We went to a Galatasaray match and the property was really close to the stadium. Close to vadi istanbul shopping mall as well as restaurants / bars etc. Not far from central areas like taksim with a taxi too.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The only problem was that the refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise, we couldn’t even sleep and finally switched it off. Better to take care of appliances. Rest was amazing, thank you

Overall Radisson Residence is a very convenient option for family stay. Rooms are well equipped, staff is competent and friendly, very responsive.
Overall cleanness is good.
Something to improve: In our room we had shower system and drainage issues ( partly resolved after hotel tech visit). I requested quiet room ( travelled with elderly parents on medical visit) but the room was in front of staff storage room, overlooking the heavy traffic highway, plus the heating and conditioning system units. Will make sure I double check on it next time

Great, modern building, fully suited with great shopping and dining amenities in walking distance. The spa steam sauna and pool were difficult to access due to having to book them in advance on scheduled times. Very difficult for spontaneous use of a steam room or a hot tub that is always off and must be Booked a day before you wish to engage in a simple steam or sauna.

Great place in Istanbul

This is an amazing home from home. We are based in Abu. Dhabi & stay a lot in suites in Middle East and Asia because we have young twins & a & a 22-year old son. Honestly I don’t think we’ve found a better place yet! The room is superb & kitchen is really functional so we could self-cater. Meanwhile the gym, pool etc were perfect. In addition the nearby neighborhood had amazing restaurants. So, eat in or eat out was well catered for. As for transport the metro is accessible from about 500m & there’s even a taxi park within 100m.
We used taxis mostly but it’s a very accessible location. Can’t stop. Without mentioning the housekeeping crew. Quite simply best I have ever seen in many many countries. You do not know they’ve been until you notice they’ve cleaned up to such a professional standard. Good location. The place might get busy sometimes which might disturb the sleep but overall it was a comfortable stay. The staff was good overall. Nice forest view.
People at the property might get loud at night time. We had few nights when we woke up from the sleep due to loud talking and walking on the floors.

Hotel is good, apartment is good .. the only compliant that certain things in the apartment need maintenance. İ stayed at 306 and the main balcony door handle was broken. Same with the master bedroom bathroom, the shower handle was broken. And the TV in the master bedroom had issues.

Minore issues, for otherwise a good place.
