No car allowed, walking precinct, the nearest free parking is by the marina, half an hour walk. U have to go to their main office nearby to collect the key it not listed u have to bargain very hard to get the address on the first floor not sign posted. The manager grumpy not welcome typical Italian. There are better places unless u don’t have a car

Ideal if you want to be Close to everything

I killed my stay for a week. I enjoyed some home cooking in the apartment, albeit in a very basic kitchen but enough to get by. The management need to fix a few small things like a running toilet and leaking water heater that is on top of the fridge. A safe would have been comforting to have in the room for valuables etc. I would stay there agin and it was very good value.

Ce n'est pas le souci de la chambre en elle même qui est en soi correct, c'est que le vitrage n'isole pas du tout du bruit extérieur, pas de volets non plus. En plein été vous êtes assurés de passer une nuit blanche ou presque. Hors saison j'imagine que c'est top car en plein centre. Pour des jeunes qui font la fête et qui dorment peu vous pouvez y aller, pour des sexagénaire compliqué !!

Bel emplacement, chambre agréable et propre.
Le gros problème c'est le bruit de la rue piétonne Jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit. Bruit également dans l'immeuble, bruit de canalisations toute la nuit, douche et WC de type sani broyeur. Dommage je ne reserverai plus jamais cet établissement à San remo.

Da evitare. Orrendo...

Pessimo. Per avere le chiavi bisogna andare in un posto molto distante dalla camera e fare una fila di due ore senza avere un bagno.. Assolutsmente sconsigliato. Se potete andate in altro posto. Esperienza negativissima....

Usine à dodo..!!!

Très déçus ... il faut déjà trouver le bureau pour pouvoir récupérer les clés, et ensuite repartir avec ses valises pour trouver la chambre..
Pas pro du tout ..on est abandonné ..et lorsqu'on trouve enfin la chambre( pas de plans et indications sommaires..)..pas propre du tout et très rudimentaire.

Vista sul Teatro Ariston

Solo una notte con la mia famgilia (camera da 4 letti), scelta fortunata nonostante il ponte festivo. Estrema cortesia sia in fase di prenotazione (con risoluzione proattiva dei problemi della mia carta e sollecita variazione della mia sistemazione da tripla a quadrupla senza incremento dei costi). Più propriamente siamo nell'ambito dell'affitta-camere, ma il locale si presentava pulito, sufficientemente spazioso, con standard di confort adeguati alla categoria. In pienissimo centro, si è goduto comunque di tranquillità e silenzio notturni.

Bagno puzzava (l acqua che saliva su all'improvviso dal water) muri sporchi e con muffa,porte sporche,all arrivo ci siamo dovuti far cambiare la coperta, la camera si trovava in un condominio pero con camere private l'unica cosa positiva è che abbiamo prenotato solo per una notte

Camera diversa da come descritto nelle foto

Camera sicuramente molto diversa da quanto riportato nelle foto, nemmeno assomiglia a quanto descritto. Arredamento minimal non curato per nulla. Camera sporca alle pareti. Il check in è fatto interamente dagli ospiti. Il parcheggio non è convenzionato. Il check out è stato prima del previsto poiché il personale doveva fare le pulizie.

Ville san remo est une super ville avec un grand marche
Mais pour l hotel je suis tres mecontente ! Tout d abord il est pas facile a trouver, il est dans des rues pietonnes puis il a fallu appeler pour qu une personne vienne nous conduire a notre chambre car il n y a pas d accueil ! Sauf que je n avais pas le numero, ca n a pas ete precise a la reservation et je ne parle pas italien. . . Je vous dis pas la galere mzis ce n est pas tout ! C etait en vendredi soir veille de marche je me suis gare sur un parking devant un supermarche, j ai demande si ca ne craigbait pas au monsieur il m a dit que non juste l horodateur a paye le lendemain 1,5euro de l heure.
N etant pas tres rassuree nous lui avons pose la question au moins 5 fois et je lui ai montre la photo du marche pour bien qu il comprenne. ... mais encore une fois il maintient que je peux rester a cette place et que le marche est bien demain un peu plus loin.... sauf qu il s avere que j etais en plein sur le marche et la voiture s est retrouve a la fourriere ! Merci l hotel !

Pro: camera provvista di alcuni confort.
Contro: si é rilevato un affitta camere dopo la prenotazione. Camera piccola e mansardata. Situato al quarto piano senza ascensore. Acqua calda intermittente. Rumore inaccettsbile per la presenza di un locale di fianco alla struttura.

En faite , ce n'est pas un hôtel ,mais les chambres d'accueil au centre de San Remo , pas de conciergerie , il faut prévenir à quelle heure on arrive pour que quelqu'un accueille ,parking impossible , si vous êtes en voiture il vaut mieux choisir un autre hôtel .les chambres sont rénovées , le meuble tout neuf .

Posizione centralissima, camere accoglienti, comode e pulite ricavate all'interno di un palazzo storico, senza hall o reception. Personale cortese e disponibile. Organizzato più come un affittacamere che un albergo, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Per chi vuole stare in centro e' ottimo.

La zona e' centrale, ha a disposizione tutti i servizi con facilita'. avrei preferito poter arrivare e parcheggiare, ma a sanremo il parcheggio e' un lusso.la camera era apposto e pulita. la reception e' solo telefonica, si viene raggiunti dal personale,cortese. dall'entrata della pensione alla stanza l'ambiente e' squallido.
