The room was spotless and neat. We had everything we needed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Reception was very helpful and met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and the room with a city view. Everyday we awoke to a beautiful view of a mosque like structure. We were in close proximity to food and local stores and two of the largest shopping malls that I’ve seen. Loved the gym, sauna and pool. We utilized these facilities on a daily basis with ease and comfort. When I return to Istanbul, I will be staying here again.

This was a very nice hotel and I would consider staying again if the price is right. I stayed for business for 7 nights. This area is a very nice area of Istanbul. There are two giant malls next door to the hotel so there are a lot of dining options. There are also some great dining options across the street past the huge mosque (which is a beautiful mosque). If you want to do some shopping, I suggest going to the more authentic shops behind the Hyatt hotel. I got some amazing desserts from one of these shops.

The breakfast was very good at this hotel. I particularly liked the honeycomb style honey, cheese selection, and the freshly made omelets. The workout facility is small, but there were rarely more than 2 people in it, and it was comfortable enough.

My only criticism is that there is a lot of noise that comes from the street. This hotel is on a very busy street and even though I was on the 4th floor and toward the back of the hotel away from the main street, there was still a good amount of noise coming through my room. Beyond that it was a great stay and I would consider booking it again.

It is clean and staff are friendly. The only downsides wete they charge for parking and in order to use their pool you have to wear a swim cap and they don't just give you one, you have to purchase it from them.

Great service, staff and very pleasant stay. Breakfast was also excellent with attentive staff--clean and tidy table settings and for me, perfect choice of food. Had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food--had a minced meat pide and an Adana wrap--awesome! The location of the Hotel with walking distance to two high end Malls made the visit perfect as that was what we needed. Thank you for the pleasant stay, will definitely come back only to this Hotel when in Istanbul.

Hotel staff was good and professional, we have to wait for our room,.
Reception staff provide me with good information, I can not remember the names, but it was the gentle man who checked me in and the bell boy was very attentive and polite ( tall guy).
The room was not not, very bad smell in the shower, towels very tired … I stay every year and I can see that the level of cleanness has dropped down dramatically ,

The hotel location is excellent I highly recommend it for people who like shopping, as there are 2 nearby malls. . The staff at the reception were amazing Esma and Zelal. The twin bed is a bit small for my tatse, the air conditioning is not cold enough in the summer. I have not tried any of their food.

Fire alarm system is not robust

It was very nice, main issue is that fire detectors works automatically causing a lot of noise and on the night of Thursday 2nd Nov there was evacuation Alton at 2 am and it was false just technical issue, annoying !!!

I have written reviews for this hotel several times since I stay there now every time I am back in Istanbul. Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful with no exception which is very hard to find. Only hiccup we had because we chose the option \"to pay at the hotel\" they canceled our reservation when they got all the rooms sold. My card was declined for another reason which complicated the matter but I was disappointed after a long flight that they tried to reach me (while I was on my long flight) and when they did not hear back they canceled my 5 day stay. Yet they handled it well and we got lucky when someone checked out early. They also gave us breakfast every day to make up for it and apologized. We stayed there two more times after this incidence which tells you we like this hotel no matter what. What I recommend is do not use the \"pay at the hotel\" option just to make sure you have your room. Rest will make you happy.

Very nice inside and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to Metro and nearby shopping malls and eateries. Staff were excellent, especiallg at breakfast.
The only downside was the traffic noise from the busy road which seems to be 24/7. It was as though there was a fault with the window as noise was still audible even when closed. This is a shame as it would be 10/10 for this property if this problem didn't exist.

It is not my first time
But this time the room (503) has two windows the curtains of one of them is not fully covered and it was hard to sleep when the sun shine i asked to change the room many times and they refused to do that

On the first day we went for breakfast around 9:00 AM and my wife left her wedding ring on the sofa and when we came back after 30 mins the maid has already entered our room and the ring was not there, after this incident the maid started leaving our room uncleaned by turning on the DND and leave.

The hotel is clean and the housekeeping lady and bell boys are very kind however I don't particularly appreciate it when checking in someone says my room number at loud. And my husband's feet have broken. The lady at the reception told me they can't deliver any packages to the room from outside because of \"hotel policy\" but while I wasn't at the hotel.. they were understanding and accepted. Not sure why the policy is changed in terms of what. I didn't appreciate this encounter.

Staff need to communicate with each other, one staff says something the other day other staff don’t know about it. Room needs to be cleaned when green light is on every time I go out they ignore it. And when DND is on they knock on the door.
Had a terrible time there definitely not coming back.
