a movie. Incredibly bad. Homelessness and begging on the streets outside. Filth everywhere. I was sick to my stomach.
Good luck trying to apologize for this. You will NEVER make it any better here.
Inside, the “pod” was decent for a one short night layover. Looked to be still under construction. Inside and out.
I paid for a room with a view and was given a room with a view of 4 interior concrete walls. The staff tried to move me, but had nothing else available.
My advice would be to take this concept somewhere else in a different neighborhood and try to finish it up before renting to anyone.

Place is nice and price is good, but everytime I have stayed there was an issue. Last time was noise from the breakfast area at 6am, changed rooms and had to change rooms a second time because they put me below some construction. This time was a blocked shower drain and sink, maintenance came and fixed it but lasted only a few hours, blocked again. Sometimes saving a few bucks isn’t worth it.

I did not know it was under construction when we booked online, it did not say but when we arrived it was very noisy from jack hammers and banging and concrete dust all over. Nights were very noisy from people kids running the halls late at night. I guess once construction is done and the place is cleaned up of dust it will be great

I didn't like the most was that the main entrance door in the lobby was open. So, pollution and heat coming from outside was going inside. My family and I cannot stay for a while in the lobby while waiting for our service to arrive because we will feel uncomfortable especially we were wearing formal attires to attend some formal event, which was the reason why I booked Executive Suite type of room.

We didn't even informed prior to check-in that on the following day, the pool area will be use for some video shoot. My family went there, woke up early even have slept late because we were just came from evening formal event party, prepared ourselves to swim, wore appropriate outfit for the pool, however, there were so many bystanders due to the staff of the video shooting event in the building. It's not advisable for me as a woman to swim in front of lots of bystanders due to no more privacy, so, I have decided just to let my son swam on the pool alone even I also want to. If we were just informed prior to check-in, atleast, we have used and tried the amenities earlier or the day before. Worse was, we were Informed when my son just started to wander in the pool, that we have to leave the premises after 30mins, because the videoshoot is going to start. Thus, as respect for those who will going to use the place for the said event,we just decided to leave the area immediately, and not waited for the allowance of time given to us anymore.

My Hotel Disappointment

From the pictures I saw on Hotels.com the hotel was disappointing because of the location, room floor not completely clean, hair on entrance of bathroom, leaky shower, and scenery from my room.
