I visited Istanbul for a business trip, I stayed at the Febor Hotel, and I must say its in a quiet area, staff are very helpful, keep the room very clean, very warm, all round recommended, will stay again when travelling

I didn't get to visit this property. I came down with Covid and couldn't travel. I am giving it a one star since they were unwilling to cancel my room for a refund even through I gave them a notice and it was of no fault of my own.

It was terrible , they put me in 6 bed room which i didn’t choose it while reservation, when I asked to change my room and wanted the room that i payed for they told me that no room is available , service is zero there was nothing to wash your hand or theeh in washroom with the worst stay ever !!!!!

Staff were very helpful and obliging. Bed was comfortable. Standard of housekeeping good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Liked the artwork. Appreciated the chair and desk in the bedroom. Negatives: Bathroom window didn’t close, although it was always warm at night. I don’t watch television, but the visual quality was imperfect. Card for bedroom door lost its ability to unlock the door a couple of times. Carpet had a hole in the corridor on one floor. The rods on the stairs were loose from their holes at one or two points.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the price was excellent, the staff were good, and I’d recommend the hotel to others. I might go back myself this year. My repeated thanks to the hotel staff.

I stayed this place in 18-20 July 2022. Firstly, the location of this hotel was so good! Near to Zorlu Center, metro and bus station. The lobby is really big and comfortable to chilling and working. Our room was exactly like on photos, but unfortunately too small. It something like 3x3 metres… and the breakfast it’s so scarce: eggs, vegetables, some cheese and olives. No desserts at all)

I stayed at Veyron Park Hotel for 20 days. The rooms are very similar to what marketing photos on the website shows. It was a very pleasant stay overall and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served individually due to COVID health and safety restrictions and most of the days unfortunately no warm food was served.
The location was very convenient for my trip’s purpose and there are many shopping malls in the vicinity.However, it’s very far from tourist attractions of Istanbul.

The location was fabulous near to almost everything you need, public transportations, banks, pharmacies and the Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk. I live in London that's why I had pound instead of Turkish Lira.I wanted to make a payment in pound.they said no problem after you exchange your money you can pay it to us.but different employees came to me and asked if I wanted the room.I told them many times that I wanted.I was about going to central İstanbul to exchange my money and the hotel manager came to me and asked me if I want the room again.I told them I could do it in sterling if the payment is a problem. he saıd no problem:) 1 minute later someone came and said the room was kept on the internet. I said thıs ıs not professional. the hotel manager started to shout at me .he said this is the fault of mine that you didn't decide to stay one more night.I was so scared the manager would hit me.I was lucky that I took some of my things and left the room.I have repeatedly explained that I can pay tothem in pounds.and ı paid for4nights already and am I deserve this??when I told him I would complain, he accused me of not make a payment.after ı left the hotel I found a comfortable hotel in central Istanbul.I read the lots of reviews about the veyron hotel;some.people complained about the manager.

Hidden gem in a quiet residential street
The hotel was a surprising find. Pretty much like most hotels in its class but what set it apart was the excellent staff. So helpful and polite. And honest. I must have dropped some of my foreign currency by accident in my room. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the large note was placed on the table. That spoke volumes of the staff. I had a couple of other requests which were cheerfully and promptly addressed without much ado.
As for the hotel, my bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice fresh linens and lovely superior pillows. Breakfast was a surprise - both hot and cold - fresh and tasty and an impressive variety.
Ok the 8 minute walk to the Metro can seem a hassle but this is a quiet mostly residential street which felt safe. And in 2 stops you are at Taksim.

My relaxing stay
After a tiring trip from the airport where the taxi driver constantly got lost, I was happy to arrive at the hotel to a warm welcome. This is a relatively small hotel at a very reasonable price where the staff are friendly and helpful. Whilst the location is not in the bustle of the city nor near to any historic monuments, there are shops and amenities nearby, together with easy access to public transportation. It is certainly a venue that I would visit again due to the positive experience of my first visit.

Kahvaltısı gayet idealdi. Karnımızı doyurduk. Yastıklar da maalesef oldukça eskimiş ve inceydi. Fakat genel olarak bakıldığında gayet güzel bir otel sadece biraz bakımsız kalmış civar otellerin yarı fiyatına olduğunu göz önüne alırsak tekrar gelinebilir.

It’s an old building but kept very clean. Unfortunately the area is not as quiet as I thought it would be, as there were parties or whatever every night somewhere. The hotel has a very good location and the breakfast was very good. Bathroom reeks of chloride (this is normal for Türkiye though), otherwise the stay was very good. Rooms have AC.
