Truly exceptional from start to finish.
Our stay at Raffles Istanbul was flawless in every way. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch, especially after the spa, and everything from the lighting to the finishes felt intentional and elevated. The entire space felt calm, refined, and incredibly comfortable.

The spa experience was unforgettable. My Husband and I did the hammam together, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The women who performed our treatments were absolutely amazing—so skilled, attentive, and nurturing. I truly wish I remembered their names because they deserve special recognition. The ritual was deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed, leaving us both feeling completely renewed.

A huge heartfelt shout-out to Kutay, the Concierge Manager. He was incredibly personable and genuinely caring, with a rare talent for making you feel instantly at home. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and seamless communication elevated our entire stay and made every experience effortless.

its a lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. My bag did not arrive and concierge went out of its way to keep checking and following the trail of the bag. Thank you so much, am so grateful. The disappointing part was view of bhospherous, you are so far from the bhospherous that its really not paying the extra for the view.

Dealing with Raffles Istanbul was such a pleasure from start to end. We had issues with our credit card which we used to make the booking and Esin from the hotel contacted me and helped to resolve my issues. She then helped to arrange for the meeting room which you can book when you book a club suite.

Wow wow wow!

We had the most amazing experience for our stay which was sadly only one night. On check in we were given an upgrade to the most beautiful suite with a bathroom view to die for. Ozkan at reception was so charming and nothing was too much trouble, including a late check out the next day. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and our dinner at Izikyol delicious, accompanied by fantastic Turkish white wine. We must also thank so much one of the gentlemen who greet you on arrival who was so helpful with a couple of not so honest taxi drivers! Also thank you to Mete the lovely Concierge who was also so helpful. We will definitely be planning a return visit in the not too distant future.

I loved everything. The location is out of all the crazy tourist areas. Taxis don’t take long to get to the hotels on the Bosphorus for dinner or drinks or to the old city. During our week in Istanbul, we ate and drank at most of the other five star hotels in the city. We were always thrilled to go “home “ to the Raffles. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony. The spa, fitness rooms and indoor pool exceeded our expectations. We fell in love with Istanbul and can’t wait to return to The Raffles property.

Overall the hotel was good however there was an issue with the bathroom. When you had a shower the water would flow out under the door of the shower and wet the bathroom floor. Bath towels had to be used to soak up the water.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, clean but all complimentary VIP inclusive was misleading, was Clearly stated you get complimentary laundry service, and I gave my gym wear, only to be charged and was told then it was for only two pieces of clothing, same with the spa. Then I was charged 20k lira instead of 2k, apparently it was a mistake. What if I didn’t check my bank account before checking out. Overall it was ok

I was perfectly comfortable at Raffles Istanbul. I arrived very early and they pre-set some breakfast items in the room for me, which was super thoughtful. The room had great views and a *huge* balcony. If you can squeeze it in, the spa has some great amenities, including a hydrotherapy pool and a regular swimming pool. The concierge helpfully explained how to use the public transportation, and I easily got to the old town to explore.

Expensive, but brilliant. Outstanding service.

We stayed for a week as a special birthday treat, and we couldn’t have hoped for better treatment. From the front desk reception to the housekeepers to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming and apparently committed to customer service. Our room was on a corner on the eleventh floor, so we had a great view and a lovely balcony. It was a pleasure to return to the room at the end of each day. It’s expensive, particularly as prices are charged in Euros, but worth it.

We stayed here for one night as a family. We had to adjoining rooms and they were beautiful. Check in was quick and easy and when we were shown to our rooms, the kids room was filled with balloons and snacks for them and our room had a bottle of wine fo us. Rooms are big and spacious, nice bathroom and proabbly the best shower I have ever been in. If I ever had to live in a hotel...this would be the one.

The highlite of this hotel is the amazing team of staff that are working there , although my check in experience was not a 5 star one but evenutually after 3 hrs of wait they have compensated , check out i had a mini bar that it wasnt for me too and again the staff took care of it Breakfast was 7 stars standard

Only two words will describe this extraordinarily place: Awesome Luxury !!!!!
The hotel is well maintained, designed with an excellent taste.
Located at the best shopping center in istanbul which offers a great shopping and excellent restaurants.
Staff are polite, smiling and always there to assist.
Spa is one of the must beautiful spas I ever seen.
Very clean hotel. Always smells good in the room and the hallways.
Rooms are incredible and big.
The management keeps on surprising the guest with all kind of treats to the room over thier stay.
Room service is professional and quick.
I really can describe it as luxury without any doubts.
I would like to mention miss Nazh Irem which was the representative who checked me in. She is amazing and very professional.

I will definitely come again and again and again....!!!!!!!

Very good experience where you find all in one. Staff has a high degree of curtesy with a continuous smiling face. Very helpful and eager to satisfy their customers.
The shopping center is really nice were you have all brands and other regular shops.
The food court contain a wide variety of food and if you need to get a delicious turkish food the Rocca restaurant in the hotel is available

We stayed in one of the \"premier rooms\" for 3 nights. The view was very beautiful even though the room was only on the 12th floor. The room was very clean and good size and everything in the room from towels to bed linens were exceptional quality even for a 5-star hotel. The hotel staff was of course very courteous and friendly..

Spent 4 nights in Raffles, it was amazing.
The hotel is spacious and beautifully decorated.
The welcome you get on arrival and by all the staff whenever you meet them, makes you feel special.
The facilities were great, our room was the best we have ever stayed in and the staff were brilliant.
Nothing is too much trouble.
The hotel is 20 minutes from the main tourist area by metro, which is really easy to use, and is a great place to return to after a busy day sight seeing.
We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world.
