Spacious modern 1 bedroom suite. Very well located just outside the shopping and restaurant center, but quiet. They have free bikes to lend and we cycled 15 minutes to the beach Tre Ponti. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We had a fabulous time. Check before arrival if you want parking (moderate charge per night)

What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy washing and drying machine that is available. By that time we traveled quite a distance and was really too happy to wash some of our clothing. Everything is nearby and the facility is perfect. I honestly couldn’t believe our luck when we got here. If we are ever in the area, will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Lovely apartment. Comfortable, clean and right at the marina with great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our visit, walke two hours to the Luxury Outlets when the bus, nearby takes only 15 minutes. Also enjoyed the Casino and a short train ride to Monaco/Monte Carlo.

We were so impressed with the modern furnishings in the apartment, they really thought of everything! The service of a hotel with the comforts of a home. Clean, comfortable, bright and airy, the only thing better than the accommodations were the staff. So friendly, they spoke perfect English and greeted me by name at every occasion. We were able to do our laundry, take their bicycles out, sit on our patio and be amazed by the view and it’s so close to everything important. The biggest thing I can say about this residence is that we felt extremely safe. The security is excellent, there is always a staff member on hand watching the entrances. The next time we visit San Remo we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. They even upgraded our room. We had a two bedroom with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms a kitchen and a balcony. It was very nice for a family of 4. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The hotel also has bikes free for use. Which was perfect to ride along the coast on the bike path. There is a grocery store just two blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone else.

Lovely family break right by the beach. Hotel very clean with great staff and a little kids play area. Car park is a tight squeeze but a handy feature. Lots of good local restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beach is perfect for kids and relaxing enough for grown ups.

Incredible location, view, and staff!
Unfortunately, we only got to stay here for a single day. In a heartbeat, we would go back to this place for a longer stay. I'm not 100% sure we would stay in the summer when this location, hotel, and room type are probably full of families with small children, due to the proximity to the beach and the children's play areas, but in winter, spring, or fall, we would come back - the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke to us in English. Parking was available for our stay for a very reasonable price. The restaurants, bars, and grocery store located adjacent to the hotel and within walking distance were very convenient, and the restaurant we did go to for dinner was incredible. Many other sights of the town were walkable from this beach/harbor-front hotel too. The apartment-style room was good, with a full kitchenette and refrigerator perfect for in-room cooking, eating, and a longer-term stay. The roll-down shutters brought dark and relative quiet to the room...Sanremo's scooters are many and loud. Great location! Excellent staff and service. The off-season price was unbeatable!

Amazing! Could not have been in a better location. Three beaches right across the street, in the marina, surrounded by great restaurants,especially, Flipper! Conrad market right around the corner in case you want to cook, or make your own espresso. Kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, tea and espresso pot! Could not have been more pleased! Oh, the reception staff is excellent and very friendly!!

Fabulous apartments
This was our second time staying at Residence dei du porti - Fabulous. Very spacious, clean and well equipt. The staff are very friendly and attentive, we had concerns about the times of the trains and getting back to Nice for our return flight, staff immediately checked other options for us. The apartments are situated beach front and have a roof top terrace, fabulous for some peaceful sun bathing. This visit my husband and I took advantage of the free bicycles available at the apartments and had an amazing day cycling a long the coast line (very safe ride as it is cycle track all the way). If you have small children with you, there is a small play area where they can play safely, with cushion flooring, slides and other toys. We recommend these apartments to all our friends without any hesitation and will definitely return soon.

The staff was great! They gave great recommendations on where to go in San Remo! The hotel was located perfectly. Across the street from the beach, close to the port and all the great restaurants. It was a short walk to shopping in the center of town and to the casino. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean! I hope to return some day!

This was our 2nd location while cruising in French and Italian Riviera. We got upgraded suite from the 3rd floor with sea view, and the room itself was very nice, thank you for that! The service was very friendly and everything worked smoothly. Private car park (10€/day) was very handy as well as the location itself - just few hundreds of meters walking and you have all the restaurants. Coop is located basically next to the hotel, so when ever you like to prepare your own food it can't be any easier. We picked up freshly baked bread and brioches at 8.00 am from the Coop and enjoyed lovely breakfast in the room. The coffee was prepared naturally with Moka-coffee maker! The bonus to us was not the sea side view, which is beatifully. It was the white table clothes provided by the hotel to the room! Thanks and cheers, Jari & Piritta from Finland

We [Americans] just stayed at this hotel for two days with our three children. It far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious even by American standards. It has a full kitchen and kitchen table in it! The bed was king-sized and the sofa bed turns into two twin beds. This wasn't very clear when we booked it, so we were surprised and pleased. The staff were all SO friendly and tolerant of loud children.
Another surprise was that there must have been 20+ bicycles [3 or 4 with baby seats!] available for loan for free. So we were able to borrow these and go biking on the BEAUTIFUL, stunning bicycle path along the Mediterranean. It was the most beautiful bike ride we had ever been on, and the path extends for miles and miles with stunning beaches along the way.
The beach located by the hotel is literally steps outside. The beach is incredibly clean, but it does feel like a city beach [the water is a bit cloudy, but overall a good beach]. There's a playground on this beach. The beaches along the bike path were breathtakingly beautiful, so don't settle necessarily for the beach by the hotel. The WIFI worked well - I really can't say enough about this hotel. I think the photos don't really do it justice. It's not glamourous, but it's perfect for a traveling family. :)

I spent 2 nights in Sanremo in October. The residence was very clean and the staff were very helpful and informative regarding things to do in the area. The free bike rental was fantastic! The only issue was there was a lot of noise at night from neighboring rooms. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Very clean and spacious - very well equipped. Great location - right in the centre of San Remo and next to beach which guests can use free of charge. Nice play area for children and also a roof top sunbathing area which is lovely to sit and have a drink in the evenings.Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the bikes which the hotel offered free of charge. 24k cycle track which follows coast line from Ospedaletti to San Lorenso. The track passes right outside Residence dei Due Porti. Flew into Nice and travelled by train to San Remo. Fantastic holiday - will definitely return to San Remo - and to this extremely good value accommodation.

Convenient, cozy, well equipped, friendly....
The Residence dei Due Porti is a must stay if you want a reasonably priced, modern and ever-so friendly and responsive hotel in Sanremo. We stayed in both a family sized room with a slight view and a small Meditarranean view one and both rooms were immaculate, cozy and modernly decorated and furnished. The staff could not be friendlier, the location is beach front and yet only a short walk, if you're traveling light, from the superb newer underground train station. Literally outside the hotel is part of the long (Europe's longest) bike trail they created when they moved the train lines from the beach front to the mountain tunnel, and the hotel will let you use one of several basic bikes for free. We rode for 2 hours and still did not run out of trail, instead finding stunning ocean view places to stop for coffee and ice cream. Hotel is a short walk from a great Conad supermarket for supplies and from restaurants, bars etc. which take care of locals, tourists and the port boat traffic. Unconditonally recommended.

The hotel is very convenient to the beach and close by an interesting port where there is always something happening, and is right beside the marvellous cycling track to San Lorenzo The weather during our visit wasn't warm enough to use the beach, but we did use the cycle track. In good weather the upstairs terrace would also be very pleasant
Although the building is a bit lacking in character, and the reception area is very utilitarian (like a guard house in the carpark) this also means that staff keep a close watch on all comings and goings which did give a sense of security.
We were not able to book a room with a view, (which I would recommend) so our apartment
on the ground floor of the main block was basically a largish space semi-divided into bedroom and a very adequate kitchen/dining area.It also had a small balcony without a view.
Facilities aside, the two best things about this hotel are the friendly and very helpful staff and the provision of free bikes for guests. When we borrowed the bikes for our cycling day we were helped to adjust them without even asking- all part of the service.

Appartement très spacieux avec ses deux chambres avec vue mer. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Au pied de l’hôtel il y a les plages et il est à 10mn à pied de la vieille ville. Les personnes à l’accueil parlent français et sont très gentils. Je le conseille sans hésitation !!!

Vraiment un beau séjour. Tout est très propre, malgré la décoration un peu dépassée. L’épicerie à proximité permet de se faire à manger de manière autonome sans avoir à trop dépenser. Même si les plages en face sont payantes, ce n’est pas non plus hyper dispendieux. La résidence est bien située et permet de se rendre dans le centre très facilement. La gare de train est à environ 10 minutes de marche, donc encore une fois très pratique. J’ai retiré une étoile seulement puisque nous devions quitter avant l’aube et remettre notre carte de chambre, mais personne n’était à la réception. Nous voulions aussi un taxi pour se rendre à la gare mais personne n’a été en mesure de nous confirmer s’il allait vraiment passer à l’heure demandée ou non. Malgré tout, super contente du séjour!

Solide Unterkunft direkt zentral zwischen den beiden Häfen mit schönem Blick. Leider war eine laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel auf der Straße, was vorher nicht ersichtlich war. Das Personal ist Mega nett und kompetent. Man ist zu Fuß in 3 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Couch war leider unbequem. Ohne die Baustelle würde ich wieder kommen.

Geweldig! De perfecte locatie aan het mooie zandstrand van San Remo. Vlakbij het centrum. Mooie kamers, netjes en schoon. De accomodatie heeft gratis fietsen ter beschikking waarmee je heerlijk langs de kust kunt fietsen. Echt een aanrader! Erg behulpzame, vriendelijke en gastvrije medewerkers! Super aardige mensen!
