My husband and I book a room for 3 days, when we went to check in it was not easy, we needed internet which we did not have in a alley way, After about 15 minutes talking with some on the phone, we finally got the pass code to get in...After we opened the door, we were informed the room was on the 3rd floor, which for US people that would be on the 4th floor.. and NO ELEVATOR...We did not read anywhere no elevator...We had to carry our bags up 6 flights of stairs in 90 degrees with no air condition..for young people that is ok , but for a couple in their 60's and 70's this is very difficult and not good for your health even if you are in good shape..If you are traveling light with luggage it would be okay, but if you are travelling for several weeks it SUCKED...Our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels and after walking up 6 flights twice a days you need fresh towels..
So be carefare renting here...

I spent eight days here solo and was sad to leave. It had become very homey as I'd gotten to know the surrounding neighborhoods. Small, simple, safe/clean... I will happily stay here again!

Defenitively the best place in Sanremo, the place was more than what I expected and the staff was very helpful and acomodating.

Acess to the property was very easy also, and the location is prime, where restaurants and bars are located!

Located in the heart of Sanremo, but very quiet. Clean rooms, at a fair price, with an easy electronic check-in and codes to enter the property. We liked the availability of a fridge, water, coffee and tea. During a very hot summer, the air conditioner was outstanding.

Booked the room at the last minute due to train timing. The host sent me all info less than 10’ after by WhatsApp and gave me all info to arrive at destination. I did not request their help for lifting my luggage to the 3rd floor but if I knew it was a real 3rd floor I would definitely asked for their help. The room was small as mentioned in other comment however very neat and all amenities were available. The only thing I would say is bird noise in the hall that started at night until I get up…

Beautiful, modern, clean in the CENTER of it all.

This is the second stay for my husband and I at Emily Rooms. The room is so clean and nice. Very small but perfect if you plan on exploring the city and just need a lovely place to sleep and shower. I love the added touch of espresso maker and water cooler in the common area. Something to note; they use a super cool cellular door opening service that is activated when you call a certain number with your phone. So if you don't have cell service while traveling just let them know and they can give you a key to open the front door instead.

Comfortable stay

Great location. Very central. Nice clean recently refurbished property but Nota bene, Third floor, no lift and no parking !
We spent 45 mins parking the car where they recommended then walked with our suitcases about 10 mins to the accommodation. Upon arrival you are not met or greeted by anyone. You literally just get a message with instructions. So you are given a code to let Yr self in the main door and your room door after having to go up three levels to get to
Emily’s rooms. A coffee machine in the communal area that didn’t work and a jar of biscuits on the side and milk in the fridge. That’s it!
In my opinion it was very poor value for money as nearby hotels 3 /4 star were cheaper. I didn’t see these till after I booked the accommodation as I was looking for something with parking but could have gone somewhere better. I Felt very ripped off.

In short: convenient location and lazy staff

Located in the heart of Sanremo, it is a convenient location for enjoying Sanremo to the fullest into the night.

The room was clean and simple but had everything I need.

However, there is a problem with the staff.
I called the provided number about 10 times, but there was no answer.

Responses to messages and emails were delayed, and I had to resend messages about five times before I finally got a reply.

The building does not have an elevator.
The room is on a higher floor, so you have to climb over 80 steep steps.

I couldn't carry my suitcase up the stairs, so I left it in an external storage facility.

Väldigt bra läge, nära till restauranger och stränder och huvudgatan. Rummet va okej, dålig AC. Krångligt incheckningssystem, man behövde själv höra av sig till värden för incheckningsinformationen, trots att jag redan haft kontakt med dem. Fick höra av mig flera gånger innan jag fick incheckningsinstruktionerna.

Avantages : tres centrale, propre.
Points fiables : 3ème etage sans ascensur et le code pour le portail recu via whatsapp bloqué. J'ai attendu un petit quart d'heure avant d'etre rappelé par l'hote, qui a réactivé le code.Peut etre il faudrait laisser dans la chambre la cles du portail.

Acceptable stay for one day.

It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum.
Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay.

Superbra läge i centrala Sanremo. Enkel incheckning. Trevlig personal, men ett litet minus för att den personal vi träffade inte ens kunde enkla fraser på engelska. Rent och fräscht rum, men lyhört. Funkar bra om du bara ska stanna några nätter och vill ha någonstans att sova.

Idéalement situé

Super emplacement, au troisième étage sans ascenseur, mais avec tout ce qu'on mange ça ne fait pas de mal 😉.
Chambres très propres rénovées avec goût assez spacieuses.
Un petit coin d entrée appréciable avec un frigo avec des paniers numérotés pour chaque chambre.
J'ai eu l occasion de contacter la Team d Emily Rooms et impeccable très réactif.

Une nuit a sanremo

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement . C’est un self checking donc nous ne l’avons aucun contact avec le staff w la chambre est très petite mais très propre. L’emplacement est très bien. C’est pratique pour une nuit mais pas plus .

Appartement transformé en hotel, assez original. Petite chambre, mais convenablement équipée et propre. L'accès se fait complètement sans clé (appel à un numéro gratuit pour ouvrir la porte de l'immeuble, et code pour la chambre).
Très bien situé.
Seul bémol, ma chambre donnait côté rue, et c'était très bruyant jusque tard le soir, et très tôt le matin.

Ottimo- ci torneremo!! Comodissima come posizione. Molto comodo il check-in e check-out. Unico limite forse il non avere un luogo 'custodito' per lasciare le valigie- c'è un ripostiglio ma non è chiaro il passaggio e dove lasciare poi le chiavi a fine giornata avendo lasciato la stanza (probabilmente bastava chiedere). Detto questo- posto fantastico, pulitissimo, bello e curato nei minimi dettaglio. Macchina del cafè nell'ingresso comod. Forse l'avrei presa a ccialde e non che macina il cafè perchè presto alla mattina si ha paura di svegliare gli altri ospiti. Cafè comunque buono! Siamo stati davvero molto bene.

In centro praticamente a pochi passi dalla via centrale di Sanremo. Al terzo piano peccato sia senza ascensore per cui non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta. Molto confortevole e graziosa la stanza . Macchina del caffè (ottimo peraltro) Mi è piaciuta molto l'idea di un frigo comune con contenitori riservati alla stanza dove poter riporre cose per la colazione. Ci ritornerò senz'altro.

Appartement dans une ruelle au 3e étage sans ascenseur, mais une fois arrivés c est le bonheur !
Très accueillant avec dans l entrée, une machine à expresso et frigo à disposition + une fontaine à eau...
Tout est neuf et décoré avec goût !
Une jolie trouvaille à un prix tout doux !
Profitez-en pour visiter San Remo et tester les nombreux restaurants aux alentours !
Superbe endroit pour un agréable week-end en amoureux !
On vous conseille la bodeguita au pied de l immeuble qui vous propose des tapas, des pizzas, des hamburgers etc... et surtout une bière maison très douce !

Le fait de ne pas voir une personne physiquement peut déranger.
La cafetière a dysfonctionne ce qui gâche un peu un petit déjeuner au lit avec sa moitié. .
Sinon rien à dire. ..style et goûts sont au RDV. .
Situation géographique parfaite. .
