The staff here were nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean and modern. I stayed for just one night during a long layover. The location was convenient for me as I wanted to do some clothes shopping on a nearby street. However, when I returned around 9 PM, the alley was very dark and I could only see men walking around. Solo travelers might feel safer coming back earlier.

At night, it wasn’t completely quiet. I could hear talking and shouting from the street and neighboring rooms.

Excellent hotel located in a good area. Great transit options for both bus and metro, near two shopping malls and many cafe and restaurants nearby. Outstanding staff - very helpful with all requests. This was my second time to stay here, and I will certainly return when visiting İstanbul again in the future.

Istanbul is a big city, but I feel most at home around the Kanyon area. So every time I visit Istanbul, I stay at Levent and each time, I have a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is good.

Bath drain is closed, so when you take a shower dirty water soaks your legs :)
Shampoo and shower gel are disgusting.
No hot water at all.
Toilet frame is too bad and dirty.
Towels are dirty, and when I asked for new ones, they refused. The man TOUCHED all the towels with his uncleaned hands just to show me that they are clean. Later after I insisted, the accepted to give me more dirty towels, one of them came with an old candy stuck in it.

Well the staff at the mini bar was so rude end laughing to my hair end all so I’ve have put in a safe £100 to return pocket money but when I check it had only £60 left so I believe that the staff has keys to all safes this is thure of it

Simple Stay with Wonderful Breakfast

The hotel is in a nice, old building of in the new Istanbul. We liked that is was away from the main tourist places. It is extremely close to a bus stop and subway stations. The breakfast is delicious and runs somewhat late which was appreciated on the days we wanted to sleep in. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well; they were able to answer any questions we had. The only issue is it did get a bit warm at night. We really did not check for A/C, but they may not have any. Otherwise, no complaints for this wonderful little hotel.

Great value for money

The hotel is very clean; the breakfast is great. The room and bathroom are very clean. Rooms are a bit small but its okay. The neighborhood hood is busy a little but lots of shops are around: bakery, laudary, mini market.... also close to a big mall (metro) .... the hotel misses laundary and pool . I booked a family room and I enjoyed my stay :)

It was hard to find the location of the hotel even with a GPS. However very helpful staff, they parked my car in the garage and helped me find the address of where I was going.

Budget Hotel

Unless you are looking for a budget hotel close to Levent subway station, stay away. I read reviews before booking, some people were saying it is a nice business hotel. Well, in my opinion, absolutely not, not designed for that.
Right after check in, while resting in my room, one of the cleaning personnel barge into the room. When complained about it, response was, \"Ohh, she should not have done that\". That's it, no apology, no \"I am sorry...\" stuff. There was hair in the sink but overall cleanness was not bad.

Almost right behind the Kanyon mall, hotel is close to levent metro station, clean, friendly staff, and good breakfast for under $100 per night. The only negative I can mention was the room was small.

Very nice hotel, enjoyed my stay there.

We had a very nice experience with the Levent hotel during our stay in Istanbul. The hotel is in very nice location and the staff is really friendly. Almost all of them speak English so didn't faced any issues with the communications and the food was also really good. Just 5 minutes away from the Metro Station and Kanyon Mall.

Quiet Euro-side hotel

A clean, well-organised hotel, with good facilities. Located down a side-street, so no passing traffic. Room was small, but was very clean, and had everything needed for a business trip. Wifi connection was excellent and trouble-free. Downstairs facilities, including restaurant, were good. Breakfast was varied, and of high quality. Staff were helpful, and always available to assist you.

Hotel is located 10 minutes away from nearest underground station Levent. Hotel room was clean and basic. Free internet are available but some rooms are not available Internet signals.

TV has got more than 100 channels and brekfast are reasonable selection.

Considering price of hotel, I believe that Level hotel was very value for money and recommendable for anyone

Could be a good hotel, but.....

Hotel is located in a rather old but busy area off the main Buyukeddere Cadessi area - a world away from the high-rise offices. Suitable for business people who have work in the area, but off the beaten track for tourists. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed - free Internet a definte plus. Strangely, however, outgoing phone calls can only be made via Reception - in this age of Skype, cellphones etc it's not a major inconvenience, but for eg calling overseas via Ekno it is a non-starter.

The staff were friendly enough, but several did not speak English. Dined once in the hotel restaurant and the sole waiter did not understand when I asked what was available for dessert. Restaurant buffet breakfast was very good but forget dinner.

I would suggest avoiding the 40 euro shuttle trip to the airport in the hotel van, unless you want a Sebastian Vettel type experience! Regular taxis are cheaper and you might find a better driver!

Good Hotel in Istanbul

I loved it here, I definitely felt like this was a hotel that should have cost more than I paid for. The room was very clean especially the restroom. When I travel or go to foreign places I definitely need an environment that is clean and well kept and I definitely found it at the Levent Otel. The free breakfast was awesome. I booked a room with twin beds but the beds were actually one queen and a twin which is really nice. The front desk is really helpful and accommodating. We called and asked for a later check out time and they agreed to our request.

Nice quiet hotel close to Levent metro station

A wonderful hotel, which was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is only a five munite walk from \"Kanyon\" a new ultra-mall which is attached to the Levent metro station making it handy for getting around on the public transport system. Once the new line across the golden horn goes in the hotel will be around 15 minutes from Sultanamet, and perhaps 35 minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, the staff only had limited english but this impacted little on my stay.

a very suitable , family friendly and value option

Despite the fact that hotel was not in a prime location but it was only five minute walk from metro station which connects to all tourist places in Istanbul.with a family of four we enjoyed staying in hotel. Breakfast served was of good standard, staff very polite helpfull and like all Turkish people very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

we were expecting a family room with city views which is what we paid for what we ended up with was a tiny room with a double bed next to the wall as it was that small no bedside table we had to put everything on the floor. we complained and requested we be moved but was informed the hotel was full!! the hotel itself was lovely. DISAPPOINTING!

Fantastic hotel for anyone especially families

Classy clean and comfortable , came here with my wife and children and we loved it.
We found the staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast was wonderful ! Perfect location close to fantastic shopping malls and local shops round the corner and metro station . I would highly recommend this to anyone families, couples friends and sole travellers .
We will definitely be staying here again .

7 days in Istanbul

This hotel is in my view an excellent 3 star hotel. The room, its facilities and a basic buffet breakfast are everything I personally want on a business trip. Wifi and satellite televison are provided. Due to pending completion of a major refurbishment it does not at this time offer a full restaurant service or bar however its location is close to the impressive Kanyon shopping centre with its range of restaurants (from Macdonalds to Harvey Nichols). Importantly for me it was only 10 minutes walk from the Levent office where I was working and 20 minutes from Taksim: a short walk (through Kanyon) and onto the metro. Staff are very pleasant and most helpful. I enjoyed my stay and if I return to Istanbul will book again.

Un bon hôtel, très propre; tarif toutefois un peu élevé (85 euros par nuit) compte tenu de la taille des chambres.

Quartier bruyant jusqu'à 2 heures du matin.

Mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner, de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel aimable et efficace.

Point d'attention: les taxis. Demande de taxi effectuée le matin à la réception pour le soir, réponse dans le sens où il faut le demander 10 minutes avant. Le soir venu, la réception annonce qu'il n'y a pas de taxi disponible à cette heure. Coincés, nous avons été contraints d'accepter un taxi \"hors de ses horaires de travail\", avec un tarif 4 fois supérieur au tarif normal.

Lo mejor del hotel es su situación, si lo que buscas no es el centro histórico pero sí el Estambul moderno y las compras. Tiene dos malls enormes a 10 minutos andando, donde puedes comprar todo tipo de productos y dónde hay buenos establecimientos de comida. En los alrededores también hay todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes.La zona es muy segura.
En el hotel el personal es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno tipo buffet es más que suficiente. Lo único que no me pareció tan bien fue el tamaño de la cama. En el cuarto se disfruta de tranquilidad.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Temizlik ve sabah kahvaltısından çok memnun kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Ancak odaların duvarları oldukça ince olduğu için yan odadan ve banyodan sesler rahatlıkla duyuluyor. Bir gece dışarıda bağrışanlar oldu ve bizi epeyce korkuttu.

Otelin yeri bir anlamda çok güzel merkezi. Biz İstanbul'lu olduğumuz için ve otelin olduğu bölge çok işimize yaradı. Ancak enteresan bir şekilde aynı zamanda vukuatlı bir bölgenin başlangıcında bir konumda. Lüks beklentiniz yok ise, çok özel bir kutlama için konaklamıyorsanız iş görüyor. Deneyimli bir otel olduğu belli. Beklenti çıtanız yüksek değilse uygun. Ben ve oğlum memnun kaldık genel anlamda. Benim oğlum çok uzun bir adam, o nedenle teras kattaki oda bizi zorladı. Yatay çatı kısmı odanın oğlumun açısından sıkıntılıydı. Yine gidebileceğimiz bir otel ancak oda seçimi yapmak zorundayız.

Vasat Hizmet! (Havalandırma ve Klima bozuk 5 Gün!)

Duş başlıkları küf ve lekelerle kaplıydı. Havalandırma bozukmuş 5 gün boyunca çalışmadı. Klima bozukmuş çalışması için her gün 2 kez resepsiyonu aramam gerekti. Bir çok kez hallediyoruz dediler fakat hiçbir şey yapılmadı.
