We enjoyed our stay at Milport Hotel as it was convenient to commute by metro to airport. The receptionist said we'd have to change subways but that info was wrong as the one subway takes you there from the metro stop that is a 5 min walk from hotel making it very handy. The neighbourhood is void of restaurants but you can walk to Besiktas and it's happening there!

The property seems average and the staff were pleasant and nice. I question the cleanliness however due carpet stains and some spots we found on the sheets. The breakfast says full but the choices are the same everyday and limited. Then there is the nightclub across from the hotel that brings crowds and police to front of the hotel. The noise can wake you up because the crowed is loud, cars honking and moving along the street or parked in the front. We were woken up both nights.

The rooms offered by this hotel are very modern and clean. For the price they ask I believe this is one of the best deals in Besiktas if you are not looking for anything but a simple, comfortable room for a short stay. However, you may want to bring a European style converter for the power outlet as they do not offer an alternative.

Good staff. Helpful. Kind with good spirits. But handcuffed by management. No access to water at night after cleaning crew is gone. Room keys? Zero extra - exactly enough for the rooms. Obviously a management decision. No change at all accessible at night unless by luck the attendant has some of their own. Meaning no vending machine access in late evening or even mid evening unless you have small bills already (10 and 5). These are unfriendly decisions by management that handcuff the polite staff from being helpful. Nice linen, comfortable beds, great showers, compact rooms but practical and usefully laid out. Large TV. But a serious drawback is brutal wifi. Image up all my data all the time. Not a hotel you can get work done from by computer. Wifi is not even strong enough to consistently be reliable for low bandwidth use of a smart phone. Def not a Computer - impossible. I left everyday to use coffee shops elsewhere. There is slot of potential here as the management has assembled a great staff in every department. But management itself needs to sound search about what they deem to be important. Number one in the hotel hospitality industry is to not just be hospitable but user friendly. Crappy wifi in this day and age is HUGE. and little service things that are basic for three star hotels need to be basic not non existent or a challenge. Basics need to basics - like getting change, water, ice,coffee, etc.
PS: underground parking on site is a huge bonus and breakfast is good

Amazing service by all staff members, extreamly comfortable pillows, modern rooms and layout. Really close to everything you need. Metro, busses, restaurants, nightlife, 4 different shopping centers whithin 15 minutes walking distance to each centre.
Calm neighborhood. I recommend. Id come back.

The Best hotel to distroy your trip

This is the worst hotel I ever tried, even the room is called executive room with Balacony, it is so ugly and they charged me 80 € for my son 9 years old to stay with me, bed is not comfortable and make noises , pillow not clean and find insects, broken bathroom door , elevator not reaching to 5th floor, electrical sockets is not well fixed, air-condition not working properly, room services stops at 5 pm and not cooperated for check out if I exceed 12 at noon they will charge me more money.

Great potential but avarage quality

Hotel has very good location, price, decent rooms and employers are very kind and polite. Brekdast is bellow Turkish level and aditional problem si that it finish till 9am. In room 209 tabacco smoke entering very often. I come with my friend and except 2 separate bed room, i even put a note during reservation process, but nobody reply me or do anything about that. Later they provide us aditional help bed which was very bad.

Nice Hotel

Nice, quiet and plesant hotel. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.( Particularly the front desk manager, and the lady receptionist!)
The hotel is close to lots of shopping malls and easily accessible due to the proximity of the metro, metrobuses and roving taxis.
Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

The ONLY negative thing I can say about my stay was that my room smelled of cigarette smoke. I expect that it's only a factor of the tiny room size and the fact that so many Turks are chain-smokers. I applied my own air-freshener and was perfectly content.

Very helpful desk staff when I wanted to arrange an odd trip day trip out of Istanbul. Breakfast food adequate, I didn't try the lunch bar, but the Lunch/Dinner restaurant fare was plentiful and very tasty.

I chose this hotel for it's easy access (20min walk - 5 min taxi) to the Afghan consulate.

Room were ok and clean but outside of hotel was too noisy..cab drivers were loud all night.They were waiting for night club customers.Nobody answered our call from front desk and in the morning they ignored our complaint.Breakfast buffet had poor choices and no service at all.I stayed several place during my visit and this one had worst buffet.

The room firstly didnt have a window and appatently all rooms do not have a window which means you cant open a window to let fresh air flow in so the room has this constant heavy smell. The hotel is meant to be new built but actually everything seemed old. The bed and room i chose was a executive room with a king size bed however the bed was actually two singles joint with a extra cushion in the middle which didnt seem to do a good job. Bed was u comfortable at nights it got to hot and humid as no windows. Overall didnt enjoy mu stay

Disappointing management and location

No help with luggage during late check in. They give one room key pass even though we are two people. Lobby guy said it is hotel policy then gave me an extra key as a favor. Extremely disappointing breakfast (not open buffet and very little food of no value). You can park at the garage but they shut the elevator access. Good luck with suitcases. And they claim to be a quiet hotel. Wait until the club across opens at 1 am.
Not recommended.

Personeli beğendik, özellikle kat hizmetinde ve kahvaltı sevisinde çalışan genç kadınlar hem tertemiz hem de güleryüzlüler, daha önceki yıllardaki az biraz kargaşadan eser yoktu ama bu müşteri profili ile de ilgili olmalı. Odalar da önceki kalışlarımıza göre halı + banyo aksamı gibi sabit üniteler özellikle daha yeni ve temizdi. Kahvaltının da açık büfe yerine tek tabakta getirilmesini çok hijyenik bulduk, kahvaltı yeterli ve tertemizdi. Personele teşekkürler.

Otelin konumu ve odaların temizliği gerçekten güzeldi. Fakat hafta sonu konaklanabilinecek biryer olduğunu düşünmüyorum otelin karşısındaki gece klübü yüzünden. Gece gelen sesler yüzünden uyku uyuyamadık onun dışında memnun kaldık.

Bir iki ufak sorunlar vardı banyo gideri yeterli değildi su kabinden banyonun içine doğru aktı.
Kahvaltıda oturduk hemen geldi çok hızlıydı teşekkürler ama tabaklar hazır bekletilmişti. Peynirlerden falan belliydi, bu kısımlara dikkat edilirse süper olur.
